In this paper, the method to make lossless image compression that holds considerable part of total volume of mobile game has been proposed. To increase the compression rate, we compress the image by Deflate algorithm defined in RFC 1951 after reorganize it at preprocessing stage before conducting actual compression. At the stage of preprocessing, we obtained the size of a dictionary based on the information of image which is the feature of Dictionary-Based Coding, and increased the better compression rate than compressing in a general manner using in a way of restructuring image by pixel packing method and DPCM prediction technique. It has shown that the method increased 9.7% of compression rate compare with existing mobile image format, after conducting the test of compression rate applying the suggested compression method into various mobile games.

In order to research for compound of immunomodulatic and anti-allergic function. These experiments were conducted to investigated the effects of hot water extracts(PRWE) , ethanol extracts (PREE) and polysaccharide fraction extracts (PRPE) extracted from platycodi radix on immune response. The effect of these platycodi radix extracts on hemagglutinin titer(HA), hemalysin titer(HY), plaque forming cell(PFC), rosette forming cell (RFC) and phagocytosis was Investigated by using BALB / C mice. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Generally, the oral administration of extracts fractions for 10 days each other resulted in the enhanced HA and HY. In the experiment of PFC and RFC, the results of experimental groups which was given each samples compared to control group showed the enhanced level of activity such as PRPE 160% and 196% each other But PRWE and PREE decreased or wear not changed. When PREE, PRPE or PRWE was given to mice orally, PREE and PRPE significantly enhanced the phagocytic activity of peritoneal exudate cells(PEC), spleen cells(SC) and monolymphocytus cell(MC), about from 150% to 250%, but PRW was decreased.

This paper developed a secure web-based digital notary system. The system conforms to international standards, and gives users very good accessibility to it. The technologies and the application systems for timestamp-related services are not yet popularized, but they are potentially meaningful to many kinds of areas such as ecommerces, digital right managements, and internet mail systems. The digital notary system uses the timestamp requests and responses which conforms to rfc 3161. The system supports secure communication between web-based notary server and its clients by using SSL(Secure Socket Layer), and use nonces for prevention of replay attacks.

In order to investigate the effect of Row ginseng (Ra. G.; from $K{\acute{u}}msan$ province, Korea), White ginseng (W.G.; from $K{\acute{u}}msan$ province, Korea), and Red ginseng (Re. G.; form $K{\acute{u}}msan$ province, Korea) on immune response, the author used ICR mice having a body weight of about 20g as experimental animals dividing them into four groups-Saline, Ra. G, W.G., Re. G group. Delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) and rosette forming cells(RFC) for cell-mediated immune response, hemagglutinin(HA) titers, hemolysin (HL) titers for humoral immune response were measured at 24 hours after challenge, The results were summarized as follows: 1) DTH was increased in all of the treated group as compared with the Saline group, with statistical significance(W.G.> Re. G. > Ra. G.). 2) RFC was increased in all of the treated group as compared with the Saline group, with statistical significance(W.G. > Re. G. > Ra. G.). 3) HA titer was increased in all of the treated group as compared with the Saline group, with statistical significance (Re. G.> W. G.> Ra. G.). 4) HL titer was increased in all of the treated group as compared with the Saline group, with statistical significance (Re. G. > W. G.> Ra. G.). Through the experimental study in ICR mice, these findings suggest that Raw ginseng, White ginseng and Red ginseng enhance both cell-mediated and humoral immune response with statistical significance.

As science and technology has developed, human could be flourished especially at the aspect of agriculture and medicine. However, the traditional knowledge of them has stopped being used, which leads to extinctions of it. Korea National Arboretum had surveyed the ethnobotanical uses of Gangwon-do from 2006 to 2017. 522 taxa were defined as ethnoplants through 21469 sheets thanks to 355 respondents who composed 279 females, 73 males and three refused to answer. Analysis of ethnoplants had conducted to provide the excavation of the new plants for industries of agriculture and medication, as well as the evidence for protection of TK and benefit derived from it. Aster scaber Thunb. had been found as the most citated taxa by 0.6591 RFC figure, Pinus desiflora Seibold & Zucc. was found to have the extensive categories of use. Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem. showed the highest figure of CI value. In the index of RI, Pinus desiflora Seibold & Zucc. appeared again, as well as CV, cultural value. For evaluation of the usages of ethnoplants IAR figures are analyzed. The fiber has shown the biggest figure of IAR, despite the dyes are placed the smallest figure.

Especially, we described the extension for re-INVITE function. Re-INVITE function is useful for cail transfer service or conference service.

This paper addresses the design of srTCM (single rate Three Color Marker) described in RFC2697. It has proposed for srTCM to be used at the ingress of Differentiated Service network that provides AF PHB (Assured Forwarding Per Hop Behavior). srTCM is the marker with the metering function, and consists of the token updating function and the marking function. The token updating function uses the dual token bucket. The marking function compares the token values with the length of input packet, and then marks the result into IP QoS field (ToS field). This paper designs srTCM function and then implements it in one chip using VHDL and FPGA technology.

전자서명의 장기검증이란 서명에 사용된 인증서의 유효기간이 지난 오랜 후에 서명을 검증하고자 하는 문제이다. RFC3126에서는 전자서명의 장기검증을 가능하게 하기 위해 타임스탬프기관(TSA)에 대한 신뢰를 바탕으로 전자서명에 타임스탬프(TS)를 부가하여 장기검증포맷으로 변환하여 저장하는 방법을 제시하고 있는데 TSA의 인증서도 유효기간을 가지기 때문에 시간이 지날수록 새로운 TS를 계속 부가해야 한다는 단점이 있다. 한편 과거에 사용했던 인증서 및 CRL등의 인증체계 자체를 보존하고 인증해주기 위한 메커니즘은 인증체계의 연속성을 보장하기 위해 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있는데, 현재의 공개키기반구조(PKI) 메커니즘에는 특별히 정의되어 있지 않다. 인증체계의 장기검증을 위해 RFC3126[1]의 방법론을 적용하는 것은 여러 가지 측면에서 효율적인 방법이 아니다. 이 논문에서는 인증체계의 과거역사를 보존하고 보증해주기 위한 새로운 방법을 제시하는데, 인증기관이 자신의 인증서를 갱신하는 경우 자신이 운영했던 과거의 인증역사에 대해 봉인을 하고 책임있는 사후서비스를 하도록 하며, 현재의 인증서에 과거역사에 대한 명시적인 인증을 포함하도록 하는 것이다. 이러한 방법은 기존의 인증체계와 함께 이용될 수 있고 인증체계의 연속성을 보장하는데 큰 역할을 하게 되며 전자서명 장기검증에도 유용하게 이용될 수 있음을 보인다.

IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) RFC 2069 recommend to accept the DAA(Digest Access Authentication) scheme ill the HTTP 1.1(Hype. Text Transfer Protocol 1.1). When the client want to access the protected URI resources with Web Server, the BAA scheme is not considered to be a secure method of user authentication, as the user name and password are passed over the network as clear text. But, The DAA scheme is proposed to create a access authentication method which avoids the serious flaws of BAA(ie, passed over the network as clear text). The flaw of DAA is not supported the confidentiality services between client and server. This paper is proposed a confidentiality service scheme for HTTP environment, as an extension to DAA

전력선 통신 기술의 발달에 따라 다양한 전력선 통신 핵심 기술들이 적용된 모뎀이 개발되고 있는 시점에서, 상용화에 앞서 모뎀 성능에 대한 실제적인 측정과 검토가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 저압 전력선(옥내) 통신 테스트 베드를 구성, 이를 통해 모뎀의 네트워크 성능 지표들에 대한 실제적인 측정을 수행하였다. 저압 전력선은 220V저압에 옥내 배전선 약 16m로 구성되었으며, 측정된 네트워크 성능 지표는 RFC2544, RFC2285에서 권고하는 네트워크 성능 지표들 중, 일대일 처리율, 일대다 처리율, 다대일 처리율, 일대일 지연시간, 일대일 프레임 손실이다. 측정에 사용된 전력선 모뎀의 성능과 지표들의 측정값을 통해 모뎀의 성능과 속도뿐만 아니라 전력선 통신 어플리케이션 적용 여부 등 전력선 통신 시스템 개발과 상용화에 실제적인 검토가 가능하다.
