국내 건설공사 현장의 하도급관리 개선방안 - 하도급자의 품질업무 전문화를 통하여 (A Improvement of Sub-contractor Management in Domestic Building Construction Sites - Through Specialized Quality Work of Sub-contractors)

  • 하도급관리는 하도급업체를 전문화, 계열화하여 성공적인 건설프로젝트를 수행하는데 있다. 품질관리에서 하도급관리는 하도급업체의 ISO9000시리즈의 품질시스템의 도입에서 그치는 것이 아니라 활성화가 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 효율화를 기하고 체질 개선을 하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하도급자가 ISO9000시리즈의 풀질시스템을 유지하는데 저해 요인을 TQM(Total Quality Management)의 개념을 응용한 설문조사로 분석하여, 개선을 위하여 하도급관리자인 원사업자의 역할을 모색해 보았다.

중소/중견기업 명품육성전략체계 연구 (A Masterpiece Development Strategic System for Small/Medium Business)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to motivate small/medium business challenged masterpiece development and to develop masterpiece strategic system. Methods: Each checklists are developed based on WC300 (World Class 300) and MQI (Masterpiece Quality Index). Correlation between the evaluation items about MQI and WC300 is analyzed. MQI is derived associated with main improvement areas of WC300 through IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Compliance and ranking are analyzed through HOQ (House Of Quality) using masterpiece quality main factor and limiting factor. Strategy establishment base is secured through improvement derivation and correlation analysis between MQI and GQM 4.0(Global Quality Management 4.0). Results: Detail strategy is derived considering work condition about small/medium business's three kinds of industries (machine, electric and electronic). Conclusion: It is necessary to determine the potential capacity of the current domestic small/medium businesses. Small/medium businesses should be given the opportunity to self identify and manage their strengths and improvement.

건축설계사무소의 ISO 9001품질경영시스템 도입의 경영성과분석에 관한 연구 (The Analysis of Management Performance by Introducing ISO 9001 Quality Management System for Architectural Design Offices)

  • 본 연구는 건축설계사무소의 내부적 경영환경 개선, 국제적 표준화 및 개방화등에 대처하기 위하여 건축설계사무소의 설계품질향상과 경영도구로의 도입 확대 적용의 유용성을 내포한 ISO 9001 품질경영시스템 요구사항이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 ISO 9001 품질시스템인증을 받은 서울지역 건축사사무소를 표본으로 설문조사 및 SPSS 10을 이용한 통계분석에 의하여 수행되었으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 품질경영시스템 요구사항이 경영성과에 끼친 영향으로 고객만족부분에서는 자원관리 제품실현, 조직원만족에서는 자원관리, 측정${\cdot}$분석 및 개선, 품질개선에서는 제품실현, 자원관리, 경영자책임, 경제적성과에서는 측정${\cdot}$분석 및 개선이 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. (2) 품질경영시스템 요구사항은 조직원만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 설명력이 가장 높았으며, 경제적성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 설명력은 상대적으로 낮으며 유의한 영향을 주지 못한 것으로 나타났다. (3) ISO품질경영시스템에 대한 조직원의 견해는 매우 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며 설계사무소에도 취득동기와 취득 후 효과 또한 매우 좋은 결과로 나타났다.

  • The paper proposes the misuse types of statistical quality tools according to the kind of data and the number of population in DMAIC process of six sigma. The result presented in this paper can be extended to the QC story 15 steps of QC circle. The study also provides the improvement methods about control chart, measurement system analysis, statistical difference, and practical equivalence.

  • This paper proposes assessment of quality management activities based on cost of quality. Cost of quality is considered prevention cost, appraisal cost, internal failure cost, external failure cost in this paper. This paper shows quality cost magement system in thermal power site devision according to activity analysis. Cost of quality in power industries provides a valuable method of both proving the need for improvement and giving a starting point for projects.

  • Quality Management is a recent phenomenon. This is applied to products or services, with an objective to deliver high quality, reliable, worthy, enduring, product or service. The process is considered to have four main components: quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Focusing on quality control and quality assurance leads to achieving quality management or ensures that an organization or product is consistent. In this paper, the applicable international standard for learning services and for the organization for education and training (learning service provider) is discussed and also the procedure to implement the management system.

  • As we know, the quality of processes is technically depicted by variation, a product or process with the best quality must naturally require the variation as less as possible. The variation is usually reduced with many ways, say, by adjusting parameters settings under robust design with many turns expensive experiments. So ones are trying to reach the robustness by detecting cheap and simple methods. In this paper, a both practical and simple technique for quality improvement, namely reducing the variation, by data classification is studied. First, all possible system factors are included, which may dominate the variation law. And then we make use of the past observations and their classification as well as boxplot charts to find out the internal rule between the variation and the system factor. Next, adjust the location of the system factor according to the rule so that the variation could, to some extent, be lessened. Finally, two typical quality improvement cases based on data classification are presented.

  • In 1999, Six Sigma was introduced into Korea and after that it had general influence on company-wide management system. Quality Circles apply the various quality problem solving techniques such as QC 7 Tool, New QC 7 Tool, and statistical methods to rationalization, improvement in the shop floor. This paper empirically investigates the effects of Six Sigma on Quality Circles by analyzing the difference of problem solving technique's use. The number of teams employed in this study is 342, which participate in National Quality Circles Contest from 1997 to 2002 in Korea.

공동주택 관리업체 선정방식의 문제점과 개선방안 (The Problems and Improvement Methods of Apartment Management Company Selection System)

  • As the construction of multi-family housings, especially apartments, has been increased since 1970s, the multi-family housing becomes one of the main housing types in Korea. With the increase of multi-family housings, managing them becomes an important issue. Since 2010, the government has made a lowest price award system by a competitive bid compulsory to promote the development of housing management systems. Although competitive bids were implemented, the maintenance company was finally selected by the price without any other consideration. Consequently, the quality of management service was not enhanced. The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement scheme of multi-family housing management system. In this study, the bidding data of "K-apt", the bidding method and the successful tendered price are analyzed. The results of analyzing bidding materials, the proportion of applying a lowest price system was 67.7%. Also many diverse ways to select the best management company were used, but most of these ways were violate the law and guidelines of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. It meant that the lowest price award system was not implemented by strict standards and didn't correspond with the needs of residents of apartment. This condition made the housing maintenance quality low and deteriorated the management industry development. To enhance this condition, a new standard to select the management company, which are included contents of quality of managing quality, management expenses and companies' soundness, is necessary.
