The main aim of the current study is to examine the effects of mothers' parental beliefs and mother-child attachment on school-aged children's time management and life management skills through the mediation effects of children's self-regulation. Study participants included a total of 317 fifth- and sixth-grade children at elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi area, and their 317 mothers. Children and mothers completed questionnaires and Structural Equation Modeling was adapted as the main analysis technique. The findings were the following: First, mothers' parental beliefs that emphasize the child's independence were significantly related to greater self-regulation ability in children, indicated by cognitive, motivational, and behavior regulation. Second, better quality of mother-child attachment perceived by children was also found to predict greater self-regulation in children. Third, children's self-regulation was strongly related to time and life management skills. When the child is better at self control, the child showed greater management skills, both in time and everyday life. Finally, as hypnotized, the test yielded a significant mediation effect of self-regulation in the association from mothers' parental beliefs and mother-child attachment to children's time and life management skills. The findings suggested the important role of parental beliefs about child rearing and attachment between mother and child in developing self-regulation and management skills of school-aged children.

Ginseng products on the market show high variability in their composition and overall quality. This becomes a challenge for both consumers and health-care professionals who are in search of high-quality, reliable ginseng products that have a proven safety and efficacy profile. The botanical extract standardization is of crucial importance in this context as it determines the reproducibility of the quality of the product that is essential for the evaluation of effectiveness and safety. This review focuses on the well-characterized and standardized ginseng extract, G115, which represents an excellent example of an herbal drug preparation with constant safety and efficacy within the herbal medicinal products. Over the many decades, extensive preclinical and clinical research has been conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of G115. In vitro and in vivo studies of G115 have shown pharmacological effects on physical performance, cognitive function, metabolism, and the immune system. Furthermore, a significant number of G115 clinical studies, most of them double-blind placebo-controlled, have reinforced the findings of preclinical evidence and proved the efficacy of this extract on blood glucose and lipid regulation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, energy, physical performance, and immune and cognitive functions. Clinical trials and 50 years of presence on the market are proof of a good safety profile of G115.

Mandatory shutdown policy of the juvenile protection act was enforced in December 2011 to prevent game addiction of the youth. However, the size of game market in Korea seems to be reduced significantly after implementation of the shutdown policy. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of current government regulations on Korean online game market. Based on empirical evidences and results from the related literature, we developed several causal loop diagrams(CLD) and system dynamics models. The CLD include sub-diagrams of innovation processes, user commitments, and operational costs. We conducted simulation analyses under various policy scenarios, adopting Normalized Unit Modelling By Elementary Relationship(NUMBER). Our results show that first, the impact of time regulation on the number of users is greater than the impact of content regulation. Second, the quality of domestic online game appears more elastic to regulations than the quality of foreign online game. The results of this study suggest that the deregulation in Korean online game market can narrow the gap in market outcomes between domestic and foreign online games. Some recommendations for future study are suggested.

Decrease in Population and graying of rural area by industrialization and urbanization are gone continuously. This makes happened various rural problems and the differential of standard of living with is arising day by day. Government is unfolding rural supporting project to solve continuously these problems. Recent Projects which are choosing not top-down process by government leading but bottom-up process through village inhabitants' participation and expert consultant get positive estimation. But those have difficulties because the support is attained only in the beginning step not continuously and inhabitants' number by graying is decreasing. The Special Economic Zone for Regional Development Policy is new access that regulation can differ according to special quality of each area depending on Localization Age. Through this transfer the competence that can mitigate or reinforce various regulations according to special quality of area in local government. So, back and maintain activation systematically so that each area could be developed specially. The purpose of The Special Economic Zone for Regional Development Policy is the activation of regional economy through development that regional specific character is. And there is characteristic that local government plans and takes the lead in all project contents, government gives regulation benefit by appointing the special economic zone and do not support finance and various tax remissions. Through investigation of such new policy, I wish to recognize what long-term plan and method could be possible to success rural activation continuously.

The poultry plays a crucial role in the animal industry, providing humans with efficient, high-quality animal protein. The rapid growth and short generational intervals of broilers offer significant benefits compared to other economic animals. This growth and increased muscle mass in modern commercial broilers result from advancements in breeding. However, the high productivity of contemporary broilers indicates they are approaching their physiological limits, with excessive fat accumulation becoming a significant industry issue. This not only reduces lean meat yield and feed efficiency but also negatively impacts consumers, especially due to problematic abdominal fat, which consumes more energy than lean meat production. Laying hens, reared for extended periods, maintain high productivity, producing a substantial number of eggs. This productivity in laying hens, akin to broilers, stems from genetic selection and breeding. For egg production, laying hens require physiological support for necessary nutrients. In this context, yolk fat accumulation is a critical physiological process. Lipoproteins, essential in avian lipid metabolism, are vital for yolk and body fat accumulation. Understanding these lipoproteins and their metabolism is key to developing healthier, more productive animals, offering economic benefits to farmers and improved nutritional quality to consumers. This review focuses on the physiological aspects of dietary fat transport, fatty acid biosynthesis in the liver, fat accumulation in the abdomen and muscles, and lipid deposition in egg yolks in chickens. It also highlights recent research trends in the regulation of fat metabolism in poultry.

Objectives : Traditional medicine(TM) of East Asia has been taking its status as part of complementary and alternative medicine(CAM) in the UK. However, the efficacy and safety issues make it hard to be accepted in the healthcare system. The aim of the research is to find out the current status of TM of East Asia in the UK and to discuss some issues around its acceptance as formal healthcare method. Methods : Articles, books and regulations related to the acceptance of TM of East Asia were analysed and the internet websites were visited such as Westlaw UK for legal materials, government websites for formal documents, and some UK-based associations. Keyword searches were followed and the essential parts from the articles and documents were generalised for the analysis and discussion. Results : Issues over TM of East Asia include identity as medicine, efficacy and safety, and the statutory regulation can be a measure for the acceptance. Osteopathy and chiropractic therapies came under statutory regulation among the CAM in the UK. Conclusions : TM of East Asia could be under the statutory regulation in the near future. Efficacy and safety issues are the challenging barrier. However, the approach from the viewpoint of TM of East Asia is necessary for development and good practice. The simplified registration procedure for traditional herbal medicinal product in EU can be the model. Education, evaluation, assessment and managing quality of practice are essential for the standard care and formal regulation.

This paper discusses the evaluation of interconnection capacity of small cogeneration(SCOGN) systems to the power distribution systems from the viewpoint of voltage regulation. Power utilities are required to keep the customers' voltage profile over a feeder close to the rated value under all load conditions. However, it is expected that the interconnection of SCOGNs to the power distribution systems impacts on the existing voltage regulation method and customers' voltage variations. Therefore, SCOGNs should be integrated to the automated power distribution systems to prevent interconnection problems and supply high quality electricity to the customers. For these reasons, we should proceed with the evaluation of interconnection capacity of SCOGNs to the power distribution systems. However, it is generally impossible to perform actual testing on the power distribution systems, and standardized methodologies and guidelines are not developed to evaluate it. The criterion indexes for voltage regulation and variations are presented in order to evaluate the interconnection capacity of SCOGNs to the power distribution systems. In addition, the evaluation methodology of interconnection capacity of SCOGNs for power distribution systems is presented. It is expected that the resulted of this paper are useful for power system planners to determine the interconnection capacity of SCOGNs and dispersed storage and generation (DSG) systems to the power distribution systems.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to measure the effect on the attributes for store selection and Korean government regulations for large retailers on consumption emotion. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Using SPSS ver.22, factor analysis & Cronbach's alpha, correlation, and regression test were performed. The total of 287 questionnaires were used for the analysis Result - Familiarity, perceived price, and perceived image have a positive effect on consumption emotion, but perceived quality & service did not. The Consumption emotion had a positive effect on traditional market revisit intentions. Retail regulation preference has a mediate effect between consumption emotion and familiarity & perceived price. Retail regulation preference also has a mediate effect between consumption emotion and traditional market revisit intension. Conclusion - Relationship marketing with sincerity is very important to keep familiarity, perceived price and image. People's consumption trend was changed due to dual career couple and heavy traffic jam in big cities. Therefore, a retail regulation cannot be a right solution for revitalizing traditional markets. So we need to find out an actual situation and design a win-win strategy between large retailers and traditional market.

유럽에서 지리적 표시제도는 약 100여 년 전부터 도입되었던 것과는 달리 우리나라에서의 지리적 표시제도는 보편적이지 않은 개념이다. 최근 들어서야 지리적 표시제도에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 국내 도입이나 활성화 방안에 대한 학술적 논의는 부족한 실정이다. 지리적 표시제도는 지역 활성화, 소비자보호, 경제효율성 측면에서 장점이 있다. 더욱이 우리나라의 농수산물이 유럽에 비해 지리적표시를 통해 보호해야할만한 가치가 부족한 것도 아니다. 이에 지리적 표시제도 선진국들의 사례를 면밀히 검토하여 우리나라에도 지리적 표시제도를 정착시켜야 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 지리적 표시제도의 현황과 해외의 전통술 보호를 위한 지리적 표시제도 활용 정책에 대해 살펴본다. 프랑스는 와인, 일본은 사케, 독일은 맥주와 같이 한 나라를 대표하는 술이 세계적으로 사랑을 받고 있는 것처럼 우리나라의 막걸리 또한 지리적 표시제도를 활용하여 막걸리산업의 성장을 이룰 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

As the environmental concerns in Korea have shifted gradually from the environmental pollutions to the quality of life (QOL) enhancement, it has become increasingly important to implement comprehensive assessment of environmental quality as possible. This is the major reason to develop Environmental Assessment Index. This study focuses on indices development of factors in Environmental Impact Statement Preparation Regulation. Environment in this regulation is composed of natural environment, life environment and socio-economic environment, and it is composed of 22 factors. EAI(Environmental Assessment Index)studied in this research is integrated by 16 factors. It will contribute to public participation in Environmental Impact Assessment process and environmental policy.
