The industrial structure comes to be complicated and for the production of the enterprise the rational and scientific forecast is necessary. The demand forecast has been widely used to linear regression, and up to now the linear regression was sharp the relationskp between then dependent variable and the independent variables. But, The real society demands accurate demand forecast from uncertain environment and subjective concept. This paper proposes the demand quantity forecast method to using of the fuzzy linear regression in uncertain and vague environment. Also, the optimum decision making of the demand quantity forecast uses integral calculus of the Sugeno to reflecting with the expert's (inventory manager) opinion.

In the recent years, there has been a remarkable growth in the popularity of health education and health promotion. Health educators are increasingly confronting serious ethical quandars. Health educators need to be fully prepared to meet the challenges presented by these situations. The objectives of this study are as follows: 1. It explores some fundamental concepts concerning ethics, morals, and values. 2. It identifies several critical ethical issues confronting the field of health education with which individual health educators must wrestle during the course of their careers. 3. It examines the process of applying ethical principles to guide rational resolution of complex value-laden issues and moral dilemmas. 4. Collectively, these provide health educators with a basic understanding of ethics and how ethics may be used to facilitate sound decision making. This study challenges health educators to consider the ethical issues and implications associated with certain practices or advances in the field of education.

Lighting made interior space visible and to recognize space itself. Sp9ace and form are established not themselves , but lighting. and dextrous treatment of natural light accomplished poeteic space. Inflowing of lighting in interior space is main factor to decide space character and image . That was recognized in interior space through many centries. At this point, this study was described for that present inflowing of lighting adapting space character and right method in lighting program. The present study is to present the planning method of the most appropriate and the most rational natural lighting in planing for lighting. Under this premise the followings are made ; I. An introduction , the purpose, the sphere, and the method of this study are stated. II, The present writer studied the general characteristics of natural lighting. III. this author studied the factor of decision on control and representation skill of lighting along the following. IV. Analyzing interior space in which the natural lighting is introduced through some literature and case studies. Physics, psychology, structure, equipment, material. V. The last, the author rearranged the results of this study.

The heat demand prediction is an essential issue in management of district heating system. Without an accurate prediction through the lead-time period, it might be impossible to make a rational decision on many issues such as heat production scheduling and heat exchange among the plants which are very critical for the district heating company. The heat demand varies with the temperature as well as the time nonlinearly. And the parametric specification of the heat demand model would cause a misspecification bias in prediction. A nonparametric model for the short-term heat demand prediction has been developed as an alternative to avoiding the misspecification error and tested with the actual data. The prediction errors are reasonably small enough to use the model to predict a few hour ahead heat demand.

This study aims to explore the developing strategies of knowledge based industry in ChunChon Area. The result of this study will be useful for the chief executives officers to make more rational decision making for industrial developing strategies is related to the Knowledge based Industries. The paper also strives to provoke debate in this area with to encouraging further research on the topic.

To solve modern social problems, it is important that improve the democratic citizenship quality of people. This quality includes the rational and democratic problem-solving capacity, decision-making capacity, democratic skills and attitudes such as human dignity, dialogue, compromise. To use an educational network simulation game that has the merits of game, simulatio and network will help children to improve the democratic citizenship educaiton. This study explorers the structure, flow, system, database, interface and teaching-learning tool for this educational network simulation game.

The structural design process of the buildings consists of several design phases, which perform the simple calculation and the decision mailing to be with designers judgement, recursively. In this paper, the information that created during the design phases and used for generating the rational design result is called intermediate information. The intermediate information as well as the structural design results must be managed together in order to develop an integrated system for computer aided structural design. This paper presents the research for the object modeling concepts and the formal object model according to them for the systematic management of not only structural design results but also intermediate information.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of critical success and to analyze the main factors which are affecting the successful implementation of Internet shopping mall. Recently, the design problem of heat insulation have been reappraised in the aspect of energy saving due to the rising trend of energy cost. For example, that design problem is increasingly requsted in the fields of accommodation air conditioning systems, hot water supply systems, cargo handling systems, district heating or cooling systems. The rational design of heat insulation of piping systems can not only improve the overall efficiency of energy transfer but also give energy saving. In this paper, the heat insulation problem of district heating systems is therefore modeled as the multi-stage decision processes, suitable for dynamic programming technique. And take the object function as the sum of heat insulation material cost involved construction cost and heat loss cost, and propose the design method to minimize the object function for overall piping systems by dynamic programing. Effectiveness of design method presented here is proved by a computer simulation.

Research industry in Korea has shown remarkable development in the past decade, mainly owing to the fact that the confidence level on the research itself has been largely improved as the major predictions based on poll result hit the mark in the past presidential elections, and also the change of management style in Korean business based on the rational decision making process. In the article, I will analyze the change of Korean\\\\`s behavior toward public opinion research in diachronic manner and show the number and activities of Research Organizations in order to look into the present condition of research industry and then think about the future and the desirable direction of Korea research industry.
