본 논문에서는 이미지 데이터 컬러 속성을 기반으로 한 영상 검색 방법을 제안한다. 두 이미지 사이의 유사성을 측정하기 위하여 컬러 히스토그램의 분포 특성을 이미지 데이터베이스 영상과질의 영상에서 계산하여 유사도를 결정하도록 설계하였다. 두 영상의 유사도를 측정하기 위해 두영상의 R, G, B 히스토그램에 대해서 같은 값에 대한 빈도 수의 차를 거리로 측정한 후, 구해진 거리의 차를 비교한 방법과 히스토그램의 분포 곡선을 이루는 방정식을 구한 수 있도록 곡선 정합을 한 후에 두 영상의 컬러 특징 속성에 관한 특징 값의 추출을 위해서 다항식 보간법에 의한 방정식을 이용한 방법을 소개한다. 공간 데이터베이스 시스템에서 질의에 대한 효율적인 처리를 위해 R-Tree와 최대 점을 이용하여 영상을 검색한다.

New BVR CCD photometric observations of EB type close binary V388 Cyg were obtained at the Sobaeksan Astronomy Observatory during 10 nights from October to December 1995. We analyse new 3 color (B, V & R) light curves simultaneously using the Wilson-Devinney code. Now, it is not yet clear whether V388 Cyg is contact or semidetached system. Published epochs of times of minima to data were used to study the changes in period of the system, and calculated a new light elements with the secular terms, $-4.83{\times}10^{-10}$, which indicated the continuous decrease of the period.

본 연구에서는 최근에 개발된 직물 탄소섬유강화 복합재료의 파괴인성치를 정 량적으로 결정하고 파괴거동을 조사하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 이 재료에 선형 탄성파괴역학의 적용여부를 알아보고, R곡선을 이용하여 균열의 생성점 및 불안정 파 괴점의 파괴인성치를 정확히 구하며, 주사형 전자현미경을 통해 파단면 및 균열 성장 시점을 관찰하여 파괴거동을 조사하는데 있다.

Fracture resistance(J-R) curves, which are used for the elastic-plastic fracture mechanics analyses, are known to be dependent on the cyclic loading history. The objective of this paper is to study the effect of reverse cyclic loading on J-R curves in CT specimens. The effect of two parameters was observed on the J-R curves during the reverse cyclic loading. One was the minimum-to-maximum load ratio(R) and the other was the incremental plastic displacement(${\delta}_{cycle}/{\delta}_i$), which is related to the amount of crack growth that occurs in a cycle. Fracture resistance test on CT specimens with varying load ratio and incremental plastic displacement were performed. For the SA 516 Gr. 70 steel, the results showed that the J-R curves were decreased with decreasing the load ratio and the incremental plastic displacement. When the load ratio was set to -1, the results of the J-R curves and the $J_i$ value were about $40{\sim}50$ percent of those for the monotonic loading condition. Also on condition that the incremental plastic displacement reached 1/40, the J-R curves and the $J_i$ value were about $50{\sim}60$ percent of those for the incremental plastic displacement of 1/10.

본 논문은 컨버터용 변압기의 여자전류 해석을 통해 DC 성분 유입시 자속밀도-여자전류 곡선 그래프를 도출하여 철심포화 여부를 확인하며, 철심 공극에 의해 발생되는 누설자속(Leakage Flux)으로 인한 철구조물(Lock Plate)의 와전류 손실을 계산하였다. 변압기 해석을 위해 상용 해석 소프트웨어인 Maxwell 3D를 이용하였고, 철심의 비선형성을 고려하여 해석하였다.

본 연구는 통계적 방법을 이용해 레이더 $Z_{e}$-R 관계식을 구하고 기존의 멱급수 형태관계식과 비교하여 그 개선 여부를 평가하고자 한다. WPMM에 의해 구해진 $Z_{e}$-R 관계식은 log(Z)-log(R) 좌표계에서 곡선 형태로 나타나 모든 구간에서 일률적인 함수($Z=AR^{b}$)가 적용되는 멱급수 형태의 식과는 달리 각 구간마다 다른 관계식이 적용되는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was developed the metallic plate for fixation in the femur fracture for the orthopedic region and rigid fixation with plates has a firm place in fracture treatment. Most plates can be used for rigid as well as biological and dynamical fracture fixation. The device's designation and sizing has a specific with bending structural stiffness and strength, known meaning that is reliable regardless of the plate by the short type and long type. Short plate have a wrapping of femur and long plate have to preserve a pole of femur. The bending strength of the curved metallic long plate has to evaluate a 11,000N and The bending strength of the curved metallic short plate has to evaluate a 6,525N. The tensile stress through to press a plate is $1573N/m^2\;and\;1539N/m^2$. The device can be used to support Revision case of Hip Implant and to use a case of Hip screw compression of Hip Neck Fracture.

Minor B-H loop measurement for a rectangular high tensile steel was obtained by using Labview. A ferrite cores of high permeance with primary and secondary windings on the steel plate were used to form a closed loop of magnetic flux. To compensate errors due to an extremely small gap between a pair of ferrite core, and between the ferrite core and the rectangular high tensile steel, quadratic function of least square method was used. Also a 3D FEM magnetic analysis tool was used to measure H and B of the steel. B-H loop of the high tensile steel plate can be measured up to 520 A/m of a magnetic field and 0.15 T of a magnetic flux density.

In this paper, as a determining factor of the Environment Kuznets Curve hypothesis, we analyzed the impact of technological innovation. In this paper, in order to empirically validate the role of technological innovation to an inverted U-shaped Environments Kuznets Curve hypothesis, we utilize the 2SLS considering relationship between R&D and the GDP per capita. Also, using the Panel VAR (Panel Vector Auto Regression) model to analyze with what time lag R&D per capita has impact on the emissions of greenhouse gases per capita. Empirical results show that R&D per capita(proxy of innovation) is a important factor to explain Environmental Kuznets Curve hypothesis, and that the external shock such as R&D per capita reduces greenhouse gas emissions per capita with about 3 time lag.

The BVR CCD full light curves of ZZ Aur were obtained as one of the near-contact binary observing programs at the Sobaek Mt. Observatory during Feb. 2000 - Feb. 2001. From the present observations, three primary and seven secondary times of minimum light were obtained. The photometric solutions have been found using the Wilson and Divenny model.
