Design and Implementation of Real-Time Mobile Remicon Quality Management Program for Field Response of Remicon mixer (레미콘 배합의 현장 즉시 대응을 위한 실시간 모바일 레미콘 품질 관리 프로그램 설계 및 구현)

  • In this paper, we propose a mobile remicon quality management system to enable inspection and correspondence with a smart phone in the field check of remicon. We also proposed a real-time slump data processing part to digitize field inspection and XML formats for data exchange with the server. We used the smart phone to transmit real-time image about field inspection of remicon and judged the error at the same time. By doing this, we shared the situation of the remicon products in the field and the head office. Based on the actual results, the development technology is used to determine whether the product is abnormal or not, and to provide appropriate information to the company and the site. Based on the analysis of raw material quality data, it is possible to present real time optimal blending ratio according to raw material import with raw material management data, which is the biggest problem of the ready mixed concrete industry.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a practical image inspection system that could recognize it correctly, endowing flexibility to the productive field, although the same object for work will be changed in the size and rotated. In this experiment, it selected a fighter, rotating the direction from $30^{\circ}$ to $45^{\circ}$ simultaneously while changing the size from 1/4 to 1/16, as an object inspection without using another hardware for exclusive image processing. The invariant moments, Hu has suggested, was used as feature vector moment descriptor. As a result of the experiment, the image inspection system developed from this research was operated in real-time regardless of the chance of size and rotation for the object inspection, and it maintained the correspondent rates steadily above from 94% to 96%. Accordingly, it is considered as the flexibility can be considerably endowed to the factory automation when the image inspection system developed from this research is applied to the productive field.

  • Recently, the development of a Korean fighter jet is underway in Korea. As a result, various armament/equipment that can perform various missions will be installed and linked. In order for the aircraft and armament/equipment to be successfully installed and linked, they must be designed and developed based on linkage standards and must operate according to the operating procedures. In addition, safety and reliability must be verified through many repeated tests. In this paper, in order to optimize the resources (time, cost, manpower) consumed by performing repeated tests, an inspection system was developed according to the MIL-STD-1760, an airborne standard interface, and software that can perform aircraft linkage procedures in real time was installed to secure an integrated inspection system that can verify the linkage of armament/equipment in advance.

  • Current manufacturing and distribution industries work with handwritten shipping information or receive operation results in excel files and have to go through computer processing for their logistics. Thus, hand writing error or computer entry error, non-real-time data processing, quantity shortage and excess operating problems have been frequently occurring in many logistics points. In this paper, we will be proposing a RFID based automatic inspection system that will ensure more accurate data for inbound and outbound. Real-time data processing and automatic inspection system will show cost saving effect compared to the existing system.

  • This paper deals with a geometric error simulator, measurement and inspection of workpiece errors on the machine tools, and identification and compensation methodology of thermal errors in machining centers. In order to raise the machining accuracy of workpieces a measurement and inspection system on the machine tool is developed. By using MPPGT module Manual and CNC type CMMs are realized on the machining centers. To compensate for geometric and thermal deformation errors of machining centers, a real time and an off line geometric adaptive control system were developed on the machining centers. A vertical and a horizontal machining center equipped with FANUC 0MC were used for experiments. Performance of the systems were confirmed with a large amount of experiment.

  • Automatic Vision Inspection (AVI) systems automatically detect defect features and measure their sizes via camera vision. It has been populated because of the accuracy and consistency in terms of QC (Quality Control) of inspection processes. Also, it is important to predict the performance of an AVI to meet customer's specification in advance. AVI are usually suffered from false negative and positives. It can be overcome by providing extra information such as 3D depth information. Stereo vision processing has been popular for depth extraction of the 3D images from 2D images. However, stereo vision methods usually take long time to process. In this paper, retro optical system using reflectors is proposed and experimented to overcome the problem. The optical system extracts the depth without special SW processes. The vision sensor and optical components such as illumination and depth detecting module are integrated as a unit. The depth information can be extracted on real-time basis and utilized and can improve the performance of an AVI system.

  • Using the real-time image processing technique, we have developed an automatic visual inspection system which detects the defects of the surface muonted components in PCB( missing components, mislocation, mismounts, and reverse polarity, etc ) and collects the quality control and production management data. An image processing system based on a commercial parallel processor, TRANSPUTER by which the image processing time can be largely reduced was designed. Analyzing the collected data, the proposed inspection system contributes to the productivity improvement throughthe reduction of defective rate.

  • In this paper, an automatic ball-stud inspection system has been developed using the computer-aided vision system. Index table has been used to get the rapid measurement and multi-camera has been used to get the high resolution in physical system. Camera calibration was suggested to perform the reliable inspection. Image processing and data analysis algorithms for ball stud inspection system have been investigated and were performed quickly with high accuracy. As a result, inspection system of a ball stud could be used with a high resolution in real time.

  • The outer race of the constant velocity(CV) joint is an important load-supporting automotive part, which transmits torque between the transmission and the wheel. The outer race is difficult to forge, because its shape is very complex and the required dimensional tolerances are very stringent. Therefore, the internet based shape inspection system is developed in this study to provide quick and accurate data through the easy control from users. Proposed system uses mechanical displacement sensors to measure the shape of CV joint that has six inner ball grooves, and commercially available Lab-View program is used to process measured data into the dimensional shape. Developed program provides a simple user interface that enables users real-time access of data measured from industrial production lines. Furthermore, it can exchange measured data via the internet between users and forging system operators. A java applet helped the system connection via internet. A data, IP access, is transmitted to the packet by TCP/IP. Our proposed system has many advantages over current measuring systems including fast and efficient data processing by real-time control, and system flexibility.
