The overall goal of this study is to identify what I'||'&'||'R is, and what services should be offered as legitimate I'||'&'||'R actives. The gist of the study is as follows: 1. The shift of the clients targeted to receive the services from disadvantageous to every person. 2. Ambiguity in I'||'&'||'R definition. Because it is hard to distinguish I'||'&'||'R service from the traditional reference service, and shifting of clients, the establishment of the definition was very difficult. Instead of a definite answer, the criteria for "I'||'&'||'R Providers" was drawn. 3. Most provided services were simple and complex information giving based on resource file. Constructing resource file is a major component of I'||'&'||'R service. 4. From 1980s, many I'||'&'||'R providing libraries adapted computer a n.0, pplications. 5. Social work and library-internship was advised to conduct a cooperative project by NCLIS, I'||'&'||'R Task Force. 6. In the high technological era, there continue to be many people who need the su n.0, pportive relationship. I'||'&'||'R is to optimize both the service and clients. Librarian must learn from the principle of high tech/high touch.

이 연구는 국내외의 어린이서비스 가이드라인을 탐색하여 공공도서관 어린이 서비스에서 지향하는 핵심 가치와 서비스의 기본 원칙을 제시하였다. 우리나라의 도서관기준에 포함되어 있는 어린이 서비스 관련 내용을 비롯하여 국제도서관연맹의 어린이 서비스 가이드라인을 살펴보았으며, 영국, 미국, 캐나다. 호주 등의 다양한 어린이 서비스 가이드라인의 형식과 내용을 면밀히 검토하였다. 이를 통해 우리나라 공공도서관 어린이 서비스에 반영되어야 하는 핵심적인 가치와 운영의 기본 원칙을 제시하였다.

The utilization of the Mobile Government system is having more than a few challenges including complexity of different mobile technologies, determining interoperability among existing systems and infrastructures, and establishing services with secured networks. To get over those challenges, integrated standard, innovative and comprehensive system architecture is required by the M-Government. Hence this study proposed reference EA framework for M-Government system in order to avoid unnecessary duplication of infrastructure deployment and integrate services among different government instructions. The study based on literature review, and current infrastructure and mobile network situation for delivering Government services of Mongolia. The study recommends innovative m-Government system framework used EA, and scope covered mobile service delivery area centered on G4C and C2G perspectives. The Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework has used in this research, and the proposed system service architecture defines the interoperable standards, infrastructure components, applications, and technologies for government institutions in Mongolia to aid interactions necessity among them to provide m-Service.

The Seoul subway line No.2 is the one of the busiest metro service line of the passenger transportation in Seoul metropolitan city. The number of the passengers served by the Seoul subway line No.2 is more than 1.9 million in a day according to the transportation reference of 2004, which is about $15\%$ of the whole population in Seoul metropolitan city. This is the reason why the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Corporation(SMSC) is implementing the refurbishment of the current ATS signalling system of Seoul Line No.2 into the most advanced ATO system with the continuous air-gap telegram transmission through the track circuit without any suspension of the train service either in when or in where, which is the first in the world in its attempt to refurbish the old signalling system under service without any suspension of the train operation.

최근 스마트 기술이 다양한 정보시스템 분야에 적용되고 있다. 특히, 기존 도서관 서비스 분야는 디지털도서관을 넘어 스마트 도서관으로 변화되었다. 이러한 변화의 환경에서 다양한 콘텐츠와 서비스 그리고 사용자와 스마트 디바이스를 지원하는 도서관 서비스 소프트웨어 플랫폼이 요구된다. 기존 도서관 서비스는 서로 다른 이기종의 도서관 시스템간의 의미적 상호운용성이 저해되는 제한점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문은 다양한 콘텐츠 제공과 시스템간의 상호작용 그리고 서비스의 통합에 중점을 두어 미래 도서관 시스템의 원형으로 링크드오픈데이터 기반의 스마트 라이브러리 제안한다. 링크드 오픈데이터 기반 스마트 라이브러리는 첨단 정보기술이 모여진 혁신적인 시스템이다. 우리는 링크드오픈데이터를 기반으로 스마트 라이브러리를 위한 다양한 요구사항에 따라 시스템 환경을 설계하였다. 이용자의 요구사항과 정보기술의 에코시스템을 고려하여 스마트 라이브러리 시스템의 기능적 요구사항에 대해 기술한다. 또한 기능적 요구사항을 수용하고 다양한 스마트 디바이스를 통해 사용자에게 스마트 지식 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 참조 프레임워크를 보여준다.

웹 센서는 원격지 사용자에게 측정된 센서 데이터와 관련된 정보를 전송하는데 목적이 있다. 웹 센서는 사용자가 원격지에 존재하기 때문에 센서의 정보를 신뢰 할 수 있어야 하고, 센서들의 진단이 쉽게 다루어져야 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기위해 센서를 스마트화시키는 IEEE 1451이 발표되었다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 웹 센서를 제안한다. 제안된 스마트 웹 센서는 IEEE 1451.0을 기반으로, 대부분의 센서 인터페이스에 사용이 가능하고, TEDS 정보를 이용하여 스마트 센서를 구현할 수 있다. 또 한 XML을 이용하여 사용하기 쉬운 웹 서비스로 원격지 사용자가 센서의 모든 정보를 쉽게 다룰 수 있게 한다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 웹 센서를 위한 참조 모델을 제시하고, 가스 센서를 이용한 웹서비스의 구현을 통해 유용함을 증명한다.

건강 및 의료, 그리고 웰빙에 대한 관심의 증가로 이와 관련된 정보원의 이용률, 특히 인터넷상의 건강정보원의 이용률이 급증해 왔다. 또한 공공도서관에서의 건강 및 의료관련 참고질문 건수도 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 가운데, 공공도서관사서는 이러한 유형의 참고서비스를 수행하는데 많은 한계를 느끼고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공도서관, 의학도서관, 의료기관, 건강 및 의료관련 커뮤니티, 기타 의료정보서비스를 제공하는 모든 관련기관들이 협력하여 건강정보서비스를 제공하는 CHI서비스 활성화를 위한 협력네트워크시스템 구축모형을 제안하였다. 협력모형의 핵심 요소에 해당되는 것으로 협력의 주체, 협력대상 정보원, 협력의 내용, 건강정보원 사이트의 운영, 협력센터의 운영과 역할, 그리고 상업기관과의 협력방향까지 구체적으로 제시하고 있다.

The focuses and methods in Library science have been changed abreast with the development af library facilities and with the expansion and diversification of its functions. One of current trends in Library science is focussed on the social functions of library: its relations to the public, effective service for the users. and efficieniencies of the management policies, and so. on. To. deal with these issues, we need to borrow methodology from other disciplines such as management, marketing, statistics, etc. This paper is mainly concerned with how we approach to the measurement af services and thus provide tentative standard for evaluating library services. To do. this work properly, we'd better consider the users' needs and expectations. But it is not an easy work since too many factors are involved in the study of the users' needs. Users' needs and expectations are so. varying that it is difficult to find out some general and objective data. That is the reason why although many scholars have urged time after time the necessity of library's effectiveness measurement, few studies demonstrated substantial method for measuring the effectiveness of service. In this paper I propose a device for measuring service: i. e, Conjoint Analysis. Conjoint Analysis, which has originally been developed and applied in marketing research, is used to measure the priorities and preferences of purchasers on the new item. So far as Conjoint Analysis, concerning users' physical and psychological necessities, can numeralize people's needs, it may also be applied to measure service provided by nonprofit organization like library. If this approach prove to be sucessful, I hope this study to make any contribution to the appropriate direction on improving library facilities based on the result from a concret reference evaluation.

최근 스마트도시 조성을 도시의 지속가능한 경제성장 동력으로 접근하는 시각이 늘어나고 있다. 스마트시티를 통한 산업활성화를 위해서는 기술과 서비스 개발에 대한 투자가 필요하기 때문에 정부와 지자체 차원의 지원 확대가 예상된다. 도시 성장 동력으로써의 스마트도시서비스 활성화와 스마트도시 산업의 지원을 위한 스마트시티 정책을 추진하기 위해서는 우선적으로 스마트시티 서비스 개발과 적용 현황 분석을 통해 서비스 개발 현황을 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 스마트시티 서비스 추진 경향을 분석함으로써, 이를 바탕으로 스마트시티 산업 활성화와 스마트도시 산업 지원을 위한 정책적 의사결정과정에서의 근거자료를 구축하고자 한다.

2020년 「공공기록물에 관한 법률 시행령」 개정에 따라 행정정보 데이터세트 기록관리 방안이 법제화되며, 국가기록원은 행정정보 데이터세트 기록관리 업무를 지원하기 위해 행정정보 데이터세트 종합관리시스템을 구축할 계획을 밝혔다. 하지만 데이터세트와 관리 기준표의 특성을 고려한 구체적인 서비스 방안은 부재한 작금이다. 이에 본 논문은 국내·외 공공데이터 포털 및 기록관 웹사이트 14곳을 대상으로 데이터세트 서비스 현황을 비교 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 행정정보 데이터세트 종합관리시스템에 적용 가능한 서비스 방안 6가지를 제안했다. 본 연구의 결과가 행정정보 데이터세트 활용 및 서비스 활성화로 이어지기를 기대한다.
