Corona on polymer materials causes deterioration by the combined action of the discharge striking the surface and the action of certain chemical compounds that are formed by the discharges. In the design and manufacture of polymer insulators must be sufficiently large to avoid corona discharges, otherwise a shielding or corona ring (grading ring) needs to be installed on the insulator. To conduct this purpose, many researchers have investigated end-fitting of polymer insulator by voltage distribution simulation and electrical test. Grading rings are used to improve the performance of the insulator in multiple ways. They can reduce corona and associated audible noise and radio influence and television interference. The factors determining the uses of a grading ring are line voltage, geometry and dimensions of end fittings, geometry and dimensions of line hardware, and environmental conditions. In this paper, electrical property of polymer insulator with end-fitting design have been investigated by electrical field analysis, various end-fitting design, tracking wheel test, corona inception voltage and extinction voltage. Electrical field analysis is conducted by FEM program and various end-fitting is designed through this result. Designed end-fittings are manufactured and their performance is conducted by electrical performance test.
Revised Yale Isochrone(Green et al, 1987)과 Lee의 HB simulation data(LEE '||'&'||' Demarque 1990)을 이용하여 Park이 만든 CMD simulation program(Park 1983).에 쌍성을 첨가하면 CMD에 어느 정도의 영향을 나타내게 되는가를 조사하였다. MS, SGB와 RGB는 큰 변화가 없었으나, HB에서는 많은 변화를 나타내었다. 193919 S02401193919 ^x We have observed the emission of HC3N J= 4-3, 5-4 10-9 and 12-11 transitions toward the Sgr B2 central region in an area of 150"XISO" with resolutions of16"-48". The intensities and central velocities of line profiles show significant variations with positions. In contrast to the in tensities of the low J-level transitions which gradually increase from the central source toward the outside region the HC3N emission of the high J-level transition become stronger toward the central radio continuum source MO5. Systematic chainge in the radial velocity of each line profile occurs along north-south direction there are a few peaks in most line profiles, and these indicate that there not multiple velocity components along the line of sight. Distributions of excitation temperah at and column density which were estimated from the excitation calculations show the existence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. The column density of HCaN is (1-3):n1014cm-2. Column density at distant position from MD5 is larger than that in the (:entral region. We have deduced that this hot-core has a mass of 10sR1 which i:s about an order of magnitude larger those obtained by previous studies.previous studies.

All kinds of equipment which used an embedded system is developed, and these are used as to an actual life in developments regarding an embedded field in a lot of sections. Also, we can collect data from all kinds of sensors through wireless sensor networks, look by real time data collected could be brought if only through embedded system. In this paper we present a plan which improve the capabilities of embedded system only act as a gateway by installing embedded database in an embedded system for the sensing data management that was transmitted by radio from sensor nodes. In other words, by installing an embedded database to store and manage data by sensing data can be reduced the transmission frequency to communicate with a host and by performing the filtering program in embedded system and then by transmitting only valid data to the host can be increase the reliability of the analysis results based on data collected.

ITU-R M.1842-1, as a well-known specification dedicated to maritime mobile applications, has standardized wireless transmission protocols according to the particular characteristics of a maritime communications scenario. A time division multiple access (TDMA) frame structure, along with modulation schemes to achieve a high data rate, has been described clearly in ITU-R M.1842-1. However, several specification items are still under "to be decided" status, which brings ambiguity to research works. In addition, the current version of ITU-R M.1842-1 is focused mainly on maritime transmissions in open-sea areas, where the cyclic prefix (CP) is set to zero and only 16-QAM is used in the multi-carrier (MC) system. System performance might be dramatically degraded in coastline areas due to the inter-symbol interference (ISI) caused by selective fading. This is because there is a higher probability that the signal will be reflected by obstacles in coastline areas. In this paper, we introduce the transmission resource block (TRB) dedicated to ITU-R M.1842-1 for a ship ad-hoc network (SANET), where the pilot pattern of TRB is based on the terrestrial trunked radio (TETRA). After that, we evaluated SANET performance under the maritime channel model in a coastline area. In order to avoid noise amplification and to overcome the ISI caused by selective fading, several strategies are suggested and compared in the channel estimation and equalization procedures, where the link-level simulation results finally validate our proposals.
Conclusion and the improvement plan according to the survey on recycling wastes in 'the program of woman and environmental education' mainly for the chairwomen of the women's association of the apartment house in City and County of Chungchongnamdo during the first half of 1998 (from March tp April) are as follows. 1. Conclusion 1) It showed that the rate of recognition for recycle has no difference by regional groups and the rate of recognition is 57.4% but they mainly know vaguely or they do not know. 2) It showed that the rate they do not know how the separated wastes are recycled is 30.4% and the scope of their knowledge is approximative.(52.6%) 3) It showed that it is the housewives who mainly do the separate garbage collection (72.7%) and 19.1% of the people have no interest in the separate discharge. 4) It showed that the rate they filter the garbage or remove water from the garbage at house is 53.1%. And 20% of the people in the urban region dump untreated wastes but 8.5% of the people in the rural region do the same, so the rate of using garbage in the rural region is higher than that in the urban region. 5) It showed that the separate state of the garbage is 29.2% for the removal of toothpick and paper and 47.4% for the removal of vinyl and stopper. 6) It showed that 66.7% of the motive for recycling waste is the education activity for environment by the women's association and SAEMAEUL association and 34.5% of that is the influence of TV and radio. 7) It showed that the rate of making compost and feed using garbage in the rural region is higher than that in the urban region and in some urban regions, the rate they sprinkle the garbage in provisional compost state on the floor garden is high. 8) It showed that the recognition rate for the material of separately collected garbage corresponding to the separate waste system of 5-6 classification is 12.5% 9) It showed that the major variable which has an effect on the recycle is the education activity for environment by the neighborhood meeting(P<0.05) and by the women's association of saemaeul activity(P<0.05)
Positron emission tomography (PET) images is affected by acquisition time, short acquisition times results in low gamma counts leading to degradation of image quality by statistical noise. Noise2Void(N2V) is self supervised denoising model that is convolutional neural network (CNN) based deep learning. The purpose of this study is to evaluate denoising performance of N2V for PET image with a short acquisition time. The phantom was scanned as a list mode for 10 min using Biograph mCT40 of PET/CT (Siemens Healthcare, Erlangen, Germany). We compared PET images using NEMA image-quality phantom for standard acquisition time (10 min), short acquisition time (2min) and simulated PET image (S2 min). To evaluate performance of N2V, the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR), normalized root mean square error (NRMSE), structural similarity index (SSIM) and radio-activity recovery coefficient (RC) were used. The PSNR, NRMSE and SSIM for 2 min and S2 min PET images compared to 10min PET image were 30.983, 33.936, 9.954, 7.609 and 0.916, 0.934 respectively. The RC for spheres with S2 min PET image also met European Association of Nuclear Medicine Research Ltd. (EARL) FDG PET accreditation program. We confirmed generated S2 min PET image from N2V deep learning showed improvement results compared to 2 min PET image and The PET images on visual analysis were also comparable between 10 min and S2 min PET images. In conclusion, noisy PET image by means of short acquisition time using N2V denoising network model can be improved image quality without underestimation of radioactivity.

Zero-copy is a technology that is also called no-memory copy, and through its use, context switching between the user space and the kernel space can be reduced to minimize the load on the CPU. However, this technology is only used to transmit small random files, and has not yet been widely used for large file transfers. This paper intends to discuss the practical application of zero-copy in processing large files via a network. To this end, we first developed a small test bed and program that can transmit and store data based on zero-copy. Afterwards, we intend to verify the usefulness of the applied technology in detail through detailed performance evaluation

Electromagnetic topology (EMT) technique is a method to analyze each component of the electromagnetic propagation environment and combine them in the form of a network in order to effectively model the complex propagation environment. In a typical commercial communication channel model, since the propagation environment is complex and difficult to predict, a probabilistic propagation channel model that utilizes an average solution, although with low accuracy, is used. However, modeling techniques using EMT technique are considered for application of propagation and coupling analysis of threat electromagnetic waves such as electromagnetic pulses, radio wave models used in electronic warfare, local communication channel models used in 5G and 6G communications that require relatively high accuracy electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics. This paper describes the effective implementation method, algorithm, and program implementation of the electromagnetic topology (EMT) method analyzed in the frequency domain. Also, a method of deriving a response in the time domain to an arbitrary applied signal source with respect to the EMT analysis result in the frequency domain will be discussed.

Due to the epochal development of the unmanned technology, the importance of LDT(: Location Detection Technology), which accurately estimates the location of a user or object, is dramatically increased. TOA(: Time of Arrival), which calculates a location by measuring the arrival time of signals, and TDOA(: Time Difference of Arrival) which calculates it by measuring the difference between two arrival times, are representative LDT methods. Based on the signals received from three or more base stations, TOA calculates an intersection point by drawing circles and TDOA calculates it by drawing hyperbolas. In order to improve the radio shadow area problem, a huge number of repeaters have been installed in the urban area, but the signals received through these repeaters may cause the serious error for estimating a location. In this paper, we propose an efficient location estimation technique using the signal received through the repeater. The proposed approach estimates the location of MS(: Mobile Station) employing TOA and TDOA methods, based on signals received from one repeater and two BS(: Base Station)s.
Turbulence produces the density and velocity fluctuations in molecular clouds, and dense regions within the density fluctuation are the birthplace of stars. Also, turbulence can produce non-thermal pressure against gravity. Thus, turbulence plays a crucial roles in controlling star formation. However, despite many years of study, the detailed relation between turbulence and star formation remain poorly understood. As part of the Taeduk Radio Astronomy Observatory (TRAO) Key Science Program (KSP), "mapping Turbulent properties In star-forming MolEcular clouds down to the Sonic scale (TIMES; PI: Jeong-Eun Lee)", we mapped two star-forming molecular clouds, the Orion A and the ρ Ophiuchus molecular clouds, in six molecular lines (13CO 1-0/C18O 1-0, HCN 1-0/HCO+ 1-0, and CS 2-1/N2H+ 1-0) using the TRAO 14-m telescope. We applied the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to the observed data in two different ways. The first method is analyzing the variation of line intensities in velocity space to evaluate the velocity power spectrum of underlying turbulence. We investigated the relation between the star formation activities and properties of turbulence. The other method is analyzing the variation of the integrated intensities between the molecular lines to find the characteristic correlation between them. We found that the HCN, HCO+, and CS lines well correlate with each other in the integral shaped filament in the Orion A cloud, while the HCO+ line is anti-correlate with the HCN and CS lines in L1688 of the Ophiuchus cloud.
