Objectives: Case report is a description of medical experience that contains a patient's information and treatments. It has been used to determine the effectiveness and side effect of the treatments. Case report can be used for medical, scientific, or educational purposes. The objective of this study was to evaluate the quality of case reports published in Journal of Oriental Neuropsychiatry from 2013 to 2017 using CARE and CARES guideline. Methods: Case reports were selected from Journal of Oriental Neuropsychiatry and their quality assessed using CARE guideline and CARES guideline. The items of CARE and CARES guideline were assessed as 'Sufficient', 'Not sufficient', 'Not reported', 'Not applicable'. The outcome was analyzed using case reports and items. Results: 26 case reports were selected. For CARE guideline, 'Sufficient' percentage was min at 22.2%, max at 46.4% with a median of 39.3%. Sum of 'Sufficient', 'Not sufficient' percentage was min at 59.3%, max at 85.7% with a median of 75.0%. Items 'Timeline', 'Diagnostic assessment', 'Follow up and outcomes', 'Informed consent' were not reported in more than 50% of all case reports. Items 'Keywords', 'Abstract', 'Introduction', 'patient information', 'Diagnostic assessment', 'Therapeutic interventions', 'Follow up and outcomes' were not sufficiently reported in more than 50% of all case reports. For CARES guideline, 'Sufficient' percentage was min at 0%, max at 50% with a median of 0%. Sum of 'Sufficient', 'Not sufficient' percentage was min at 33.3%, max at 100% with a median of 92.9%. Items of herbal prescription 'herb', 'decoction', 'use', items of acupuncture treatment 'materials', 'techniques', items of moxibustion treatment 'materials', 'techniques' were not sufficiently reported in more than 50% of all case reports. Conclusions: The reporting rate of items was good. But the quality of reporting was low. Also, particular items were not reported frequently. Therefore, there is a need to improve the quality of case reports in Journal of Oriental Neuropsychiatry.

This research focused on the comparison of corporate business mokels to explain different financial performances on the eBusiness domain. Especially, because customers have the more buying [ower tha other business areas, customer value and the service quality were prepared for independent variables and operational margin which can be obtained by publicize report was used for a dependent variable in stead of the other variables dependent on human perception as well. As a result, this research found that the customer value measured by service quality concept impact on the financial performance of eBusiness corporation positively. To find out more delicate results, structural equation was used for statistical method using 324 survey samples on 10 corporations. Though data using for statistical analysis were divided into individual and corporate level and have the time gap between research time and financial performance publicized period, the value of this research is that the customer value and service quality concepts with very objective financial information were input for constructing a research model.

Shareholders solely depend on annual reports to make investment, credit and other decisions. Investors expect that information should be reliable, relevant, comparable, consistent and thus easy to use for decision making. But whether the importance of annual reports to all shareholders is equally significant is a question of research. Thus, this research study tries to find out the importance of reading annual reports to the investors. A questionnaire survey is conducted on investors considering thirty one general shareholders and six brokers. This research based survey finds that most of the shareholders have no knowledge about accounting or finance and they have little knowledge about capital markets due to lack of training. This study also finds that general shareholders read an annual report at least moderately except value added statement, chairman's review, director's report and rumor. This study recommends human resource should be developed through adequate training, and annual reports should provide transparent and quality information which will ultimately increase the confidence of investors.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to determine whether the published AMI report card could reduce in-patient mortality, 7-day after discharge mortality, and length of stay (LOS). Methods : Interrupted time-series intervention analysis was used to evaluate the impact of the report card for AMI care quality in November 2005 in terms of risk-adjusted in-patient mortality, risk-adjusted 7-day after discharge mortality, and DRGs case-mix LOS using the claim data of Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. Results : Public disclosure of AMI care quality decreased risk-adjusted in-patient mortality and DRGs case-mix LOS by 0.00050% per month and 0.042 days per month respectively, however there was no effect on risk-adjusted 7-day after discharge mortality. Patterns of effect of public disclosure on AMI outcomes were a fluctuating pattern on risk-adjusted mortalities and a pulse impact for 1 month on DRGs case-mix LOS. Conclusions : We found the public disclosure of AMI care quality had decreasing effects on risk-adjusted in-patient mortality and DRGs case-mix LOS, but the size of the effect was marginal.

Purpose: The stock price delay phenomenon refers to a phenomenon in which stock prices do not immediately reflect corporate information and the reflection is delayed. A prior study reported that the stock price delay phenomenon appears strongly when the quality of corporate information is low (Callen, Khan, & Lu, 2013). The purpose of the internal accounting control system is to improve the reliability of accounting information. Specifically, the more professionals such as certified public accountants are placed in the internal accounting control system, the more information is prevented from being distorted, so the occurrence of stock price delay will decrease. Research design, data and methodology: In this study, companies listed on the securities market from 2012 to 2016 were selected as a sample to analyze whether the stock price delay phenomenon is alleviated as accounting experts are assigned to the internal accounting control system. The internal control personnel data were collected in the "Internal Accounting Control System Operation Report" attached to the business report of each company of the Financial Supervisory Service's Electronic Disclosure System(DART). The measurement method of the stock price delay phenomenon was referred to the study of Hou and Moskowitz (2005). The final sample used in the study is 2,641 firm-years. Results: It was found that companies with certified accountants in the internal accounting control system alleviate the stock price delay phenomenon. This result can be interpreted as increasing the speed at which corporate information is reflected in the stock price by improving the reliability of information disclosed in the market by the placement of experts in the system. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that accounting professionals assigned to the internal accounting control system are playing a positive role in providing high-quality information to the market. In this study, focusing on the fact that the speed at which corporate information is reflected in the stock price is very important for the stakeholders in the capital market, we find that having a certified public accountant in the internal accounting control system alleviates the stock price delay phenomenon.

Wireless earphones, along with smart devices, are the most sought-after products by consumers. Compared to general earphones, wireless earphones do not have twisted wires and are easy to use, so various types of products are currently on the market. However, information on quality is somewhat lacking, so consumers tend to purchase products according to brand awareness, and manufacturers are delivering information to consumers using different standards for each product because there is no standard for quality control. In particular, the playback time of wireless earphones is a factor that directly affects consumers' purchases, so a standard measurement method is needed to properly measure it. In this paper, we present a method for measuring the audio playback time of wireless earphones derived from domestic wireless earphone status survey, commercial product measurement test, and research analysis, and a developed standard measurement method. In addition, this paper proposes a measurement result reporting format to provide accurate information to consumers and induce a fair competitive environment for each product to manufacturers.

It is challenging work to predict weather and climate conditions of the future in advance. Since ENIAC was developed, weather and climate research areas have been taking advantage of the improvements in computer hardware. High performance computers allows researchers to build high quality models that allow them to make good predictions of what might happen in the future. Statistics on the high performance computers are one of the major interest to not only manufacturers but also the users such as weather and climate researchers. For this reason, the Top500 Supercomputer Sites Report has been being released twice a year since 1993 to provide a reliable basis for tracking and detecting trends in high performance computing. Using the Top500 Report, a short review on the supercomputer trends in weather and climate research areas is provided in this article.

This study evaluated the completeness of patient care report (PCR). A retrospective quality analysis was conducted using raw data of 122,140 EMS activity reports prepared by paramedics in Gyeonggi-do from April 1 to May 31, 2021. In all, 67,830 cases of normal transfers were statistically analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22, and statistical significance was set at p<0.5. The 119EMT_2 certificate was omitted in 50,037 (73.8%) cases, followed by time-related items in 1,227 (1.8%) cases. In the primary assessment of vital signs, systolic blood pressure was omitted and erroneous in 1,218 (1.9%) and 1,129 (1.8%) cases, respectively. In the secondary assessment, the completeness of all vital sign items was approximately 70%. Advanced emergency care and online medical control (OLMC) reporting showed discrepancies in all items. As the severity of the patient's condition increased, the errors in the Patient care report (PCR) also increased, at a significant level (p= .00). Paramedics must be aware of the importance of completing the activity report.

This paper proposes to include engine information in Maritime Service Portfolio (MSP) for effective implementation of e-Navigation. Even though engine information is one of most important element to e-Navigation, MSP consists of mainly about navigation and communication information not included engine information. Furthermore, in reality, engine information sent from ship side such as mainly noon report and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is too limited to make e-Navigation possibly. Therefore, Remote diagnostic structure receiving and sending data of engine information must be included in MSP for implementation of e-Navigation. Also, it has to be designed, and developed by Software Quality Assurance (SQA).

To manage a cluster of distributed server systems, a number of management aspects should be considered in terms of configuration management, fault management, performance management, and user management. System performance monitoring and reporting take an important role for performance and fault management. In this paper, we present distributed system architecture modeling of a performance monitoring and reporting tool. Modeling architecture of four subsystems are introduced: node agent, data collection, performance management & report, and DB schema. The performance-related information collected from distributed servers are categorized into performance counters, event data for system status changes, service quality, and system configuration data. In order to analyze those performance information, we use a number of ways to evaluate data corelation. By using some results from a real site of a company and from simulation of artificial workload, we show the example of performance collection and analysis. Since our report tool detects system fault or node component failure and analyzes performances through resource usage and service quality, we are able to provide information for server load balancing, in short term view, and the cause of system faults and decision for system scale-out and scale-up, in long term view.
