개인고속이동(Personal Rapid Transit) 시스템의 운전시격에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Headway of the Personal Rapid Transit System)

  • We deal with the headway which effects on the performance of the PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) system and the system safety. The headway, time between passage of one vehicle and the next, is one of the important factors to assess the line capacity, which has a cue to solve the problem of the congestion in public transportation. To decide the headway there are many important factors, especially such as the failure vehicle deceleration rate, the following simple analytical equation can be made to assess the relation between the line speed and the minimum headway. In this paper we employ a numerical analysis method using a simple analytical equations for the evaluation of the minimum headway and show simple simulation results.

상악골 급속 확장 후 상악골 변화에 대한 정모두부방사선 규격사진 분석에 관한 연구 (A posteroanterior cephalometric study on the change of maxilla by rapid palatal expansion)

  • 본 연구는 상악궁이 양측성으로 협소하여 구치부 교차 교합을 보이는 환자 30 명에서 정중구개봉합 급속 확장술을 시행한 후, 정모두부방사선 규격 사진을 이용하여 상악골 기저부의 횡적 확장 여부를 확인하고, 그 양을 정량적으로 계측하여 상하악골 횡적 부조화의 개선 정도를 평가하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 정중구개봉합 급속 확장술을 시행한 경우 남녀 모두 각각 상악골 기저부의 유의성 있는 증가를 보였다. (P<0.001) 2. 정중구개봉합 급속 확장술을 시행한 후 확장량에 있어서 남녀간 유의성 있는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 3. 정중구개봉합 급속 확장술을 시행한 경우 사춘기 이전과 사춘기 이후 모두 각각 상악골 기저부의 유의성 있는 증가를 보였다. (P<0.001) 4. 정중구개봉합 급속 확장술을 시행한 후 확장량에 있어서 사춘기 이전과 이후 간에 유의성 있는 차이를 보이지 않았다.

토양중 BTEX와 TPH의 동시분석법에 관한 연구 (Simultaneous analysis method of BTEX and TPH in soil)

  • A simple and rapid simultaneous analysis method of BTEX and TPH in soil was developed. 5g of soil sample were mixed with sodium sulfate and then extracted with 10 mL of mixture of acetone and dichloromethane (1:1). Extraction was performed for 10 min in sonicator and analysis was with GC-FID. The detection limits of BTEX and TPH was 0.8 and 10 mg/kg, respectively. The analytical recoveries were >90% for all BTEX and TPH. Low boiling point fuels and high boiling point fuels are consistently reproduced within RSD 7%. The analysis results show very simple and rapid quantitation of BTEX and TPH in soil sample with low RSD.

CO2 기반 금형 급속 냉각기술의 수치해석적 연구 (Numerical Analysis of CO2-Based Rapid Mold Cooling Technology)

  • In this study, we developed a simulation methodology for a technology that rapidly cools molds by directly spraying them with CO2 in its liquefied gaseous state. Initially, a simulation verification process was conducted using ANSYS Fluent's heat transfer analysis based on temperature values measured in prior research experiments, ensuring a comparable temperature could be calculated. Subsequently, the validated analysis method was employed to evaluate design factors that exert the most significant influence on cooling. An evaluation was conducted based on three factors: part thickness, mold thickness, and the melting temperature of material. Using a full factorial design approach, a total of 27 analyses were completed and subsequently calculated through analysis of means. The impact assessment was carried out based on the temperature values at the product's core. The results indicated that the thickness of the mold had the highest influence, while the melting temperature of material had the least.

단기숙성치즈 및 EMC 치즈의 휘발성 풍미성분 신속분석방법으로서 Pyrolysis/GC-Mass Spectrometry의 이용 (Pyrolysis/GC-Mass Spectrometry Analysis for Rapid Identification of Volatile Flavour Compounds of Accelerated Ripened Cheddar Cheese and Enzyme-Modified Cheese)

  • Pyrolysis/GC-mass spectrometry(Hewlet-Packard 5890GC/mass selective detector, 5971 BMSD), interfaced to a CDS Pyroprobe 1500 was optimized for rapid analysis of flavour compounds in Cheddar cheese. Twenty flavour compounds, including aldehydes(4), ketones(4), fatty acids(10), alcohol(1), and hydrocarbon(1), were identified from Cheddar cheeses. In total, Twenty-three flavour compounds aldehydes(2), ketones(8), alcohols(3), fatty acids(7), lactone(1), benzene derivative(1) and amide(1) were identified from two samples of accelerated-ripened Cheddar cheese treated with the proteolytic enzymes of Lactobacillus casei LGY. In total, Twenty-one flavour compounds; aldehydes(2), ketones(5), alcohols(2), fatty acids(11), and lactone(1) were identified from enzyme-modified cheese(EMC) treated with the combination of the proteolytic enzymes of Lactobacillus casei LGY and commercial endopeptidase or lipase. However, All the flavour compounds identified by pyrolysis/GC/MS in samples of ARC and EMC were not determined whether they are recognized as typical Cheddar flavour or not. More studies were requested on the development of methods for a rapid and convienent analysis of dairy fermented products using pyrolysis/GC-mass spectrometry.

CAD/CAM/CAE/RP의 동시공학적 적용을 통한 휴머노이드 로봇의 쾌속 개발 (Rapid Development of a Humanoid Robot using Concurrent Implementation of CAD/CAM/CAE and RP)

  • In recent years, many robotics researches have been focused on developing human-friendly robots, that is, humanoid biped robots. The researches of humanoid robots include various areas such as hardware development, control of biped locomotion, artificial intelligence, human interaction, etc. The present work concerns the hardware development of a mid-size humanoid robot, BONOBO, focusing on rapid development of outer body parts with integrated application if CAD/CAM/CAE/RP. Most parts are three-dimensionally designed using 3D CAD, and effectively connected with CAE analyses using both kinematic simulation and structural analysis. In order to reduce lead time and investment cost for parts developments, Rapid Prototyping (RP) and CAM are selectively utilized for manufacturing body parts. These master parts are then replicated using the vacuum casting process, from which we can obtain plastic parts repeatedly. Through this integrated approach, the first prototype of BONOBO can be successfully developed with relatively low time and investment costs.

마그네시아 인산염 시멘트를 사용한 보수용 초속경 모르타르의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Properties of Ultra Rapid Hardening Mortar Using Magnesia-Phosphate Cement)

  • Building structures are generally large in size and have a long life, and the construction of such structures requires the investment of a huge amount of money and social infrastructure. Furthermore, building structures are closely related to people's life. Recently, however, the rapid development of society has been worsening air pollution, which is in turn accelerating the degradation of building structures. Thus, the safety of building structure is emerging as a critical issue. To cope with this problem, the government enacted "The Special Act on Safety Control for Infrastructure" but we need engineers' higher concern over the maintenance and reinforcement of existing structures. Recently researches are being made actively on repair mortar using ultra rapid hardening cement for recovering the performance of structures. The present study conducted an experiment on the basic physical properties of ultra rapid hardening mortar for repairing and reinforcing building structures using magnesia cement and mono-ammonium phosphate. In the experiment, we changed the water-cement ratio and carried out replacement at different ratio of MAP/MgO(%). We used retarder to have working life, and made comparative analysis through evaluating working life and fluidity and measuring strength by age.

CAE 와 쾌속조형/쾌속툴링을 이용한 전자제품용 소형 금형의 개발에 관한 연구 (Investigation into the development of deep drawing tools with small size for electronic parts utilizing the CAE and RP/RT technology)

  • The objective of this research works is to propose a rapid development methodology of small size deep drawing tools for electronic parts utilizing the technology combination of CAE and RP/RT. The technology is applied to the development of deep drawing tools with a drain shape. The final surface of tools is obtained from the evaluation of the formability using the CAE. In order to manufacture the physical prototype of tools fer try-out terming, several fabrication experiments are carried out for three types of rapid tool manufacturing technology. Through the fabrication experiments, the acceptable rapid manufacturing technologies of deep drawing tools with a small size have been proposed.

Designing Online Public Education Contents in Korean Medicine Using the Rapid-Prototyping Instructional Systems Design Model

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to design Korean-themed online public education content in Korean medicine using rapid prototyping instructional systems design (RPISD). This study presents cases of developing and converting face-to-face general education programs designed to increase the interest in and understanding of Korean medicine for the public into online programs within a short timeframe. Methods: This qualitative study is design and development research, which used the RPISD model to analyze the available resources utilized in the rapid development of public educational content and propose systematization and optimization measures by analyzing the needs of clients, learners, and the environment. The <Treasured Mirror of Eastern Medicine(DUBG)Open Course> was developed according to the model procedure, which involved needs analysis, development of course materials and manuscript, and storyboard creation and its filming and editing. Usability tests were conducted at all stages, and the opinions of clients, instructors, experts, and instructional designers were accommodated and reflected at each stage. Results: Using the rapid prototyping model, <Treasured Mirror of Eastern Medicine(DUBG)Open Course> was organized into five classes of 20 minutes each. Each class was developed in Korean and included English, Chinese, and Japanese subtitles in addition to Korean under the cooperative instructional design among clients, subject-matter experts, instructional designer and learners. Conclusion: The cooperative instructional design of stakeholders is significant in developing Korean medicine public education content online through extensive interaction and feedback from stakeholders in the early stage of educational content development.

운영중인 철도비탈면 보호를 위한 초속경 복합매트 보강 효과 (Reinforcement Effect of Rapid Hardening Composite Mat for Protect Railway Slope in Operation)

  • 본 논문에서는 초속경 복합매트를 이용하여 비탈면 보강 시 비탈면 안정해석에 대한 내용을 다루었다. 최근 지구온난화에 따른 기상이변으로 태풍, 집중호우 등에 의해 철도 성토 노반 비탈면 유실로 열차 운행이 제한되고 있다. 또한 복구 비용보다 피해액이 증가하고 있으며 유실로 인한 작업환경 저하로 작업자들의 안전이 우려되고 있다. 이를 위해 기존에 다양한 비탈면 보호공법이 개발되었지만 철도 현장 특성상 중장비의 투입이 곤란하여 적용이 곤란한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시공기면 확보가 용이하여 시공성 및 작업 안정성을 증대시키며 집중호우 시 재유실 방지 및 식생생장을 원천적으로 차단하여 유지보수 비용을 절감할 수 있는 초속경 복합매트를 적용한 비탈면 안정해석을 실시하였다. 해석 결과 초속경 복합매트의 적용시 안전율 증가가 확인되었지만 초속경 복합매트의 두께에 따른 안전율 증가는 미미한 것으로 확인되었다.
