RTP based Multicast Transmission Technique of Video Stream for Real-Time Multimedia Transmission (실시간 멀티미디어 전송을 위한 RTP 기반 비디오 스트림의 멀티캐스트 전송 기법)

  • In this paper, we describe a method for real-time transmitting video streams based on RTP. In order to guarantee synchronous video streams, we propose a method to grasp network situations by analyzing end-to-end network traffic. In addition, we present an algorithm for satisfying QoS requirements of real-time multimedia transmission and maintaining continuity of transmission. It describes a buffering method for overcoming bandwidth limitations and an analyzing method based on RTCP for grasping network traffic situation to resolve the problem of real-time transmission of video streams.

  • In this paper, design parameters of rapid thermal processing(RTP) to minimize the wafer temperature uniformity errors are proposed. Lamp ring positions and the wafer height are important parameters for wafer temperature uniformity in RTP. We propose the method to seek lamp ring positions and the wafer gheight for optimal temperature uniformity. The proposed method is applied to seek optimal lamp ring positions and the wafer feight of 8 inch wafer. To seek the optimal lamp ring positions and the wafer height, we vary lamp ring positions and the wafer height and then formulate the wafer temperature uniformity problem to the linear programming problem. Finally, it is shown that the wafer temperature uniformity in RTP designed by optimal problem. Finally, it is hsown that the wafer temperature uniformity is RTP designed by optimal parameters is improved to comparing with RTP designed by the other method.

  • In this paper, we propose a robust controller design of RTP(Rapid Thermal Processing) system using structured uncertainty approach. Using the weighted mixed sensitivity function, we solve the robust stability problem against disturbance and temperature variation, and design a $\mu$ controller using curve fitting method against structured uncertainty. Also the reduction method should be requried because of the difficulty of implementaion with the obtained high order controller. We dal with robust stability and performance of RTP system by the design of $\mu$ controller for original model and Schur balanced reduced model. Finally the simulation results are proposed to show the validity of the proposed method.

  • Since polymer materials at elevated temperatures are usually rate-sensitive, the analysis of RTP process requires considering the effect of the rate-dependent. The material behavior that exhibits rate-sensitivity is called visco-plastic. A two-dimensional visco-plastic finite element formulation which constitutive equation is based on the formulation proposed by Perzyna is presented. This Paper is purposed to calcuate pressure distribution on PMMA in compression process and to predict the relationship with defects after demolding process. This paper analyzes, both analytically and numerically, the pressure distributions on the surface of PMMA during open-die RTP process. In this research, PMMA is used to be simulated at $110^{\circ}C$ near the transition temperature.

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷 상 원격진료(Telemedicine)에서 가장 중요한 실시간 데이터공유를 원활히 하기 위해 과도한 지연을 방지할 수 있는 실시간 전송 프로토콜RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol)즉 사용하였다. 또한 자바 애플릿(Applet) 프로그램 구현을 통해 강력한 확장성과 멀티 플랫폼(multi-platform)을 갖으며, JMF를 사용하여 RTP 지원과 멀티미디어 데이터를 보다 쉽고 효율적으로 처리하였다. 이러한 방법을 통해 기존TCP/IP 기반의 응용 프로그램에서 거의 불가능하였던 네트워크 트래픽 제어(Network Traffic control)를 효율적으로 개선하였으며, 영상압축 데이터는 RTP로 전송함으로써 자바가 가지는 확장성을 손상시키지 않으면서 최적화 ,문제를 해결하였다. 또한, 웹 서버 측 데몬(demon)을 제외 한 모든 프로그램을 애플릿으로 구현함으로써 기존의 응용 프로그램 원격진료 시스템 설치 및 제거의 어려움을 없애 누구나 쉽고 빠르게 시스템을 이용할 수 있다. 마지막으로 모든 플랫폼에 걸쳐 15frames/sec 이상의 원활한 데이터 전송과 2초 이내의 지연방지가 가능하도록 개선하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 무선 모바일 환경하에서 동영상 데이터 전송시 네트워크 환경을 고려한 QoS (Quality of Service)를 지원하면서 PSNR(Peak Signal Noise Ratio)의 변화 폭을 최소화시키는 전송제어 알고리즘을 개발하기 위한 환경 구축에 대하여 기술하고 있다. 이를 위하여 ns(network simulator)에 실제 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 환경을 구축하였다. 그리고 이 환경에서 실제로 데이터를 전송시키면서 다양한 RTP/RTCP 제어를 적용시켜 최상의 알고리즘을 찾는 실험을 하였다. 실험에서 RTP/RTCP를 이용해서 데이터 전송측의 패킷전송 간격, 데이터그램 크기 등을 변화시킴으로서, 전송되는 동영상의 품질이 어떻게 변화되는지를 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 무선 모바일 환경하에서 QoS를 향상시킬 수 있는 RTP/RTCP 제어방법을 알아보았다.

  • As으로 in-situ 도핑된 폴리실리콘 막을 원하는 부위에만 선택적으로 증착시킬 수 있는 RTP-CVD 증착기술이 성공적으로 수행되었다. 막의 증착속도는 도핑량이 증차함에 따라 점차 감소하였으나 As의 양이 5ppm보다 커지자 급격히 감소하였다. 또한 증착속도는 As의 유량이 일정할 때, SiH2CI2 유량에 따라 직선적으로 변화하였다. As 도펀트의 농도는 막내부에 비해 폴리실리콘/실리콘기판의 계면과 표면에서 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 특히 증착온도가 낮을 때 As 도펀트의 농도는 더 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 실리콘 표면에서 약 40-50nm 위치에서 도펀트의 농도천이가 급격히 일어났으며, 그 결과 RTP-CVD공정을 이용할 때 극히 얕고 일정한 깊이분포를 갖는 n+-p junctions were achieved and laterally uniform delineated junctions were also observed using RTP-CVD.

A Practical RTP Packetization Scheme for SVC Video Transport over IP Networks

  • Scalable video coding (SVC) has been standardized as an extension of the H.264/AVC standard. This paper proposes a practical real-time transport protocol (RTP) packetization scheme to transport SVC video over IP networks. In combined scalability of SVC, a coded picture of a base or scalable enhancement layer is produced as one or more video layers consisting of network abstraction layer (NAL) units. The SVC NAL unit header contains a (DID, TID, QID) field to identify the association of each SVC NAL unit with its scalable enhancement layer without parsing the payload part of the SVC NAL unit. In this paper, we utilize the (DID, TID, QID) information to derive hierarchical spatio-temporal relationship of the SVC NAL units. Based on the derivation using the (DID, TID, QID) field, we propose a practical RTP packetization scheme for generating single RTP sessions in unicast and multicast transport of SVC video. The experimental results indicate that the proposed packetization scheme can be efficiently applied to transport SVC video over IP networks with little induced delay, jitter, and computational load.

  • As the device geometry continuously shrink down less than sub-quarter micrometer, DRAM makers are going to replace conventional tungsten-polycide bit-line with tungsten bit-line structure in order to reduce the chip size and use it as a local interconnection. In this paper we showed low resistance tungsten bit-line fabrication process with various RTP(Rapid Thermal Process) temperature and additional ion implantation. As a result we obtained that major parameters impact on tungsten bit-line process are RTP Anneal temperature and BF$_2$ ion implantation dopant. These tungsten bit-line process are promising to fabricate high density chip technology.

  • Recently, users' demands for multimedia service are increasing. But, server systems offer inefficient multimedia data service to users. In this paper, to transport multimedia data in the server system more efficiently, we propose the SRTPIO(Special RTP Input/Output) module that process the RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol) data in the kernel with the SIO(Special Input/Output) Mechanism. The SIO mechanism improve a transfer speed because it reduces overheads associated with data copying and context-switching between the user mode and the kernel mode occured in general server system in the kernel-level. The SRTPIO module, integrating the SIO mechanism and the RTP data processing in the kernel, support efficient multimedia data transfer architecture.
