  • Public Information Documental of the administrative, legislative and judicial etc. is lastingness documental and need administration. Whenever the crime event happens, judicature's documental is lent frequently to reference data and is returned, event posting of documental, hysteresis inquiry, lending/return, conservation search, documental exhaust management must consist for administration of lastingness documental. RFID is utilized by the practical use plan of recent Ubiquitous information. Because attaching tag to lastingness documental that use RFID in this treatise, register and manage documental, and chase hysteresis, and design upkeep, present condition analysis of lastingness documental to search, S/W, H/W, network layout, Ubiquitous RFID lastingness recording administration system. Construct lastingness recording administration system after a performance experiment and a chase experiment that is applied in spot that attach 900MHz important duty's RFID tag. After construction practice, create link sex with connection system, security analysis and Forensic data and analyze improvement effect. Is going to contribute Ubiquitous information technology application and Forensic technology development in country documental administration through. research of this treatise.

  • Ubiquitous 핵심에 위치한 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)는 관련 H/W 및 S/W 기술의 발전에 따라 RFID 데이터를 수집하고 분석하여 이를 필요로 하는 응용 서비스에게 제공하거나 연동할 수 있는 RFID 데이터 처리 시스템이 요구된다. 본 논문은 EPCglobal의 표준을 따른 EPC-IS(Electronic Product Code Information Service)를 위한 성능 향상 방안을 제안한다. 제안을 바탕으로 구현한 EPC-IS는 Rule 기반의 Connection Point를 지원함으로써 Legacy Enterprise 시스템과 원활히 연동할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 Policy 기반의 Backup Scheduling을 제공하여 RFID 시스템의 저장소 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있는 RFID 데이터처리 시스템이다.

RFID Based Indoor Positioning System Using Event Filtering

  • Recently, location systems using RFID technology have been studied in indoor environments. However, the existing techniques require high computational cost to compute the location of a moving object because they compare the location proximity of all reference tags and objects. In this paper, we propose an RFID based location positioning scheme using event filtering, which reduces the computation cost of calculating the locations of moving objects while maintaining the accuracy of location estimation. In addition, we propose an incremental location update policy to reduce the location update cost for moving objects. We also compare the proposed scheme with one of the localization schemes, LANDMARC using a performance evaluation. As a result, the proposed scheme outperforms LANDMARC in terms of the computational cost of location estimation. The proposed scheme also reduces the cost of location update by using the RFID-based update policy.

  • In this paper, we analyze the effect of the data aggregation level on the MAC performance when RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) logistics data, which can be aggregated at RFID readers to reduce the transmission overhead, are transmitted in IEEE 802.11 wireless LANs. For various data aggregation levels, the throughputs and latencies of the DCF (Distributed Coordination Function) and PCF (Point Coordination Function) MAC protocols are analyzed by computer simulation. From the simulation analysis, we propose the appropriate input traffic load for real-time RFID logistics data transmitted in IEEE 802.11 wireless LANs.

  • Recently, the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology has gained significant attention. One of the performance issues in RFID systems is to resolve the tag collision among responses from RFID tags. In this paper, we proposed a new scheme for estimation of the number of tags in the reader filed. The scheme is used by anti-collision algorithm to identify multiple tags efficiently. And we also present the simulation result that shows the proposed scheme to estimate tags efficiently and also to improve the systems efficiency.

OFSA: Optimum Frame-Slotted Aloha for RFID Tag Collision Arbitration

  • RFID technologies have attracted a lot of attention in recent years because of their cost/time-effectiveness in large-scale logistics, supply chain management (SCM) and other various potential applications. One of the most important issues of the RFID-based systems is how quickly tags can be identified. Tag collision arbitration plays a more critical role in determining the system performance especially for passive tag-based ones where tag collisions are dealt with rather than prevented. We present a novel tag collision arbitration protocol called Optimum Frame-Slotted Aloha (OFSA). The protocol has been designed to achieve time-optimal efficiency in tag identification through an analytic study of tag identification delay and tag number estimation. Results from our analysis and extensive simulations demonstrate that OFSA outperforms other collision arbitration protocols. Also, unlike most prior anti-collision protocols, it does not require any modification to the current standards and architectures facilitating the rollout of RFID systems.

  • In RFID Systems, collisions between multiple tags frequently arise due to simultaneous responses from multiple tags using the same communication channel. Most of anti-collision protocols such as QT regard these collisions as useless cycles, thereby wasting the channel bandwidth. In this paper, we propose a new anti-collision protocol, namely ASP (Adjustable splitting by patterns of collisions) protocol that utilizes the patterns collision for noticeable performance enhancements.

  • This paper proposes the possibility of SonicID system which is the active RFID based on the ultrasonic spectrum instead of using radio frequency. For the feasibility study, various performance indexes are measured in terms of power consumption and signal path loss onto the frequencies of 40KHz, 433MHz, and 2.4GHz. In addition to the line of sight condition, realistic situations are considered for diverse deploying environments. The results of these analyses demonstrate that the SonicID holds the potential to meet the needs of future advanced RFID system in a scalable fashion.

  • This paper presents methods of robot localization using recent radio frequency identification technology. If the absolute position and orientation of a tag are given in an indoor environment where RFID tags are installed, a robot can estimate its location using the relationship of the identified tag and the robot in a relative coordinate. To derive this relationship, we propose three estimation techniques using a model of a RFID reader, the direction of identification and the detection range. In this algorithm, a suitable estimation method is selected out of the three proposed techniques depending on the situations and trajectory of robot in the detection range. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed methods can provide good performance for localization.

  • This paper presents method of depriving the relationship between static passive RFID tag and mobile robot In the field of tag-range. We use probabilistic sensor model of RFID reader by experiments. And we proposed estimation techniques by using direction of identification and relative-distance from the sensor model. Corresponding to distribution of identification, we can correct estimated tag position in relative coordinate. Simulation and Experimental Results show that the proposed method can provide good performance and thus be used fer mobile-robot localization.
