Online 의료웹서비스 품질과 지식제공성과의 관계 연구 (Relationships between Online Web Service Quality and Knowledge Transfer)

  • As information technology had shown tremendous development in late 20th century, various service opportunities appeared in many industries. Also, new types of service are becoming available such as, reservation, teleconsultation, telemedicine. In health care industry, in which, many hospitals are faced operational difficulties and competing impetuously, a web site has become a effective tool to attract patients and transfer tremendous health information to the patients. This study is based on many previous researches on online service quality, try to figure out e-service quality factors of health information sites, and the factors' effect on users' satisfaction on the web site via providing knowledge and trust on the web site. As a result, usability, site aesthetic, responsiveness and security are the 4 factors to measure e-service quality of health information web site. All factors except site aesthetic have significant effects on providing knowledge, security only effects on trust on the web site.

동료 간 지식공유에 관한 연구: 동료관계의 질과 목표성향의 상호작용효과 (Knowledge Sharing in Co-worker Relationships: Interaction Effect of Quality of Co-worker Exchange and Learning Goal Orientation)

  • Knowledge sharing has many benefits; however, employees are generally reluctant to share their knowledge with co-workers. This reluctance can be attributed to the facts that sharing knowledge involves the threat of losing personal competitiveness and the codification of knowledge for sharing requires additional effort. This study explains why employees engage in knowledge sharing despite the threat and cost of sharing knowledge. Specifically, it examines the effects of the quality of co-worker exchange (CWX) on knowledge sharing and the moderating effect of learning goal orientation on the relationship between CWX and knowledge sharing. Data from 186 individuals indicate that there is a positive relationship between CWX and knowledge sharing, and that this relationship is strengthened when learning goal orientation is low rather than when it is high. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are also discussed.

혈우환아 어머니의 혈우병 관련 지식, 우울 및 삶의 질과의 관계연구 (A Study of Relationship Knowledge, Depression and Quality of Life of Mothers with Hemophilic Children)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to survey knowledge, depression, and quality of life of mothers with hemophilic children, and to provide basic data for a health promoting intervention improving their quality of life. Method: The subjects of this study were 140 mothers of hemophilic children by convenience sampling. The collected data were processed using SPSS program and analyzed using descriptive statistics, and Pearson correlation. Result: The knowledge of mothers with hemophilic children was 2.8 points out of 4 points. The depression of the subjects was 2.1 points out of 4 points. The quality of life of the subjects was 3.2 points out of 5 points. Results also showed a positive relationship between quality of life and knowledge (r=.45, p<.001) and a negatives relationship between quality of life and depression (r=-.41, p<.001). Conclusion: Knowledge and depression affect quality of life of mothers with hemophilic children. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a nursing intervention with these variables to increase the quality of life for mothers with hemophilic children.

  • Knowledge workers' workload to register knowledge can cause quality defects in the quality as well as the quantity of knowledge that must be accumulated in a knowledge management system(KMS). To enhance the availability of a KMS by acquiring more quality-guaranteed knowledge, autonomous knowledge acquisition which outdoes the automated acquisition must be initiated. Adopting the capabilities of context-awareness and inference in the field of context-aware computing, this paper intends to autonomously identify and acquire knowledge from knowledge workers' daily lives. Based on knowledge workers' context information, such as location, identification, schedule, etc, a methodology to monitor, sense, and gather knowledge that resides in their ordinary discussions is proposed. Also, a prototype systems of the context-based knowledge acquisition system(CKAS), which autonomously dictates, analyzes, and stores dialogue-based knowledge is introduced to prove the validity of the proposed concepts. This paper's methodology and prototype system can support relieving knowledge workers' burden to manually register knowledge, and hence provide a way to accomplish the goal of knowledge management, efficient and effective management of qualified knowledge.

공기업의 지식관리 영향요인과 성과 간의 구조적 관계: 한국철도공사를 중심으로 (A Study on the Structural Relationships between the Antecedents of Knowledge Management and Performance in Public Enterprise: Focus on the KORAIL)

  • 본 연구에서는 공기업의 지식관리 영향요인, 지식관리 활동과 그 성과 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 정부기관 중 지식관리를 최초로 도입한 기관이자 공공부문 지식관리의 선도기관으로 평가받고 있는 한국철도공사 직원들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 실증분석을 시도하였다. 가설검증 결과, 지식관리 영향요인으로는 학습지향문화와 지식품질, KMS 품질 등이 지식창출 및 공유 활동 모두에 유의미한 영향요인으로 검증되었으며, 개인태도는 지식창출 활동에만 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식창출은 지식공유 활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지식창출과 지식공유 모두 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 지식창출 및 공유 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

The Study on the Effect of Waiting Line on Consumers' Perceived Quality and Emotional State

  • This study examines a model which simultaneously contains two paths between waiting line and purchase intention: one tested the positive effect of waiting line through consumers' perceived quality, whereas another one go through consumers' emotional state to test the negative effect of waiting line on purchase intention. To further understand perceived quality, the study divided perceived quality into perceived product quality and perceived service quality. The study used restaurants in the experiment. Results indicated that although long waits in line will directly increase both consumers' product quality perception and negative emotions, the total indirect effects on purchase intention are still significantly positive. For consumers' perceived service quality, long waiting situations have no such effect on it. Significant results from a moderation analysis also shown that consumers in low-level knowledge settings are more influenced by waiting lines than those in high-level knowledge settings when they make the product's quality-related judgment. However, the level of consumer knowledge does not moderate the relationship between waiting lines and service quality.

The Effect of Private Brands' Service Quality on Brand Attitude

  • Purpose: This study analyzes service quality of Pivate Brand (PB) productsto provide some academic and practical implications. Research design, data, and methodology: The focus is on how service quality of No Brand, which has recently received much attention, affects brand attitude and, to confirm whether consumers' prior knowledge of PB moderates this effect. A total of 167 men and women in their 20s who have experience using No Brand were surveyed. Hypothesis was verified by using hierarchical regression analysis. Results: a) Tangibles, reliability, empathy, and assurance of service quality for No Brand have a positive effect on brand attitude; b) The moderating effect of prior knowledge is only statistically significant in the context of reliability. Conclusion: This study provides academic and practical implications for establishing differentiated PB strategies. It highlights the effects of service quality and consumer prior knowledge on brand attitude. This suggests that the sub-dimension of PB service quality has a discriminatory effect on the brand attitude of No Brand, and that consumer's prior knowledge of the product influences reliability of service quality. Therefore, consumer's prior knowledge is important in order to increase trust.

고품질 슬라이드 선별을 위한 지식구조 기반 분류 기법 (Proposing and Validating a Classification Method based on Knowledge Structure to Identify High-Quality Presentation Slides)

  • 본 연구는 내용적으로 고품질인 슬라이드를 구분하고 분류하기 위해, 슬라이드의 지식정보를 내포하는 지식구조를 이용하는 분류 방법을 제안한다. 지식구조가 슬라이드의 내용적 품질정보를 내포하는지에 대해서 분석한 후, 그 결과로부터 지식구조를 이용한 분류 방법을 개발하였고, 슬라이드의 품질별로 분류한 결과를 비교하였다. 비교를 통해 고품질군에 속하는 슬라이드일수록 높은 품질의 슬라이드 위주로 분류할 수 있다는 점을 검증하였다. 이는 품질이 높은 슬라이드 위주로 검색하거나 추천하고자 할 때, 지식구조라는 인지적 모형을 활용하여 그 효과를 높일 수 있음을 보여준다.

혈액투석 환자의 사전의료의향서 지식, 연명치료중단에 대한 태도 및 삶의 질의 관계 (The Relationships between Knowledge on Advance Directive, Attitudes towards the Withdrawal of Life-sustaining Treatment and Quality of Life in Hemodialysis Patients)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the relationships between knowledge on advance directive, attitudes towards the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment and quality of life among hemodialysis patients. Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted with 103 hemodialysis patients. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from May to September of 2016, and analysed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The participants' knowledge level on advance directive was $5.47{\pm}2.08$ out of 9, the attitudes towards the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment was $3.22{\pm}0.49$ out of 5, and the quality of life was $3.35{\pm}0.92$ out of 6. The knowledge on advance directive was positively correlated with attitudes towards the withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment (r=.21, p=.037) and quality of life (r=.21, p=.036). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the level of knowledge on advance directive is preferred to improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients. It is needed to support and maintain ongoing education opportunities in order to improve the level of knowledge on advance directive among patients undergoing hemodialysis.

하지정맥류 환자의 질병관련 지식과 스트레스 및 삶의 질 (Disease-related Knowledge, Stress, and Quality of Life in Patients with Varicose Veins)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the disease-related knowledge, stress and quality of life for the patients with varicose veins. Methods: Data were collected via questionnaire from 138 patients with varicose veins in C University Hospital in Korea from November in Korea 2012 to August 2013. Results: Knowledge of the symptoms and diagnosis was the lowest. The scores from patients with disease-related knowledge tended to be low for both subjects over the age of 60 and subjects with low education (less than high school). The score for stress over complications was the highest. The level of stress is higher for women, subjects without spouses, subjects with higher severity of disease and patients who had been taking hormones in the past or are still taking hormones. The disease-related quality of life tended to be lower for women and subjects without spouses. 21% of the variance in quality of life was explained by the level of disease-related stress, disease severity and knowledge. Conclusion: Education and the management of nurses to improve disease-related knowledge for patients with varicose veins is highly recommended. Intervention, by reducing stress, is necessary to improve the quality of life for women, subjects without spouses, and subjects with higher severity of the disease.
