The purpose of this study is to research the Korean and Japanese costume systems and to compare both of them on the process of adopting the western-originated costumes. The consequences of this study are as follows. Chosen and Japan started simplifying the traditional clothings, Introducing the western clothings and executed the ordinance prohibitory topknots through reforming costume systems since Port Opening Treaties in 19th centra. Japan performed the reformation of costume system effectively through the grand campaign of social reforming enlightment by Meiji Government. Meanwhile in Korea, there were a continual repetition of adoption and rejection in the reformation of costume systems because of strong cultural self-esteem and competition of foreign Empires. However, western-originated cultural perspectives brought the strong self-devaluated view on their own cultures to both countries. And that's the first cause of substitution of western clothings for ordinary ones in both nations.

There has been a series of struggles around the governmental enforcing separation of prescribing and dispensing since the consensus for the policy at May 10, 1995, and the strike among the physicians nationwide at June 19, 2000. This thesis is to review the process of the affair as a whole and find out some achievements and lessons from it. Most visible achievement is that physicians have obtained governmental apology for the enforcing the unprepared policy, and promise to revise the Law on the Pharmaceutical Affairs, to enlarge governmental support for the medical insurance program, to construct a presidential committee for the reformation of medical affairs, and so on. Besides these achievements, physicians have learned much on the relations among them and with society in general. However this is only the first scene on the road to an extensive transformation in the medical area following more critical Issues on the medical reformation.

Al alloys are being used widely for automobile, aerospace and mechanical components because of their high strength ratio to weight. However, still they suffer from abrasion or corrosion owing to insufficient resistances to friction or mechanical impact and chemical attack. Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) method is one of the promising surface treatment methods for Al alloys which can render better hardness than aluminum anodic oxide (AAO) films prepared by conventional anodizing method in acidic solutions. In this presentation, some basic nature of PEO film formation and growth process on Al alloys will be presented based on the experimental results obtained and discussed in view of dielectric breakdown and reformation and the role of various anions in film breakdown and reformation of PEO films.

Living Lab is one of open movements regarding social innovation, which mainly utilizes scientific technology to improve local residents' life value. Even though various attempts have been made, Living Lab projects that deal with actual life-related problems of local communities are not sufficiently being made. This study aims at organizing existing Living Lab studies and to draw political issues in perspective of solving regional problems and developing local communities. Above all, policies should be proceeded in a way that fully understands and reflects local problem since communication with local residents or end-users will be increased. It is required to support certain products or solution development that fits specific local situation based on their resource and demands. In addition, local small businesses or start-up companies should be given opportunities to conduct experiment and revise new technology, product or service on the spot. It would be a useful example to utilize ICT technology and contents such as local cable TV network, for Living Lab. Living Lab can establish itself as an effective reformation process only if it remains to function for the sake of solving issues of local community and residents. Practical undertones would be able to be obtained once this exploratory study turns into empirical case study.

학교도서관매체센터가 학교교육에 긍정적 영향을 줄뿐만 아니라 평생학습사회의 하부구조임을 밝히는 것이 본 논고의 목적이다. 평생학습사회는 사회구성원의 학습욕구와 이를 지원할 수 있는 학습환경이 구비됨으로써 형성될 수 있다. 그리고 학교도서관매체센터는 사회구성원들의 학습욕구를 형성시켜주는 산실로 규명된다. 민주주의 사회에서 사회구성원들이 학습욕구를 강하게 가질 때 사회환경이 학습하기에 적절하고 편리하도록 변형된다는 것은 자연스러운 논리이다. 결과적으로 학교도서관매체센터는 사회구성원의 학습욕구를 만들어 내고 또 이에 응하는 사회환경을 조성하는 원동력을 조성해 낸다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 필자는 학교도서관매체센터가 평생학습사회의 중요한 하부구조라고 밝히고 있다.

We have studied a property change of organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) due to an indium tin oxide (ITO) surface reformation. The characteristics of OLED were improved by oxygen plasma processing of an ITO in this work. ITO is widely used as a transparent electrode in light-emitting devices, and the OLED device performance is sensitive to the surface properties of the ITO. The OLED devices with the structure of ITO/TPD(50nm)/$Alq_3$(70nm)/LiF(0.5nm)/Al(100nm) were fabricated, and the surface properties of ITO were investigated by using various characterization techniques. The oxygen plasma process of an ITO was processed by using RF power of 125W and oxygen partial pressure of $2\times10^{-2}$ Torr. The oxygen plasma processing of an ITO processed for 0/1/2/3/4min. Current-voltage-luminance characteristics of the devices show that turn-on voltage is 4V for 2min device and the luminance reaches about 27,000cd/$m^2$ for 4min device. The current efficiency shows that 3min device becomes saturated to be about 8cd/ A. They show that emission was from the $Alq_3$ layer, because the peak wavelength is about 525nm. View angle-dependent emission spectra show that the emission intensity decreases as the angle increases.

This study deals with the improvement of production process on a flow production system with the consideration of six sigma. We analyze the production process and survey the important factors of improvement of productivity. Using a six sigma, we find strategic point and suggest a reformation of production process. We applied a simulation technique to simulate the production line proposed by the result of the Six sigma. With the result of the simulation, this study analyzes the propriety of production line and proposes the alternatives of new production process.

As a result of the policy for enforcing the information technology led by government and the effort of companies to get over economic crisis through the reformation of business process, the ERP market is being active. However, because imported ERP products that are supplied currently are designed for standard and rationality, they have a limit to support custom processes of domestic companies in South Korea. On the contrary, ERP products by domestic companies in South Korea are unable to support a consistent methodology of constructing ERP system. This is main reason why much time and costs are consumed than that of an original plan. To succeed in ERP construction, the purpose of ERP setup must be defined. To accomplish this end, it is required to analysis business process completely and to make a plan in detail. For ERP providers, they must support a characterized ERP construction methodology and lower the construction cost by improving an ERP package easy to customize[5].
