가속 열화 모형을 이용한 엘리베이터 와이어 수명 예측 (Estimation of Elevator Wire Life Using Accelerated Degradation Model)

  • Purpose: This study is to estimate the life of elevator wire rope by using the accelerated degradation test with two accelerating variables of applied load and corrosion. Methods: Linear regression method is used to find the pseudo life of elevator wire rope at each combination of accelerating variables and the median life of elevator wire rope at use condition is estimated under the assumption that the life of elevator wire rope follows lognormal distribution. Results: The particular case study demonstrated that the results of the elevator wire life estimation by using the proposed method can provide the better solutions than existing methods. Conclusion: It can be economical to use accelerated degradation model for estimating the life of elevator wire rope.

미나리와 폐콘크리트를 이용한 하천정화공법의 기초 연구 (A study on development of basic natural system for polluted streams using wasted concrete and Oenanthe javanica)

  • The aim of this study is to identify the role of this natural treatment system, which consists of Oenanthe javanica and wasted concrete as bio-media. Therefore, it was designed to experiment water quality, BOD, SS, T-N, T-P to recognize the efficiency of treatment system with one biofilter tank using wasted concrete and vegetation bed using Oenanthe javanica. It was also designed to compare two different biofilter reactors, which are air lift and upflow methods. In the result, it was demonstrated that upflow method is more efficient system to control water quality of polluted streams. The vegetation bed using Oenanthe javanica has the treatment efficiency of 41 % (BOD), 52 % (COD), 60% (SS), 36 % (T-P), 70 % ($NH_4-N$). It was therefore proved that removal rates of nutrients are not so good except $NH_4-N$ concentration with nitrification.

차량 윈도우 리프트 음질 고급감 향상을 위한 음질 지수 제작 및 개선에의 응용 (The Development and Application of Sound Quality Index for the Improving Luxury Sound Quality of Road Vehicle Power Window System)

  • With the increasing the importance of emotional quality of vehicle, the sound quality of systems with electric motor components has become increasingly important. Electric motors are used for windows, seats, sun roof, mirrors, steering columns, windshield wiper and climate control blowers, etc. In this paper, a study was conducted to identify sound quality factors that contribute to customer's satisfaction and preference of the window lift system. Jury test for subjective evaluation was carried out and sound quality index was developed. Averaged sound pressure level and sharpness were significant factors when glass moves down. Also, maximum loudness at stop section and averaged loudness were significant factor when glass moves up. Next, noise source identification was carried out using beam forming method during glass transferred section and impulsive noise at stop section. Several improvement methods were applied using the source identification result. And finally, the degree of sound quality improvement was judged using sound quality index.

청장년기 아토피피부염 환자의 살의 질에 관한 연구 (The quality of life in patient with atopic dermatitis)

  • Background : Many doctors are under a bias toward clinical severity in patients with atopic dermatitis. But the various studios show that atopic dermatitis may produce a range of impacts on the qualify of lift . Nevertheless there is much to be desired about the association between the quality of lift and atopic dermatitis in the department of Dermatology in Korean medicine. Objective : This study was conducted to investigate the impact of the atopic dermatitis on quality of life and explore prognostic factors that influence outcomes. Methods : 70 patients were recruited in this study rho write out more than 90% of Skindex-29 questionnaires. The function of total scores and three domain scores and SCORAD index was investigated and the correlation of each domain scores also . Result : The total scores, showed significant correlation with three domain scores in atopic dermatitis. The correlation of each three domain scores were significant. SCORAD index showed significant correlation with three domain scores and total scores. Conclusion : In this study atopic dermatitis efface of the quality of life in physical, social, and psychological factors. So we considered to the quality of life as well as clinical severity in patient with atopic dermatitis.

  • In this paper, numerical calculations are performed to analyze the unsteady flow of NACA airfoil sections. In order to ease the flow computation for the fluid region changing in time, improve the quality of solution and simplify the grid generation for the oscillating foil flow, the computational method adopts a moving and deforming mesh with the multi-block grid topology. The multi-block, structured-unstructured hybrid grid is generated using the commercial meshing software Gridgen V15. The MDM (Moving & Deforming Mesh) and the UDF (User Define function) function of FLUENT 6 are adopted for computing turbulent flows of the foil in pitching motion. Computed unsteady lift and drag forces are compared with experimental data. in general, the characteristics of unsteady lift and drag of the experiments are reproduced well in the numerical analysis.

  • 논문에서는 승강기의 자체점검 또는 안전검사를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 안드로이드 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현하는 방법을 제안한다. 현재 승강기 자체점검은 점검자가 전반적인 승강기상태를 확인한 후 양식에 맞추어 수작업으로 기록하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 승강기의 유지보수산업을 분석한 후, 안드로이드 OS를 사용하는 스마트폰에서 효율적인 자체점검업무를 진행하기 위한 시스템 설계방법을 소개한다. 승강기 자체점검에 스마트폰을 이용함으로써 자체점검의 품질을 향상시키고, 안전항목에 대한 정보 데이터베이스를 구축하여 이력을 관리할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

  • New technology that reduces photolithography process steps from 4 to 3 in fabrication of TFT LCD is introduced. The core technology for 3mask-TFTs is the lift-off process [1], by which the PAS and PXL layer are formed simultaneously. To evaluate the stability of this lift-off process, outgases from photo resist on a substrate during ITO deposition and the quality of ITO film were analyzed and the conventional photo resist stripper machine which operates lift-off process was examined to see its ability to reduce particle problems of the machine. Through the development of total process and design for TFTs using this 3mask technology, panels in TN and IPS modes which exhibit same performances of a display using a conventional process were achieved. In addition, this process was already verified in the mass production line and now some products are being produced by the 3mask technology.

연관성 규칙 수의 추정을 위한 일반적인 비선형 회귀모형에서의 표준화 향상도 활용 방안 (Generally non-linear regression model containing standardized lift for association number estimation)

  • 최근에 많이 활용되고 있는 데이터 분석을 위한 연관성 규칙 마이닝은 대용량 데이터베이스에 많이 활용되고 있는 서 두 항목간의 관계를 측도화 함으로써 두 개 이상의 항목간의 관련성을 표시하여 주는 기법이다. 연관성 규칙의 여부를 판단하기 위한 연관성 평가 기준에는 지지도, 신뢰도, 그리고 향상도 등이 있으며, 이들 세 가지 기준을 이용하여 연관성 규칙 생성 여부를 판단하게 된다. 이에 대한 기존의 연구 결과는 결정함수를 이용하는 방법과 회귀모형을 이용하는 방법으로 분류할 수 있다. 회귀모형을 이용하여 수행한 연구에는 지지도와 신뢰도에 의한 모형, 세 가지 평가 기준의 쌍에 의한 모형, 표준화 향상도를 포함한 세 가지 평가 기준의 쌍에 의한 모형, 그리고 세 가지 평가 기준 전부를 고려한 모형 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 연구를 확장하는 의미에서 표준화 향상도를 포함한 세가지 평가 기준 전부를 고려한 비선형 회귀모형을 이용하여 연관성 규칙의 수를 추정하는 방안에 대해 강구하고자 한다. 또한 분산분석에서의 F 통계량과 수정 결정계수를 이용하여 각 모형의 유의한 정도를 비교하는 동시에 분산팽창계수에 의한 공선성 문제를 진단함으로써 가장 유용한 회귀 모형을 탐색하고자 한다.

장애인의 특별교통수단 만족도가 장애수용과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Effect of Special Transportation System of Disabled Person on Acceptance of Disability and Quality of Life)

  • 본 연구는 특별교통수단을 이용하고 있는 장애인들의 만족도와 장애인들의 장애수용과 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위한 조사연구이다. 이를 위해 제주특별자치도 교통약자이동지원센터의 차량을 이용하는 장애인을 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 최종분석에는 총81부가 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여, 기술통계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 특별교통수단을 이용하는 이유로 휠체어 리프트 차량이라는 응답이 제일 많았으며, 특별교통수단 만족도의 수준에서도 휠체어와 관련된 안전성이 가장 높았다. 반면 이용절차와 관련된 편리성은 만족도가 가장 낮았다. 특별교통수단 만족도 중 안전성이 높을수록 삶의 질(만족감과 의식주)에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 장애인의 특별교통수단 만족도를 높이고 장애인의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 이동권 확보를 위한 휠체어 리프트 차량 추가 지원과 안전 운행 및 이용절차의 개선이 필요하다.

미용사의 삶의 질에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quality of Life of Hair Designer)

  • This study was carried out to examine the level and relevant factors of influencing quality of lift of Hair Designer and to provide basic data to prepare intervention program for them. The data were collected from 733 Hair Designer who worked in beauty shops located in big and small cities including Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejon, Gwangju, Gyeongju, Changwon, Andong, using self-administered questionnaire for four months from February to June 2005. The results of this study show that the level of quality of life of Hair Designer are lower than one of workers in other jobs. Particularly, there is a close relationship quality of life, and that the lower the income and the shorter working hours, the lower the level of quality of life. Thus, the health promotion and education program to improve the quality of life of Hair Designer should be developed considering working conditions.
