Three harpacticoid species of the family Miraciidae are reported from neritic and brackish waters in Korea: Amphiascus kawamurai Ueda and Nagai, 2005, Schizopera clandestina (Klie, 1924) and Schizopera neglecta Akatova, 1935. Amphiascus kawamurai is newly recorded from Korea. Redescription is provided with the systematic accounts and illustrations of them.

울산 인근의 연못 가장자리 수초에서 채집된 섬모충류가 겹가지섬모충과 (Epistylidae)에 속하는 겹가지섬모충(Epistylis plicatilis Ehrenberg, 1831)과 빈겹가지섬모충 (E. hentscheli Kahl, 1935)으로 각각 동정되어 재기재하였다. 이 종들은 한국에서 처음 보고되는 종들로서 생체표본과 protargol로 염색한 표본에 근거하여 재기재하였다. 원기재와 유사종들과 비교하였는데 겹가지섬모충 (E. plicatilis)은 가늘고 긴 깔대기 형태를 가지며 줄기는 근섬유로 속이 찬 형태이다. 반면에 빈겹가지섬모충 (E. hentscheli)는 비대칭의 종 모양을 띠며 줄기는 속이 텅 빈 형태이다.

과거 우리나라에서 Gymnothorax reticularis로 보고되었던 나망곰치를 남해 거제도에서 통발로 채집된 표본 1개체(전장 469.0 mm)에 근거하여 재기재하였다. 본 표본은 19개의 암갈색 수직띠, 139개의 척추골수, 크고 강하며 약간 거친 양턱니, 1개의 간상악골치, 작고 무딘 서골치를 가지는 특징을 보였다. 여러 어류학자들에 의해 한국산 나망곰치는 Gymnothorax reticularis로 보고되어 왔으나 본 연구를 통해 한국산 나망곰치의 학명은 Gymnothorax minor로 변경되어야 한다.

서울대학교 관악캠퍼스의 이끼로 덮힌 토양에서 채집된 하모류가 Holosticha multistylata Kahl, 1928와 H. sylvatica Foissner, 1982로 밝혀져서 재기재하였다. 기재는 서식처에서 채집된 표본과 배양된 것을 생체로 관찰하고 protargol로 염색하여 섬모하부구조를 관찰한 자료를 통계처리하여 실시하였다. 이 두 종은 한국에서 처음으로 기록되는 종으로 아래의 식별형질로 구분된다. 다구극모전열하모충은 4개의 전방극모, 3개의 구극모와 3개의 구극모와 3개의 등쪽섬모열을 가지는 반면 삼림전열하무충은 7-8개의 전방극모, 1개의 구극모와 5개의 등쪽섬모열을 가진다.

Oreurinus cutspidatus Ito, the type species of the monotypic genus oreurinus Ito, is redescribed and illustrated in light of newly discovered male specimens from Korea. In Mt. Gachilbong, a number of males were found sitting on rocks along the mountain stream of deep woods while only a single female was swept from nearby vegetation. Based on morphological data, especially using postabdominal structures, Oreurinus is placed in the Trypeta group of the subtribe Trypetina (Trypetinae: Trypetini).

알락명나방亞科의 1신종, Ceroprepes dorsomaculata sp. nov. 큰검은무늬알락명나방을 기재하고, 가는흰띠알락명나방 (Acrobasis rufilimbalis) 1종을 한국 미기록종으로 보고하며, 이들에 대한 성충, 생식기의 도해 및 생태적 기록을 정리하였다.

Jassa slatteryi was redescribed as a new record to Korean fauna, accompanied by the morphological account in comparison with Jassa falcata Montagu, 1808. This work was based on the specimens which were collected from the screw of the international trade ship, named Hanjin, anchored in Samcheon-po bay of the south coast of Korea in 2004.

Three brackish-water harpacticoid species belonging to the family Cletodidae are reported from the salt marshes in South Korea: Limnocletodes behningi Borutzky, 1926, L. angustodes Shen and Tai, 1963 and Kollerua longum (Shen and Tai 1979). Two genera, Limnocletodes and Kollerua, and the three species are newly added to Korean fauna. This paper deals with the redescription and systematic accounts of them, with detailed illustrations.
