In recent years, cyber terror that break into major institution's information system and destroy and paralyzed important information occurs frequently. Some countries do dangerous acts such as train hackers and order hackers to hack important industrial confidential documents which are core of national competitiveness to reduce the competitiveness of the country and cause social confusion. In this thesis, it will study problems of cyber terror to help people to use Internet in web environment that safe from cyber terror and to avoid the risk from cyber terror such as malware and DDos. This thesis is organized as following. In second chapter, it will look thorough the research that are related to cyber terror. In third chapter, it will study attack types of cyber terror. In fourth chapter, to defend from cyber violence, it will suggest safe solution. In fifth chapter, it will end with conclusion. Finally, to prevent urgent incidents like North Korean Cyber-attack, every Internet user must indicate their recognition on Internet security and it is significant to make a quick response treatment to create the safe online environment.

A Smartphone has an ability accessing Internet by URL stored in NFC(Near Field Communication) Tag for storing the information of items, blogs and web pages. Because the system works through the Internet with URL, however, it needs to pay some costs like communication fee and time. If we can store the web page on the tags, we can save the communication overhead. But they have too small memory to store it. In this paper, we introduce the Micro-Webpage technology which can be stored in NFC tag or QR(Quick Response) code. To make a Micro-Webpage, we remove control tags from the web page to leave a user original content. The removed control tags are stored in our smartphone application as a template. The user content is also compressed to a smaller one by an lossless compression algorithm. When a tag is read, the stored content is decompressed and, it is combined with the template to make the original web page. We have implemented a prototype of Micro-Webpage system on Android platform and confirmed that the prototype has reasonable performance improvements in saving memory and loading web page time.

관개배수를 수행하는 농업용 수리시설물은 소규모이고 개소수가 많아 효율적으로 관리하기가 어려우며, 넓은 지역에 분포하고 있어 시설 현황의 파악조차 쉽지 않다. 농업용 수리시설물은 점검자가 관리항목을 종이 조사표에 수기로 작성하여 시설상태를 점검하고 있기 때문에 자료의 누락 및 오류, 전산화를 위한 재입력 과정 등에 있어서 어려움이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 시설물을 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 정보망을 구성하여 원격으로 관리하거나, 직접 시설물을 돌아보며 관리해야 한다. 전자의 경우에는 비용이 많이 들기 때문에 적은 수의 관리지점을 제어하는 데는 유리하나, 농업용 수리시설물과 같이 개체수가 많을 경우에는 적용이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업용 수리시설 점검 및 관리의 편의성, 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 농업용 수리시설물에 대하여 점검표준코드를 설계하였으며, WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) 기반의 점검기술 (RFID 및 QR코드)을 개발, 현장 적용을 통하여 활용성을 평가하였다. WSN 기술을 바탕으로 빠르고 정확하게 시설물을 인식할 수 있으며, 식별한 시설물의 정보를 바탕으로 현장에서 시설물에 대한 적절한 대응이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 개발한 기술은 대한민국 이동 지구의 시설물을 관리하는 데 직접 이용함으로써 평가하였다. 본 연구는 기존 농업용 수리시설물 점검의 비효율성을 개선하고 시설물 안전 평가 및 현장 이력 관리 등 현장 업무 효율 향상을 통해 농업용 수리시설 관리 및 농업용수 관리에 기여하는 바가 클 것으로 기대된다.

2차원 바코드의 일종인 QR코드는 간단한 URL이나 명함 등에 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. QR코드는 바코드보다 훨씬 많은 정보를 저장할 수 있다. 현재 QR코드는 일상생활 에서도 대중적인 서비스로 자리매김하고 있다. QR코드의 활용분야를 보면 홈페이지 링크방식으로 많은 기업들이 사용하고 있으며, 최근에는 제품상세설명, 모델하우스의 사용자재 설명, 도서관내의 서비스, 온라인 이벤트등의 많은 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 QR코드의 특성과 활용사례를 알아보고, 이를 기반으로 QR코드를 활용하여 생산 공정관리를 구축할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 연구 하도록 하겠다.

Technological developments facilitate payment transactions. In 2020, Bank Indonesia issued a regulation that supports QR payments using the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS). PT ABC is one of the banks that launched a QR payment feature on mobile banking with QRIS standards to make it easier for customers to make payment transactions at various merchants. In its implementation, the interest of QR payment users still tends to be small, so an analysis of the interests of QR payment users is carried out. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence user interest by using a modified UTAUT model. The UTAUT model was modified by adding variables to perceived trust, perceived risk, perceived regulatory support, and promotional benefits. The population taken is the company's customers in the DKI Jakarta area and it takes 403 samples for this case study. The results of empirical analysis show that 8 out of 12 hypotheses are considered proven where business expectations, social influence, perceived trust, perceived risk, perceptions of regulatory support, promotion benefits, age-moderated performance expectations, and age-moderate effort expectations have a significant effect on behavioral intentions, while performance expectations, facilitation conditions, business expectations are moderated by experience and social influence.

블록체인은 다수의 노드 네트워크 내에서 거래내역을 분산 저장함으로써 투명성을 확보하는 기술이다. 최근에는 금전적 가치를 지닌 선하증권(Bill of Lading, B/L 서류)에 블록체인을 적용하여 무결성을 확보하고 거래 과정을 간소화 하기위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 거래자 중심의 블록체인 기반의 선하증권 시스템을 제안한다. 수출자는 발행 받은 선하증권을 AI(Artificial intelligence)기반의 OCR(Optical character recognition)기능을 통해 블록체인에 등록하고, 각국 은행에서 열람하여 신용장거래를 진행한다. 수입자는 선하증권 정보를 담은 QR(Quick Response code)코드로 자기증명을 하여 물품을 인도 받게 된다. 이는 수출자 측에서는 선적서류를 우편으로 보낼 시간과 비용을 단축하고, 서류의 무결성을 입증할 수 있다는 점에서 큰 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 수입자 측에서는 서류가 등록됨과 동시에 확인할 수 있고, 해당 거래를 신뢰할 수 있다는 이점을 갖는다. 마지막으로 은행 측에서는 선적서류에 대해 보안성을 갖출 수 있고 검증이 더 신속하게 이루어질 수 있다.

Purpose: Consumers can experience better service for distribution of products with payment technology such as QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) compared to conventional purchase methods. This research aims to determine the experience of QRIS service users in Indonesia. Perceived Usefulness, Ease of Use, and Perceived Security were independent factors. Behavioral Intention to Use is the dependent variable. Furthermore, Word of Mouth Attitude is an intervening variable. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Involving active QRIS users in a survey-based quantitative study in Indonesia. A survey sample of 400 people was taken from data records of 30.87 million QRIS users in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results: Show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use significantly impact Attitudes Word of Mouth, and Behavioral Intention to Use. This research also found that Behavioral Intention to Use does not significantly impact Perceived Security. Conclusion: QRIS, as a revolutionary innovation, offers faster payments than previous methods, with a payment time of no more than one minute. QRIS is seen as valuable, simple, and safe, disseminating information to the public and continuing to use QRIS. The implications of this research are very significant in accelerating the flow of distribution of goods and services and facilitating transactions.

공공기관의 기록물관리 업무에 QR코드의 도입사례를 알아보고 이를 통해 이용자의 업무만족감을 높이는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. QR코드의 정의와 기록관에서 제공할 수 있는 이용자서비스에 대해 살펴보았고 QR코드를 이용한 도입사례를 살펴보았다. 기록관에 QR코드를 적용하려는 이유는 현재 공공기관에서는 기록물관리전문요원의 1인체제이다. 직원 수와 기록물의 양은 방대해지고 있다. 모든 업무의 내용을 숙지하여 정확하게 설명해야하고 기록관리 생애주기 이해가 부족한 직원들에게 전문적인 내용을 무한반복 설명을 해야하는 어려움이 있다. 도입사례로는 비전자 기록물등록 방법 안내, 중요기록물 및 행정박물 위치 및 이력 안내, 표준기록관리 교육 제공으로 나눴다. 이를 연구자가 제작한 '기록관리 안내서'(QR코드 유무)를 부산광역시 S구청 공무원들을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 적용하여 연구하였다. 기록관리안내 만족도는 QR코드 활용 유무에 따라 의미 있는 차이가 있었다. 2017년 12월, 1차 조사와 2018년 3월 2차 조사를 비교분석하였을 때 실험집단의 경우 1차 조사에서 평균 2.94였으나 2차 조사에서 3.75로 결과치가 높게 나타났으며 통계적으로 의미가 있었다. 이는 기존의 활자로 제공하는 안내보다 QR코드를 도입하여 안내 하는 것이 높은 만족도를 보인다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 QR코드를 활용한 공공기관의 기록관리 도입사례와 이용자 만족도를 알아보는 것이지만 기록관리시스템(RMS)과 문서생산시스템에 접목시켜 완성도가 높아질 수 있도록 하는 것이 향후 과제이다.

각종 비즈니스와 거래가 이루어지는 사이트에서 고객과 서비스 공급자와의 소통은 중요한 문제이다. 특히 어떠한 문제가 발생해 문의가 들어왔을 때 그 문제를 빠르고 정확하게 해결하는 능력은 사이트에 대한 신뢰와도 직결된다. 본 논문에서는 재능마켓 플랫폼 사이트에서 챗봇 기술을 이용해 사이트 이용자들의 불평과 문의를 처리하는 방식을 제안한다. 우선 문의자와 실시간으로 대화할 수 있는 챗봇을 구현하여 사이트 이용법, 단어 검색 등의 기능을 이용할 수 있게 하였다. 몇 단어 혹은 문장으로 정의하기 힘든 사이트의 각종 오류와 문제에 대해서는 에러코드를 지정해 데이터베이스화시켰다. 사이트 이용자들은 오류 발생 시 출력되는 에러코드를 챗봇에 문의하여 그에 대응하는 답변을 실시간으로 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 구현한 챗봇은 사이트 이용 시 오류를 경험하거나 문의가 생긴 이용자에게 빠르고 정확한 답변을 줄 수 있어 만족스러운 경험을 제공했다. 이는 장기적으로 사이트의 신뢰성과 호감도에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 오류 문의 등에 들어가는 인력과 시간비용을 줄이는 등의 도움을 줄 것으로 예상된다.

This study develops and evaluates a game-based lesson plan applied to the 'Food Culture' unit of a high school Home Economics class. We developed, implemented, and evaluated lesson plans for seven periods that contained 'the Korean food table setting card,' 'the world's food culture card,' and the procedure for cards games according to the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. 'The Korean food table setting card' consisted of 'the Korean food table setting order card' to easily understand 10 types of Korean traditional daily meals based on pictures and 'the Korean food table setting food card' to easily understand Korean traditional food based on 104 kinds of food picture and quick response (QR) code. 'The world's food culture card' consisted of 'the world's food culture quiz card' to help learners easily understand influential food culture formation factors, features of food culture, typical foods from 16 countries, and 'the world's traditional food card' to help learners easily understand typical foods from 16 countries through 63 kinds of pictures. Respective 'game guides' were also developed. High school students who studied the game-based Home Economics classes and who participated in the 'Food Culture' unit, could easily and enjoyably learn the food culture of Korea (and other countries), actively participate in learning activities, and understood the content of food culture. In addition, they evaluated that the game-based instruction was easy to remember with minimal memorizing.
