닷넷 기반의 소프트웨어 RAD 프로세스 - (NET Based Software Rapid Application Development(RAD) Process)

  • 소프트웨어의 개발은 여러 번의 반복(Iteration)을 거치며 각각의 반복은 요구사항 분석, 분석 및 설계, 구현, 그리고 테스트 및 평가 과정을 포함하고 있어 자체로서도 하나의 개발주기를 이룬다. 이러한 반복적인 개발 방법에서는 반복마다 실행 가능한 릴리즈가 산출되고 이는 반복이 거듭될수록 향상되어 결국 최종 시스템으로 발전된다. 전통적인 프로세스와 비교했을 때 빠르고 반복적인 개발 방법이 갖는 장점은 초기에 위험요소를 줄일 수 있고 변경에 대한 관리가 용이하다. 그리고 보다 높은 수준의 재사용이 가능하며, 프로세스가 진행됨에 따라 프로젝트 팀원의 기술을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이러한 결과로 전반적인 고품질을 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 고객 중심의 요구를 빠르게 적용할 수 있고 짧은 기간에 개발 산출물을 제공할 수 있도록 프로세스 개선의 초점을 둔 빠른 개발 프로세스와 사례연구를 목적으로 하고 있으며, 이를 위해서 제안 프로세스는 NET 기반에서 마르미III, MSF/CD, XP, Agile, PSP, TSP의 공통적이고 핵심 적인 활동을 중심으로 구성하였다.

  • Two step rapid filter system as a pre-treatment for the injected water into aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) in Korea was developed to reduce physical blockage and secure the volume of the injected water. First, single rapid sand filters with three different media sizes (0.4~0.7, 0.7~1.0 and 1.0~1.4 mm) were tested. Only two sizes (0.4~0.7 and 0.7~1.0 mm) satisfied target turbidity, below 1.0 NTU. However, they showed the fast head loss. To prevent the fast head loss and secure the volume of the injected water, a rapid anthracite filter with roughing media size (2.0~3.4 mm) were installed before a single rapid sand filter. As results, both the target turbidity and reduction of head loss were achieved. It was determined that the media size for a rapid sand filter in two step rapid filter system (i.e. a rapid anthracite filter before a rapid sand filter) was 0.7~1.0 mm. In addition, the effects of coagulant doses on the removal of natural organic matter (NOM), which might cause a biological clogging, were preliminarily evaluated, and the values of $UV_{254}$, dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and SUVA were interpreted.

  • Intestinal giant-cystic disease (IGCD) of the Israel carp (Cyprinus carpio nudus) has been recognized as one of the most serious diseases afflicting inland farmed fish in the Republic of Korea, and Thelohanellus kitauei has been identified as the causative agent of the disease. Until now, studies concerning IGCD caused by T. kitauei in the Israel carp have been limited to morphological and histopathological examinations. However, these types of diagnostic examinations are relatively time-consuming, and the infection frequently cannot be detected in its early stages. In this study, we cloned the full-length 18S rRNA gene of T. kitauei isolated from diseased Israel carps, and carried out molecular identification by comparing the sequence with those of other myxosporeans. Moreover, conventional PCR and real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) using oligonucleotide primers for the amplification of 18S rRNA gene fragment were established for further use as methods for rapid diagnosis of IGCD. Our results demonstrated that both the conventional PCR and real-time quantitative PCR systems applied herein are effective for rapid detection of T. kitauei spores in fish tissues and environmental water.

  • 사회적경제의 급속한 발전과 지속적인 생활수준 향상으로 관광산업의 급속한 발전을 위해 유리한 환경이 마련되었다. 고도로 발달된 인터넷 기술은 사람들에게 더 편리한 온라인 여행을 제공했다. 온라인 관광이 빠르게 발전하면서 관광 관련 인터넷 사업도 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 본 연구는 우선 연구 배경과 연구 의의를 소개하고, 온라인 관광 개발 핫스팟, 비즈니스 모델 연구 이슈 등 사회적경제의 발전을 바탕으로 씨트립의 비즈니스 모델 최적화 연구의 필요성을 제시한다. 씨트립은 온라인 여행 산업 및 비즈니스 모델 내·외 연구 현황을 설명하고, 온라인 여행, OTA 비즈니스 모델 등 관련 개념과 이론을 심층적으로 소개·분석하고, 전문가 연구를 기반으로 확대한다. 씨트립의 기존 사업모델의 미흡, 높은 경상운영비, 공급업체의 큰 영향요인, 신사업 개발이 더딘 등 여러 측면이 제시되었고, 이를 해결하기 위한 대안이 제시되었다. 씨트립은 가치 창출과 혁신을 위한 씨트립의 비즈니스 모델 최적화 전략과 고객 가치사슬을 위한 인터넷 비즈니스 모델 최적화 전략 등 지속 가능한 경쟁 우위를 유지했다.

  • Nowadays, increasing demand of the customized products has led to an increased usage of rapid prototyping in the product development. However, the acquisition price of a rapid prototyping equipment is still too high that not every body can afford to buy one. To offer a wide access to the users who need physical prototypes, a connection of the rapid prototyping equipment to the Internet is a viable step. It would allow a large group of customers all over the world to use the manufacturing capability of a service provider offering this kind of manufacturing service. To realize how such an e-manufacturing concept can look like, a LOM-type 3D printer developed at KIST has been used as test site and connected to the Internet. A possible user can log on to the server of the equipment and view his STL file and start the building operation from a remote place. To see whether the operation runs properly, a CCD camera is used to transmit the actual state of operation online. The result so far proves the feasibility of rapid prototyping on the Internet as well as an order-adaptive manufacturing system via web.

Multi-Temporal Spectral Analysis of Rice Fields in South Korea Using MODIS and RapidEye Satellite Imagery

  • Space-borne remote sensing is an effective and inexpensive way to identify crop fields and detect the crop condition. We examined the multi-temporal spectral characteristics of rice fields in South Korea to detect their phenological development and condition. These rice fields are compact, small-scale parcels of land. For the analysis, moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) and RapidEye images acquired in 2011 were used. The annual spectral tendencies of different crop types could be detected using MODIS data because of its high temporal resolution, despite its relatively low spatial resolution. A comparison between MODIS and RapidEye showed that the spectral characteristics changed with the spatial resolution. The vegetation index (VI) derived from MODIS revealed more moderate values among different land-cover types than the index derived from RapidEye. Additionally, an analysis of various VIs using RapidEye satellite data showed that the VI adopting the red edge band reflected crop conditions better than the traditionally used normalized difference VI.

Pre-earthquake fuzzy logic and neural network based rapid visual screening of buildings

  • When assessing buildings that may collapse during a large earthquake, conventional rapid visual screening procedures generally provide good results when identifying buildings for further investigation. Unfortunately, their accuracy at identify buildings at risk is not so good. In addition, there appears to be little room for improvement. This paper investigates an alternative screening procedure based on fuzzy logic and artificial neural networks. Two databases of buildings damaged during the Athens earthquake of 1999 are used for training purposes. Extremely good results are obtained from one database and not so good results are obtained from the second database. This finding illustrates the importance of specifically collecting data tailored to the requirements of the fuzzy logic based rapid visual screening procedure. In general, results demonstrate that the trained fuzzy logic based rapid visual screening procedure represents a marked improvement when identifying buildings at risk. In particular, when smaller percentages of the buildings with high damage scores are extracted for further investigation, the proposed fuzzy screening procedure becomes more efficient. This paper shows that the proposed procedure has a significant optimisation potential, is worth pursuing and, to this end, a strategy that outlines the future development of the fuzzy logic based rapid visual screening procedure is proposed.

  • 토마토황화잎말림바이러스(Tomato yellow leaf curl virus; TYLCV)는 온실가루이(Bemisia tabaci)에 의해서 영속전염되는 DNA 바이러스로 토마토에 발생하는 가장 중요한 병 중 하나이다. 우리나라에서 TYLCV는 2008년 최초로 보고된 이래 급속하게 전국적으로 확산되어 토마토 생산에 심각한 경제적 손실을 일으키고 있다. 토마토 생산과정에서 TYLCV의 확산을 최소화하기 위해 바이러스의 조기진단이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 바이러스의 신속진단을 위해 초고속 정밀 PCR 진단기술을 개발하였으며, 이는 마이크로칩을 기반으로 하여 $5{\mu}l$의 시료만으로 PCR을 수행할 수 있도록 고안된, 휴대가 가능할 정도의 소형 GenSpector$^{TM}$ TMC-1000 PCR 기기를 이용한 새로운 기술이다. 본 연구에서 개발된 초고속 정량 PCR을 이용하였을 때 TYLCV 진단을 위한 30 cycle의 PCR과 용융점분석(melting curve analysis)에 15분 이내의 시간이 소요되었으며, GenSpector$^{TM}$ TMC-1000 PCR을 이용한 초고속 정밀진단 기술은 향후 TYLCV의 대발생을 모니터링하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. 본 연구결과는 GenSpector$^{TM}$ TMC-1000 PCR기반의 초고속정량 PCR 기술을 이용한 식물 바이러스의 진단기술 개발로는 최초의 보고이다.

  • A flywheel-driven rapid compression and expansion machine is developed and utilized for experimental study of homogeneous charge compression ignition combustion. Compression ignition of homogeneous charge in IC engines offers possibilities of realizing ultra-lean engine operation with greatly reduced NOx and particulate formation. Fundamental investigations are carried out in order to better understand this ideal engine combustion mechanism. Perfectly premixed propane-air mixtures of various equivalence ratio are compression-ignited in the rapid compression and expansion machine, and the characteristics of the auto-ignition and the following combustion process are analyzed.

  • This paper aims to suggest the feasibility of rapid operation scheme generated in preceding study, 'A study on development of operation planning for rapid service in urban railway(An introduction)' through application it to present subway lines in Seoul Metropolitan area. In case of line 3, without the Passing Track 'Turning train outstrip mode' is the best policy. In case of line 4, with the Passing Trank 'Passing track mode' may be the best way to realize the this scheme. Also, there is feasibility in the line 1, line 5, line 6, line 7 but there is no possibility it is applied to line 2 and line 8. In conclusion, this paper is intend to suggest the possibility of rapid operation in urban railway by presenting real operation scheme, time tables and amount of power usage and the number of composing trains and variety of demand,
