국부가열에 의한 Tension Mask 의 열변형 해석 및 전자빔의 오착 예측 (Analysis of Tension Mask Thermal Deformations under Localized Heating and Prediction of Electron Beam Landing Shifts)

  • Thermal deformations of tension mask under localized heating are analyzed using finite element method and electron beam landing shifts are predicted by the analysis results. In CRT, electron beam landing shifts due to thermal deformations of the tension mask make the color purity of screen worse. In order to get the final results of thermal deformations, firstly the tension processes of the mask and following welding processes between the tensional mask and rail must be analyzed sequentially. And then, nonlinear transient thermo-elastic finite element analysis is performed on every part inside CRT including tension mask, wherein thermal radiation is a main heat transfer mechanism. Because the tension mask has numerous slits, the effective thermal conductivity and effective and effective elastic modulus is calculated, and the tension mask is modeled as a shell without slits. From the displacement results of tension mask, electron beam landing shifts is calculated directly. Experiments are performed to confirm our analysis results. Temperature distributions and beam landing shifts of tension mask are measured and the results are in good agreement with those of analyses.

HR Plate의 경량전철 협폭박스거더교 적용 (Application of Narrow Steel Box Girder Bridge of Light Rail Transit with HR Plate)

  • The HR Plates made hot rolled coils is lower than general structural steel plates in price. No difference between general steel plates and HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm are found in most characters such as cutting operation, fabrication and even welding. It can be concluded that HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm can be applied to flanges and webs of any girders as well as longitudinal ribs, longitudinal and vertical stiffeners of steel bridges appropriately. To increase the demand of HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm, it is necessary that HR Plates is applicable to full member in steel bridge including main girder.In this study, availabilities of the narrow steel box girder of light railway transit with HR Plate width as a main member are discussed. For application of HR Plate to steel bridge with 50m span or more, new support systems in three types are presented. Computational analysis is performed in 15 bridge models of light railway transit with beam element and plate element. As a analysis results, three models in light railway transit are presented. We finally come to the conclusion that HR Plates can be apply to narrow steel box girder in the light railway transit.

SGAFC1180 TRIP강재의 저항 점용접성 평가 (Evaluation of Resistance Spot Weldability of SGAFC1180 Steel)

  • 자동차 산업에서는 환경 문제와 국제 유가 상승 등으로 인한 차량 경량화에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 알루미늄 합금과 특수 소재 등이 차량 중량을 줄이는데 활용되고 있지만 비용과 강도 측면에서 철강소재를 극복하기 에는 여전히 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서 강도와 성형성이 좋은 AHSS(Advanced High Strength Steel) 소재의 적용이 증가하고 있다. 특히 운전자 보호를 위한 안전 규제가 강화되면서 센터필러 (Center Pillar), 루프레일 (Roof Rail) 부분에 1.2GPa급 초고강도 강재의 적용이 점차 늘어나고 있으며 이종강재에 대한 자동차 차체 적용 또한 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SGAFC1180 1.2t 강재의 저항 점용접성 및 용접부의 특성을 파악하였다. 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 너깃의 생성 및 성장 거동을 관찰하였으며 예측 성능은 오차율 10% 이내에서 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 이러한 거동이 공정변수인 동저항에 미치는 영향을 파악하였고 전단인장강도 및 너깃 직경과의 상관관계를 고찰하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 동저항의 패턴을 인식하여 패턴의 형태에 따라 용접 상태를 분류하고 용접 품질을 판단하는 시스템도 제안할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
