The effect of the process parameters on the stable lifetime in rapid thermal firing(RTF) was investigated in order to optimize the process for the Cz-silicon. The process temperature was varied between $700^{\circ}C\;and\;950^{\circ}C$ while the process time was chosen 1 s and 10 s. At below $850^{\circ}C$ the stable lifetime for 10 s is higher than that for 1 s and increases with increasing by the process temperature. However, at over $850^{\circ}C$ the improved stable lifetime is not dependent on the process time and temperature. On the other hand, two high temperature processes in solar cell fabrics are combined with the optimized process and the non-optimized process. The last process determines the stable lifetime. Also, the degraded stable lifetime could be increased by processing in optimized process. The decreased lifetime can increase using the optimized oxidation process, which is a final process in solar cells. Finally, the optimized and non-optimized processes are applied solar cells.

This study reveals some recent attempt in modeling empirically obtained B&K HATS (Head and Torso Simulator) HRTFs (Head Related Transfer Functions) to Isolate parameters that stimulate lateral and elevation perception. Localization using non-individual HRTFs often yields poor performance in synthesizing virtual sound sources when applied to a group of individuals due to differences in size and shape of head, pinnae, and torso. For realization of both effective and efficient virtual audio it is necessary to develop a method to tailor a given set of non-individual HRTFs to fit each listener without measuring his/her HRTF set. Pole-zero modeling is applied to fit HRIRs (Head Related Impulse Responses) and modeling criterions for determining suitable number of parameters are suggested for efficient modeling. Horizontal HRTFs are modeled as minimum-phase transfer functions with appropriate ITDs (Interaural Time Delay) obtained from RTF (Ray Tracing Formula) to better fit the size of listener's head for usage in simple virtualizer algorithms without complex regularization processes. Result of modeling HRTFs in the median plane is shown and parameters responsible for elevation perception are isolated which can be referred to in the future study of developing customizable HRTFs.

REX-10 is a fully-passive small modular reactor in which the coolant flow is driven by natural circulation, the RCS is pressurized by a steam-gas pressurizer, and the decay heat is removed by the PRHRS. To confirm design decisions and analyze the transient responses of an integral PWR such as REX-10, a thermal-hydraulic system code named TAPINS (Thermal-hydraulic Analysis Program for INtegral reactor System) is developed in this study. Based on a one-dimensional four-equation drift-flux model, TAPINS incorporates mathematical models for the core, the helical-coil steam generator, and the steam-gas pressurizer. The system of difference equations derived from the semi-implicit finite-difference scheme is numerically solved by the Newton Block Gauss Seidel (NBGS) method. TAPINS is characterized by applicability to transients with non-equilibrium effects, better prediction of the transient behavior of a pressurizer containing non-condensable gas, and code assessment by using the experimental data from the autonomous integral effect tests in the RTF (REX-10 Test Facility). Details on the hydrodynamic models as well as a part of validation results that reveal the features of TAPINS are presented in this paper.

본 논문에서는 차량환경에서 잔향과 근접장 효과에 의해 발생하는 목적 음성 신호의 왜곡을 감소시킬 수 있는 마이크로폰 어레이 빔형성 기법을 제안하였다. 온라인으로 추정하기 어려운 소스와 마이크간의 전달함수 대신 상대적으로 추정이 용이한 기준 마이크와 다른 마이크간의 상대전달함수를 조향 벡터로 이용함으로써, 원격장 모델의 조향 벡터를 이용한 빔형성기에 비해 목적 음성 신호의 왜곡을 감소시킬 수 있는 준최적 빔형성 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 검증하기 위해, 실제 차량에서 녹음된 음성 DB를 구축하고, 이를 이용하여 HTK를 통한 음성인식 실험을 수행하였다. 음성인식 실험 결과 원격장 모델을 이용한 방법보다 인식률이 최대 $15\%$까지 향상됨을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 IP 망을 통한 MP4 파일 스트리밍 시스템을 소개한다. 사용자는 제안된 스트리밍 시스템을 이용하여 IF망을 통해 서버측의 MF4 컨텐츠를 엑세스할 수 있으며, 스트리밍되는 컨텐츠와 상호 작용도 가능하다. MP4 파일 형식은 MPEG-4 미디어 정보를 저장할 수 있도록 설계되었으며, 객체 지향적 구조를 이루고 있다 본 논문에서 제시한 스트리밍 서버 시스템은 GUL, Session Manager, Splitter, SL Packetizer; Transmitter 등으로 구성되어 있으며, 클라이언트 시스템은 MPEG-4 참조 소프트웨어인 IMI-2D 플레이어를 기반으로 구현되었다. 또한 본 스트리밍 시스템은 실시간 전송이 필요한 미디어 데이터와 QoS 관리를 위해 RTP와 RTCP를 각각 사용하도록 설계되었으며, 초기객체기술자(IOD), 객체기술자(OD), BIFS와 같은, 스트리밍을 위해서 반드시 전송되어져야 할 데이터와 정지영상 및 텍스트 등과 같이 하나의 패킷으로 전송이 완료되는 미디어 데이터를 위해서는 TCP를 사용하도록 설계되었다.

인공위성의 개발은 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 다양한 분야의 전문가들에 의해 개발된 결과물들이 통합되어 완성될 수 있다. 위성개발과 같이 많은 개발자가 공동으로 작업하여 하나의 결과물을 생산하는 경우 개발과정에서 방대한 양의 문서작업이 수반된다. 특히 비행소프트웨어와 같이 서로 다른 개발자에 의해 작성된 코드들이 하나의 이미지로 통합되어 빌드될 경우 발생하는 문제점들을 해결하고 요구되는 기능들을 디버깅하기 위해서는 개발과정 및 소스코드에 대한 문서들이 필수적이다. 이러한 소프트웨어 설계에 대한 문서는 그 양이 방대하고 소스코드와의 연계성이 필요하기 때문에 소스코드를 작성한 각 개발자들이 직접 수작업으로 문서를 작성하였다. 예를 들면, 기존의 위성비행소프트웨어 개발과정에서는 이러한 문서들 중 전체 위성비행소프트웨어의 단위 코드별 입출력, 수행기능 등의 상세 설계 내용을 기록하는 SDD(Software Design Description)는 개발자가 작성한 코드를 기반으로 수작업을 통하여 작성되었다. 이러한 작성방식은 작성자의 입력오류가 발생할 수도 있으며 소프트웨어 개발과 별도로 수작업이 요구되어 문서작성에 소요되는 시간적 손해가 발생하게 된다. 유럽에서는 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 C, C++, C#, JAVA, VHDL 등 다양한 언어를 사용하는 소프트웨어 개발에 적용 가능한 자동적 문서작성 도구인 Doxygen을 설계 및 개발문서 작성에 활용하고 있다. Doxygen은 PDF, HTML, Latex, RTF 등 다양한 출력 포맷도 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 Doxygen을 활용하여 위성비행소프트웨어 개발문서의 작성 시 소요시간을 단축하고 소스코드로부터 해당 설계 내용을 추출하여 자동적으로 문서를 작성할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 소개한다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of heparin-binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) on the rate of blastocyst formation and hatching in the mouse embryos and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and ATPase ${\gamma}$-subunit mRNA. Methods: Late 2-cell mouse embryos was cultured for 72 hours in RTF medium containing with 1, 10, and 100 ng/ml HB-EGF. The mRNA expression level of MMP-9 and ATPase ${\gamma}$-subunit was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: The rate of hatching was significantly higher (p<0.05) in group containing with 1 ng/ml HB-EGF than other groups. Also, the rate of hatched blastocyst was significantly higher (p<0.05) in 10 ng/ml. The mRNA expression level of MMP-9 mRNA was not shown any difference among groups, but ATPase ${\gamma}$-subunit was higher than other groups. Conclusions: Taken together these results suggest that HB-EGF has the positive effect to promote the blastocyst formation and hatching process and influences the blastocoel expansion by promoting the ATPase mRNA expression in the mouse embryos.

최근 대부분의 회사들은 업무를 수행하는데 필요한 지식과 노하우를 공유하고 재사용하기 위하여 지적 자산 관리의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 특히 고도로 지식 집약적인 업종이라 할 수 있는 IT컨설팅 회사에서는 지적 자산의 관리가 다른 어떤 회사에서보다 큰 중요성을 가지게 된다. 컨설팅 회사에 있어서 검증이 완료된 지적 자산의 공유 및 지능적이면서도 신속한 검색은 컨설팅 서비스의 품질과 고객 만족에 직결되는 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 대부분의 컨설팅 회사들은 자사의 지식 자산을 관리하기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 IT 컨설팅 회사예서 관리되는 다양한 형태의 지적 자산들을 중앙 관리하여 설친 고객 사이트에 흩어져 프로젝트를 수행하는 컨설턴트들이 공유할 수 있도록 함으로써 컨설팅 서비스의 생산성과 품질들 높이고자 하는데 있다 이를 위하여 건설팅 회사에서 관리되는 모든 지적 자산의 재고를 조사하여 모델링하고 이를 쉽게 저장하고 검색할 수 있는 시스템 아키텍처를 제안한다. 제안된 아키텍처를 NT 기반에서 Index server를 이용하여 시스템으로 구현하였다 (KMSCR: A Knowledge Management System for managing Consulting Resources). KMSCR에서는 컨설턴트가 찾고자 하는 검색어를 입력하면 다양한 포맷의 (.doc, .ppt, xls, .rtf, .txt, .html 등과 같은) 결과물을 관련성이 높은 순서대로 출력해 줌으로써 컨설팅 리소스를 효과적으로 재사용할 수 있도록 도와 준다. 또한 검색 시에는 미리 등록된 키워드 뿐 아니라 본문 내의 텍스트 검색까지 가능하게 함으로써 컨설팅 리소스에 대한 보다 효과적이고 효율적인 검색을 가능하게 한다.간을 성능 평가 인자로 하여 수행하였다. 논문에서 제한된 방법을 적용한 개선된 RICH-DP을 모의 실험을 통하여 분석한 결과 기존의 제한된 RICH-DP는 실시간 서비스에 대한 처리율이 낮아지며 서비스 시간이 보장되지 못했다. 따라서 실시간 서비스에 대한 새로운 제안된 기법을 제안하고 성능 평가한 결과 기존의 RICH-DP보다 성능이 향상됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.(actual world)에서 가상 관성 세계(possible inertia would)로 변화시켜서, 완수동사의 종결점(ending point)을 현실세계에서 가상의 미래 세계로 움직이는 역할을 한다. 결과적으로, IMP는 완수동사의 닫힌 완료 관점을 현실세계에서는 열린 미완료 관점으로 변환시키되, 가상 관성 세계에서는 그대로 닫힌 관점으로 유지 시키는 효과를 가진다. 한국어와 영어의 관점 변환 구문의 차이는 각 언어의 지속부사구의 어휘 목록의 전제(presupposition)의 차이로 설명된다. 본 논문은 영어의 지속부사구는 논항의 하위간격This paper will describe the application based on this approach developed by the authors in the FLEX EXPRIT IV n$^{\circ}$EP29158 in the Work-package "Knowledge Extraction & Data mining"where the information captured from digital newspapers is extracted and reused in tourist information context.terpolation performance of CNN was relatively
