In recent years there has been growing interest in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) for a variety of indoor applications. In this paper, we present the RSSI-based localization in indoor environments. In order to evaluate the relationship between distance and RSSI, the log-normal path loss shadowing model is used. By tagging users with a sensor node and deploying a number of nodes at fixed position in the building, the RSSI can be used to determine the position of tagged user. This system operates by recording and processing signal strength information at the base stations. It combines Euclidean distance technique with signal strength matrix obtained during real-time measurement to determine the location of user. The experimental results presented the ability of this system to estimate user's location with a accuracy.

We made a smartphone interlocking location tracking streetlight and remote display device to compensate the defect of real time identifiable CCTV streetlights and child safety notification applications. It controls brightness of LED by detecting the surrounding brightness and objects with ultrasonic sensor and illuminance senor. The CCTV receives the location of smartphone by Bluetooth and takes the target of the location. It realizes a wireless transmission system that the video is upload to the tablet PC via WiFi.
In this paper, an autonomous surveillance-tracking system for Workers monitoring basing on the stereo vision scheme is proposed. That is, analysing the characteristics of the cross-axis camera system through some experiments, a optimized stereo vision system is constructed and using this system an intelligent worker surveillance-tracking system is implemented, in which a target worker moving through the environments can be detected and tracked, and its resultant stereo location coordinates and moving trajectory in the world space also can be extracted. From some experiments on moving target surveillance-tracking, it is analyzed that the target's center location after being tracked is kept to be very low error ratio of 1.82%, 1.11% on average in the horizontal and vertical directions, respectively. And, the error ratio between the calculation and measurement values of the 3D location coordinates of the target person is found to be very low value of 2.5% for the test scenario on average. Accordingly, in this paper, a possibility of practical implementation of the intelligent stereo surveillance system for real-time tracking of a target worker moving through the environments and robust detection of the target's 3D location coordinates and moving trajectory in the real world is finally suggested.

Many construction projects involve a plethora of safety-related problems that can cause loss of productivity, diminished revenue, time overruns, and legal challenges. Incorporating data collection and analytics methods can help overcome the root causes of many such problems. However, in a dynamic construction workplace collecting data from a large number of resources is not a trivial task and can be costly, while many contractors lack the motivation to incorporate technology in their activities. In this research, an Android-based mobile application, Preemptive Construction Site Safety (PCS2) is developed and tested for real-time location tracking, trajectory prediction, and prevention of potential collisions between workers and site hazards. PCS2 uses ubiquitous mobile technology (smartphones) for positional data collection, and a robust trajectory prediction technique that couples hidden Markov model (HMM) with risk-taking behavior modeling. The effectiveness of PCS2 is evaluated in field experiments where impending collisions are predicted and safety alerts are generated with enough lead time for the user. With further improvement in interface design and underlying mathematical models, PCS2 will have practical benefits in large scale multi-agent construction worksites by significantly reducing the likelihood of proximity-related accidents between workers and equipment.
In this study, we propose a cow behavior recognition system based on YOLOX and OC-SORT. YOLO X detects targets in real-time and provides information on cow location and behavior. The OC-SORT module tracks cows in the video and assigns unique IDs. The quantitative analysis module analyzes the behavior and location information of cows. Experimental results show that our system demonstrates high accuracy and precision in target detection and tracking. The average precision (AP) of YOLOX was 82.2%, the average recall (AR) was 85.5%, the number of parameters was 54.15M, and the computation was 194.16GFLOPs. OC-SORT was able to maintain high-precision real-time target tracking in complex environments and occlusion situations. By analyzing changes in cow movement and frequency of mounting behavior, our system can help more accurately discern the estrus behavior of cows.

In this paper, we design a pet location tracking and remote monitoring system that uses ultrasonic, temperature, humidity and illumination sensors to study behavioral patterns and habits. Using ultrasonic waves to calculate distances, a WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) was constructed to transmit data at pet's location, such as temperature, humidity and illumination, to a sink mote. Data received by the system are stored in the database in real time to trace pet's location. Interference among transmitting motes was eliminated by sequentially transmitting RF beacons using sink mote's beacon as the reference signal. Experiments were performed with the laboratory prototype of a pet animal monitoring system implemented for this study. The system analyzes locations of a pet and displays movement patterns, areas of movement, temperature, humidity and illumination using a GUI (graphical user interface).

In this paper the situation requiring emergency rescue team from the endangered person, using the structure of the signal with a transmitter that provides the service. Given real-time map information based on a directional antenna to the transmitter of the received value, and moving the location of the forecast to move the tracker to the location of the transponder, the algorithm offers. Location tracking algorithm implemented in the simulator to actually do the verification report which will show whether the performance of the show.

This paper proposed a real-time monitoring system that can realize effective operation of snowplows each of the local autonomous entities secures to cope with disasters in Korea like a wintertime heavy snowfall and also can promptly cope with the spot facing a heavy snowfall disaster by doing real-time monitoring on the information of the snow-removal site and the mobility of the vehicles. Also, the study has designed a relay terminal analysis tool so that the proposed system can analyze all kinds of controlling information and diagnose the relay terminal effectively. The proposed system can realize effective and emergent coping with the situations of a heavy snowfall disaster through real-time routing trace as well as effective work progress within a short time by doing real-time monitoring on the information about the status of snow-removal work and vehicle controlling for snow-removal work as well as the location information of snow-removal vehicles in the situations of a heavy snowfall.

In this study, real-time character navigation using AR lens developed by Nreal is developed. Real-time character navigation is not possible with general marker-based AR because NPC characters must guide while moving in an unspecified space. To replace this, a markerless AR system was developed using Digital Twin technology. Existing markerless AR is operated based on hardware such as GPS, gyroscope, and magnetic sensor, so location accuracy is low and processing time in the system is long, resulting in low reliability in real-time AR environment. In order to solve this problem, using the SLAM technique to construct a space into a 3D object and to construct a markerless AR based on point location, AR can be implemented without any hardware intervention in a real-time AR environment. This real-time AR environment configuration made it possible to implement a navigation system using characters in tourist attractions such as Suncheon Bay Garden and Suncheon Drama Filming Site.
