This study was conducted to help develop women's human resources and promote married women's return to workforce. Using various data, we examined the patterns of Korean women's economic activities over the lifecycle, career discontinuation and return to the workforce. We also interviewed twenty full-time housewives who wanted to return to workforce. The interview questions included reasons for seeking employment, desired working conditions, and difficulties in finding a job. Major findings are as follows: First, there were two groups with respect to reasons why they want employment One was an economic need such as earning basic living expenses and supporting the family. The other was self-realization and social participation. Second most women wanted to do unskilled labor such as housekeeping work, whereas some young or well-educated women looked for a professional job. Third, married women preferred part-time jobs, which were compatible with their family care demands. Most of them wanted a workplace located close to home. The women with child-care responsibility preferred working at home. Fourth, regarding difficulties of returning to workforce, they pointed out vocational ability problems due to their career discontinuation, social prejudice such as gender discrimination and psychological pressure in maintaining work and family at the same time. In order to promote employment of married women, it is required not only to change social prejudices but also to increase effectiveness in policy implementation. In addition, counseling for job-search and vocational ability training programs should be provide.

이 연구는 우리나라의 50대 실업자들을 대상으로 심리적 요인인 회복탄력성이 구직활동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하여 우리 사회의 기반을 지탱하고 있는 50대들의 재취업률을 제고하고, 인생 의미와 가치를 높이는 데 목적이 있다. 수도권의 고용복지플러스센터에 방문해 고용서비스를 이용하는 50대 실업자를 대상으로, 구직활동 영향요인의 분석을 위해 일반적 특성, 회복탄력성, 구직활동 변인으로 구성된 설문을 활용하였다. 회복탄력성 변인은 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성의 하위 변인으로 구성하고 구직활동 변인은 구직준비, 구직태도, 구직의지의 하위 변인으로 구성하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 우리나라의 50대 회복탄력성은 평균이상을 나타내고 있고, 회복탄력성 하위 변인 중에서 긍정성이 가장 높아, 50대들에게 이를 유지시키는 정기적 상담 마련이 요구된다. 둘째, 구직의지 이외에 성별에 따른 회복탄력성과 구직활동에는 유의차가 없어 성차별 없는 50대 대상 구직활동 지원이 요구된다. 셋째, 통제성, 긍정성 등의 회복탄력성이 50대들의 구직활동에 영향을 주고 있고 그 설명력이 35%를 상회하고 있어, 50대들의 회복탄력성을 강화시키고, 이를 구직과 연계하는 취업을 위한 심리 상담과 구직을 위한 취업 교육의 실시를 제안한다.

This paper is to provide for an analysis on the trade adjustment assistance program and the Case study affected by international trade and FTA. The paper offers a legal study on analysis about Korea's Trade Adjustment Assistance Law for the Manufacturing Industries, USA's TAA. and Japan's law for Industry revival. In general, USA's TAA measures are defined as assistance actions for business enterprises, farmers and manufacturing industries workers. We exclude farmers and fishermen under Korea's Trade Adjustment Assistance Law for the Manufacturing Industries's business enterprises and workers, but we give them the systemic supports under korea's special assistance law for the farmers and fishermen and so on after FTA. Especially this focuses on the trade adjustment assistance case about both Korea's agriculture-farmer assistance from FTA and USA's TAA from workers in layoffs of trade-impacted communities. Korea has provided TAA to the sphere of agriculture after special legislation in Korea-Chile helping closed orchard, modernizing high quality producing facility for agriculture competition, producing superior fruit saplings, and constructing the distribution center in the producing district. But for US-Korea FTA and rapid increase of import by FTA expansion, we must prepare such indemnity systems for loss as cash benefit and wider aids for closed farm. The USA's TAA program targets manufacturing workers affected by international trade, who may have fewer transferable skills and face greater challenges to reemployment than other dislocated workers. A large majority sought some assistance from their one-stop center. Relatively small numbers chose to enroll in training, but those who did it often used this opportunity to chart a new career path. Finally, we learned the importance of education and discipline from USA cases. The fast and accurate information providing can raise efficiencies. The infrastructure can maximize the effect of TAA. The effective application would help us get over difficulties of TAA at hand.

본 연구는 재취업여성의 사회적지지와 진로역량, 진로결정효능감 및 진로적응성 간의 인과적 관계를 구명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사회적지지 척도와 진로역량 척도, 진로결정자기효능감 척도, 진로적응성 척도가 사용되었으며, 연구는 2018년 3월 2일부터 4월 6일까지 서울 경기 지역의 직업전문학교, 미용학원, 여성 센터에서 미용교육을 1-9개월 이상 받고 있는 30-50대, 기혼, 6개월 이상 직장경험이 있는 경력단절여성 960명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 920부의 설문지가 최종분석에 사용되었으며, 데이터 분석은 SPSS프로그램과 AMOS프로그램으로 빈도분석, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조모형분석을 수행하였다. 분석을 통해 나타난 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적지지, 진로역량 진로결정자기효능감, 진로적응성 간의 구조모형의 적합도가 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구조모형의 경로계수는 사회적지지, 진로역량, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로적응성 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적지지, 진로역량과 진로적응성 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 이는 경력단절여성의 진로적 응성의 수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 사회적지지, 진로역량과 함께 진로결정자기효능감이 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 재취업을 위해 미용교육을 받고 있는 경력단절여성의 성공적인 재취업을 위해 실제 직업진로상담이나 직무교육 프로그램 활용에 필요한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.
