자원순환형 경제사회기반 구축을 위한 기업의 환경 친화적 물류시스템 실태 (A Study on the Environment Conscious Logistic System for Economy Base Construction Under Resources Circulation)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of environment conscious logistic system which is essential to make material recycling economic society. Environment conscious logistic management which meant simply recycle is tend to promote material reduction, reuse and recycling. We have made case studies about advanced environment friendly logistic system. To examine Korean companies' environment conscious logistic system, we made survey form which is consist of 82 questionnaires and 154 companies have participated for this. And we have analyzed the survey responses. As a result of this study, we propose the way of constructing environment conscious logistic system in Korea.

  • The production accounts of domestic by-product is increased after 1990's. It is worried about the life reduction of dump land, as dump land's capacity have reached to limitation and the amount of construction industrial wastes is going higher Recently, Recycling aggregates could be gained from the reconstruction works using recycle process. and the study and research of recycle concretes developed concrete application methods, It could put some outcome of studies to practical use for concrete products. The methods of crushing waste concrete are going diverse. In this study, the fundamental experiments and recycling application is investigated and analyzed with use of recycling aggregate which made of mechanical crush and underwater electrical impact crush. and the difference between underwater electrical impact crush, mechanical crush and natural aggregates is studied.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data on the optimum method for interfacial separation for an effective recycle of concrete waste by using the thermal properties of concrete. Therefore, this study is proceeded by dividing the interface of concrete into cement paste and fine aggregates or mortar and coarse aggregate, considering the aspect of recycled cement and aggregate as the recycling use of concrete waste. As results of the experiment, in case of recycle cement, the interfacial separation is easily appeared, but it is shown that the mixed amount of powder included in fine aggregate doesn't greatly decrease. But, in case of recycle coarse aggregate, the effect of interfacial separation by preliminary heating is predominant. Especially, the bonding rate of mortar is the lowest when it is heated 5 times for 120 minutes at $300^{\circ}C$. Hence, it is considered that it will be an excellent effect of quality control when the results of this study is applied to a manufacturing system of recycle coarse aggregate which is about to put into practical use.

균체재순환 및 동시당화발효에 의한 전분으로 부터의 반회분식 에탄올 발효 (Semibatch Ethanol Production from Starch by Simultaneous Saccharification and Fermentation Using Cell Recycle)

  • 전분으로 부터 에탄올을 생산하기 위한 경제적인 공정을 개발하기 위하여 Zymomonas mobilis와 당화효소(AMG)를 사용한 반 회분식 동시 당화 발효공정올 연구 하였다. 응집성 에탄올 균주인 Z. mobilis ZM40l과 침전조를 사용한 균체 재순환 방식에 의한 반회분식 동시 당화발효 공정에서는 에탄올 생산성이 제2차 및 제3차 발효에서 각각 4.1g / I / h 및 4.3 g / I / h이었다. 이에 비해 미세여과막(microfiltration) 장치에 의한 Z. mobilis ZM4의 재순환 방식을 사용하는 공정에서는 에탄올 생산성이 제2차 및 제3차 발효에서 모두 5.4 g / l / h로 더 높았다. 에탄올 생산 시설이 large-seale임을 고려할 때 미세여과막을 사용하는 반회분식 공정이 에탄올 생산성과 seale-up의 용이성 및 운전의 간편성등의 관점에서 가장 개발 가능성이 높은 공정인 것으로 판단되었다.

  • This paper addresses the optimal design of dividing wall distillation column which is rapidly applied in a variety of chemical processes over recent several years because of its high energy saving efficiency. A general dividing wall column model which can cope with the heat transfer through the dividing wall is developed using rigorous computer simulation. Based on the simulation model, the effects of the internal recycle flow distribution around the dividing wall and the heat transfer across the dividing wall on overall system performance are investigated. An improved method is suggested to utilize the heat transfer through the wall to optimal column design. The suggested method is compared with the existing method via. simulation study and shows more improved energy saving result. Several control strategies for the divided wall column are tested and the optimal control strategy is propose

  • 전력연구원에서 수행 중인 7 kW 용융탄산염형 연료전지 시스템의 운전 조건과 일치하는 모델을 in-Line FORTRAN 블록을 이용하여 상용 소프트웨어인 ASPEN PLUS로 전산 모사한 결과와 가스 크로마토그래피를 이용하여 분석한 실험적인 값을 비교 분석한 결과 실험치와 거의 일치함을 보였다. 향후 대형 시스템에서 사용하게될 가스 recycle을 위해서 연료극, 공기극의 가스를 recycle할 때와 연료극 가스를 catalytic burner를 이용하여 recycle하였을 때 연료의 전체적인 시스템의 효율 변화를 살펴보았다. 이러한 결과는 용융탄산염 연료전지 대형 시스템의 설계에 중요한 자료가 될 것이다.

  • The experimental study reported herein was to investigate to separation characteristics of a tangential flow membrane in a continuous recycle situation. Physical and dynamic analyses are performed on the membrane system in order to relate relevant variables to the capacity of separation. The results of separation process may be summarized by a proposed equation:Sh=A(Re.Sc.dh/L)1/3. It was shown also by the analyses that effective separation of sugar and cell was attainable by means of tangential membranes, thereby enhancing ethanol productivity in fermentation with continuous cell and substrate recycle.

  • 본 연구는 PM과 SOx를 효과적으로 저감 시킬 수 있는 Water- Scrubber와 오염물과 세정수의 분리가 가능한 Purifier를 이용한 새로운 순환식 배기가스 세정시스템의 개발하여 PM, PAH 제거효율을 산정한 결과, PM과 PAH모두 유입 수 대비 99%이상 처리되는 것을 확인하였으며, 수질인자도 재사용이 가능한 유입수의 수준으로 분석되었다.
