지하철 역사전기설비의 수용률 기준설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Guidelines for Demand Factor of Electrical Facilities in Subway Stations)

  • The electric facilities for subway stations require reliable and safe electricity in spite of their load increases rapidly. Nevertheless, Korea Electrical Safety Corporation reports that the accidents of independent electric facilities increased greatly from 4,632 cases in 1998 to 6,024 in 1999 and 6,776 cases in 2000, while the ratio of the accidents related with transformers grew gradually. As it is, it is deemed very important to minimize the spreading effects of the electric system accidents and thereby, enhance reliability of the electric supply as well as its safety. According to the fact that the electric facilities for subway stations are important for the public safety and conveniences, it should be careful to set their capacity instead of simply applying the general capacity standard to them, and thereby, improve their economy as well as prevent their accidents. With such a basic conception in mind, this study is aimed at analyzing the characteristics of the electric load in the subway stations and thereupon, suggesting some guidelines for setting of the electric facility capacity for subway stations in terms of optimal operation and safety.

  • The purpose of this study is to implement an emergency response procedure based on the scenario of the field of vehicles and provide more rapid and exact response program needed when train accidents happen. Therefore, we have made worst case combinations of accidents and prioritized the combinations. A number of accidents have been analyzed according to the type of, the people affected by, and the location of accident. Both horizontal and vertical response system have also been defined. Furthermore, Activity-Action Diagram has been applied to the emergency response scenario and action procedure of each group has been clearly systematized. Consequently, this paper provides a specific response system useful when train accidents happen.

  • Techniques related to railroad industry have progressed rapidly and the automation of work is prevailing. Since the railroad accidents due to the human error occupy considerable proportion among the railroad accidents, it is necessary to study the propriety of the physical examination system for the railroad workers. In this paper, we perform a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign physical examination systems for railroad workers. Through the comparative analysis, we suggest that test of the sleep-disorder be included in the physical examination.

  • Like other vehicles, the suspension elements of railway rolling stock have influence on running stability and ride quality. Thus, faults detection for suspension elements is important to prevent an accidents of train and to ensure safety against derailment. This study was started to grasp the feasibility of diagnostic method for the suspension elements of bogie without disassembling. Through several tests by running test rig, we found that fault detection for suspension elements was possible. Here, we describe some results.

  • This paper presents a review guideline for evaluating SERPs(standard emergency response procedure) in rail accidents. In order to develope it, design elements of the SERPs, that impact the performance of emergency responding personnel, were identified. Then several review guidelines and standards, being used in other industries including nuclear domain, were surveyed. Finally, the review guides and criteria corresponding to those elements were derived from the survey.

  • Recently, According to rapid advancements in railway system and IT have enabled manless operation in urban transit system. Futhermore, development countries have been tried to develop unmaned operation system for reliability, safety, efficiency, and some ones already adopted. In this paper, we define system requirements and functionalities, and establish the system scenarios to handle the various accidents/faults in manless operation environment.

  • 2018년 9월 19일 남북정상의 평양공동선언에서 남북한은 철도 및 도로연결을 추진하기로 합의하였고, 이에 따라 2018년 12월 북한철도 현대화 사업을 위한 남북한 공동조사를 착수하였다. 조사 결과 선로상태는 운행이 불가할 정도로 심각하게 노후화되어 있고, 철도망은 주요도시를 잘 연결하는 구조로 되어 있는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 새로운 철도망을 건설하기 보다는 기존 철도망의 노후화된 선로를 현대화하는 것이 타당하다고 판단되었다. 본 논문은 남북철도 연결에 대비한 상호운용성 및 철도사고 예방을 위한 안전성 강화를 위하여 노반과 궤도의 현황 분석을 통한 단계별 철도선로 개선 그리고 철도무선통신망 구축을 위한 철도통신분야 정책을 제안하였다.

  • Improvement projects has been progressed for railway electrification and double track line in the conventional line as well as high speed line for the high speed and large transportation capability of railway. Especially, many variable operation plans are possible such as interaction between high speed line and conventional line and operation of tilting train due to the electrification of the conventional line. Railway electrification is more energy efficient and environmentally-friendly, but it has some problems such as an enormous initial construction and maintenance costs and electrical accidents. Therefore, the more intensive research will be progressed about railway electrification effectiveness for the continuous electrification project. So, we analyzed railway electrification effectiveness about the energy side using annual operation data of electric car and diesel car. The energy side was divided into energy costs and national energy consumption for analyzing electrification effectiveness about entire line and specific line. We verified advantage of energy costs and national energy consumption in this paper and this result will contribute to the progress of the continuous electrification project and the more efficient operation ways in electrification line

철도사고유형별 임시복구 표준운영체계(안) 개발 (Development of Standard Operation System of Emergency Restoration for Railway Accidents)

  • 본 연구에서는 효율적이고 신속한 철도사고처리를 위해 임시복구 표준화(code) 및 표준운영체계(안)을 제시하고 있다. 우선, 철도사고유형을 국내 외 철도사고유형별 피해종류로 재분류하였으며, 이를 관련분야, 복구대상, 사고위치의 3자리 표준화된 코드로 제시하였다. 또한, 임시복구 표준운영체계(안) 수립방법을 정립하고 표준화된 임시복구 유형별 최악의 경우(worst case)와 임시복구절차 수립을 위한 중요항목(event)을 도출하여 임시복구유형별 임시복구 표준운영절차를 제시하였다. 이러한 표준화(code) 및 표준운영절차는 철도사고 DB관리, 신속한 사고처리 및 피해최소화를 위한 철도사고 비상대응관리체계 구축에 중요한 역할을 담당할 수 있을 것이다.
