A Railroad Cars playa prominent role in a matter of transportation however, yet it cannot be discussed here for cultural space. On the other hand, considering railroad customers' increaced desire(craving) for cultural space, we design it in the train so that we provide customers not only transportation but also fullfil them desire for culture. In the competitive cultural era. The aim of the new strategy for railroad business is both inspiving art and operating exhibition facilities in the train(railroad). Through analysis of exhibition space and environment, we design exhibition space to equip cultural facilities in the train then lead to make railroad business' new social education role by the inside and outside of the country.

Examining the market orientation and learning orientaiton and these relationship with business performance has received considerable interest in the last decade. Despite these interest, our understanding of the structure of both market orientation and learning orientaion and the mechanism of those effect on business performance is apparently limited in figuring out the railroad industry in Korea. The purpose of this research was to conceptualize and measure the organizational culture dimension from the integrative framework of market orientation and learning orientation, and to analyze its relationship with business performance in the railroad industry. The findings from this research are such as follows; market orientation is a set of three interrelated components, i.e., customer orientation, competitor orientation, and inter-functional coordination. This finding is similar to that of Narver and Slater(1990; 1994) who conceptualized market-oriented culture as a combined set of those 3 components. Learning-oriented culture also has a significant positive effect on business performance. The research findings suggest that both market orientation and learning orientation do exist as different organizational culture dimensions to acquire the sustainable competitive advantage in the railroad industry.

도시철도 기관사들의 직무스트레스는 개인은 물론 사회전체에 치명적인 해악을 초래하고 엄청난 경쟁력 상실을 가져온다. 따라서 기관사들의 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향요인과 부정적인 결과들에 대하여 살펴보고 직무 스트레스를 감소시키는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 직무특성(직무불안, 직무요구)과 조직특성(비합리적 직장문화)이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 직무스트레스가 심리적 우울과 인적오류에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 직무스트레스와 심리적 우울, 직무스트레스와 인적오류 간의 관계에서 조직지원의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 도시철도 기관사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무불안, 직무요구 수준이 높을수록 직무스트레스에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치며 비합리적인 직장문화는 직무스트레스에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스는 심리적 우울과 인적오류에 각각 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치며 셋째, 심리적 우울에 대해서는 직무스트레스와 조직지원지각의 상호작용효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났으나, 인적오류에 대해서는 직무스트레스와 조직지원지각의 상호작용효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

이른바 코로나19 대유행으로 철도서비스 경영 역시 유례없는 상황을 맞이하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 코로나19 유행기간 동안 고속철도를 이용한 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 감염병이 철도서비스 고객경험에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 철도운영기관이 제공하는 방역관련 서비스에 대해 고객이 높은 수준으로 지각할수록 고객만족도와 충성도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고객 별로 코로나19에 대해 위험하게 생각하는 수준에 개인차가 있기 때문에, 고객의 코로나19 위험지각의 조절역할도 실증하였다. 그 결과, 코로나19에 대한 고객의 위험지각이 적정한 수준일 때에는 서비스 기관의 방역관련 서비스 속성이 고객만족 형성에 큰 영향을 미치지만, 고객의 위험지각수준이 상당히 높은 경우에는 그 영향력은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 결국 감염병에 대한 위험이 완벽히 소멸되는 것만이 서비스 산업의 완벽한 회복을 가져다줄 것이다. 그럼에도 감염병 유행기간에는 서비스 운영기관이 방역활동을 철저히 하고, 고객에게 이에 대해 충실히 커뮤니케이션 하는 것이 주요한 서비스 속성이 된다는 것을 확인하였다.

FRT design aims at high-tech vehicles of high efficiency and cleanness, it must materialize the meaning and role as new added value by applying car design aesthetics of a new future-oriented concept. In addition, different from ordinary vehicle design, FRT involves invisible factors such as pleasantness, safety, accessibility, controllability, movability, conveniency, culture, identity, brand image and fashionableness. Because FRT vehicles are transportation means used by various groups of people, they must be approached with the barrier-free design concept. Therefore, in order to enhance the potential of future transportation culture emphasizing creativity based on diversity, it is important to establish core design factors that create new added values and to apply new concepts to their roles.

With accommodation of a population of many young people and families due to Hangang River New Town Housing Project and development of railway station spheres, a need is increasing to improve the quality of public libraries service for Gimpo citizens and to establish more libraries. This study thus analyzed the book lending data of Gimpo City libraries, and the city's libraries-related social media big data in an effort to forecast the users, and thus to propose four library service improvement measures. First, in terms of book gathering and book development policy plans, a proposal was made to expand good books for children and youth, and to expand general original-language books related to learning of English, and English books for children. Second, in terms of the establishment of additional libraries or specialization strategy, a proposal was made to establish exclusive children's libraries or English libraries, and to establish library specialization strategy with a focus on children and English themes. Third, in terms of library culture programs, a proposal was made to provide library culture programs in relation to children education and to expand weekend library culture programs. Fourth, in terms of library facilities, considering the convenience of parking facilities, a proposal was made to establish libraries near apartment complexes.

본 연구는 국가재난 사태에서의 군의 역할이 포괄적 안보의 일환으로 그 중요성이 새삼 떠오르고 있고, 특히 포괄적 안보 측면에서 군의 역할 증대 방안으로 국가재난 유형별 지원 중 사회적 재난에 따른 여러 지원 요소가 있었으나, 이에 대한 본격적인 연구가 미흡한 부분이 사실이다. 또한, 국가재난 사태 관련 군 지원 사례 중 가장 오랜기간 임무 수행 했던 2016년 한국철도공사 철도노조 파업 기간(72일)을 사례로 수도권 전동철(1 3 4호선) 대체기관사로 투입되었던 군 병력(상 원사급 부사관)에 대한 관찰과 면담 등을 통하여 임무 수행 간 애로사항 등 여러 제반 사항을 분석하고 문제점을 도출하여 차후 지원 임무 시 효과적인 임무 수행을 통한 국가위기 해소 및 대군 신뢰도 향상에 대한 기대가 그 목적이다.

약 본 연구에서는 도시철도 교량상 급곡선(R=180m) 구간에 부설되어 있는 침목 하부에 방진패드가 부착된 자갈도상 궤도구조의 콘크리트침목 손상유형에 대한 원인을 검토하고, 침목중량화 및 도상자갈 개량에 따른 콘크리트침목의 손상저감 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 대상 교량에 부설되어 있는 콘크리트침목의 손상(균열) 발생 유형을 조사하였으며, 종합검측차를 활용하여 획득한 궤도틀림과의 상관관계를 통해 비교·분석하였다. 또한 수치해석 프로그램을 활용하여 궤도구조별 콘크리트침목 구성품에 발생하는 응력을 검토하여 개량에 따른 콘크리트침목의 손상 저감 효과를 입증하였다. 분석결과 궤도틀림이 심한 구간에서 침목의 축방향 균열이 주로 발생하였으며, 수치해석결과 궤도구성품 및 콘크리트침목에 발생하는 응력은 4-Anchor를 사용하는 체결구조에서 하중 분산 효과에 따라 발생하는 응력 수준은 작게 나타났다.

공용중인 고속철도의 PSC Box 교량의 긴장력 관리는 교량 성능에 있어 매우 중요한 기능으로 교량 유지관리시 세밀한 관리가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 열차(활하중) 재하시험 없이 측정한 상시처짐 결과를 이용하여 PSC Box girder 내부의 긴장력 감소 수준과 긴장력 손실에 다른 재긴장 예측 시기를 연구하고자 한다. PSC Box 거더의 긴장력 감소에 따른 재긴장 시기 예측결과, 준공 이후 약 17년 이전에서는 긴장력 감소(Jacking force loss) 곡선이 완만한 것으로 나나낫다. 그러나 17년 이후에서는 긴장력 감소 곡선이 급격하게 변화되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 공용연수 증가에 따라 긴장력이 감소하는 것으로 확인되었고, 구조물의 노후화가 진행될수록 긴장재의 손신을 더 급격하게 증가되는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 공용중인 PSC Box 교량중에서 준공 이후 18년 이상 경과된 구조물의 경우 긴장재 및 주변 손상에 대한 정밀조사가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

최근 도시철도 주변으로 집중되는 신축건물 및 공동구 확장 등과 같은 인접굴착공사로 인해 지하에 건설된 도시철도 지하박스 및 터널구조물의 변형이 발생되고 이로인한 보수, 보강공사가 빈번하게 시행되고 있다. 또한 지하철은 대규모 수송을 담당하고 있어 지하구조물의 안전성 및 주행성에 대한 확보가 매우 중요하다. 이에 자동화계측 시스템을 도입하여 지하박스구조물에 대한 안전성을 관리하고 있다. 그러나 지하박스구조물의 침하 또는 융기 등에 의한 구조물 손상취약부에 대한 분석은 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 지하박스구조물의 안전성 모니터링을 위한 손상취약부를 분석하고자 한다. 또한 수치해석을 통해 지하박스구조물을 모델링하여 핵심 모니터링 위치를 분석하고자 한다. 따라서 향후 지하박스구조물의 안전성 모니터링을 위한 센서 설치 위치 및 손상 취약부를 제시하고자 한다.
