  • Researches on the actual condition of the management of reading circles at 1991, 1999 and the third 2004 are analyzed and compared mutually in order to observe the process of development of reading circles because the management of reading circles in public libraries play an important role in activating reading activity. Public libraries increase twice in number than first research and take interest in the management of reading circles to activate reading activity, so public libraries are in full activity to organize and manage reading circles by themself, secure a budget for reading circles and supply spaces for reading activity constructively. However, development of the reading activity program and positioning of experts in management of reading circles have been remained as non solved problems.

  • The university library plays the most important role in university. It provides the space and facilities to keep a variety of books and read them. One facility which is the most frequently used in a library is a reading room. In reality, it is the place where many college students spend most of their time. However, there are sometimes severe competitions to get a seat in a reading room, especially near the time of examinations. In this paper, first, problems on the management of a reading room and student’s responses are reviewed. Then operational issues on the seat management systems are investigated and analyzed through simulations. Finally, discussions are followed to improve the effectiveness of a seat management system.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the reading circle management with college students and the participation program in the reading camp. The results show that the participation program in reading camp helps the activation on reading circle. The college students'activity on reading camp increases reading activity because students can work with the graduates and get the graduates'reading activity experience. Also, the activity on reading camp encourages reading circle members to work so that they continue their activity after graduation. Students on reading circle usually work hard during semester but during closing of college, they seldom work. The participation program in reading camp, however, can bridge over the gap during the vacation.

  • The Reading Certification System is a form of reading education, a program in which homeroom teachers or librarians certify and reward students' reading and reading activities in order to raise motivation for reading. This study investigates and analyzes the management of the Reading Certification System in elementary school libraries in Gapyeong County, indicating problems and providing ways to resolve them by examining theories on school libraries' reading education and the Reading Certification System through a documentary survey and by conducting a survey of librarians and students on the categories of management, effectiveness, satisfaction levels, reading activities and reading motivation factors. An analysis of the survey results yielded the following suggestions for improvement: there should be a recommended books selection, a separate budget for a diverse reward system and more reading activities for students with low participation levels. I hope the results of this paper will be used as a reference when implementing the Reading Certification System in elementary schools, and that it will be an opportunity in changing perspective when applying the system.

The presence of traditional human resources management instruments, which include the aspects of job analysis, selection training, and even development, has been used frequently for many years in organizations. This study aims to investigate the relationship between employee reading habits and their innovativeness. Research design, data and methodology: The research methodology applied in this case is qualitative research methods. It is a method that involves the collection of data from non-numerical formats. The technique helped in understanding the relationship that exists between the reading habits of the employees and the competencies of innovation. Results: The present researchers figured out the meaningful connection between the independent variable (Reading Habit and dependent variable (Innovative Competency), explaining 'The Reason Why Employees Should Read More Books' and 'How Organizations Promote the Reading Habits of Employees'. Conclusions: It is clear that with reading habits among employees, innovation is easily achieved since these employees know their goals, how to achieve these objectives and overcome any challenge that might hinder innovation. Organizational management should work towards fostering positive reading cultures among employees in organizations.
