소프트웨어의 품질을 고려한 비용 평가 모델의 제안과 평가 (Proposal and Evaluation of a Cost Estimation Model Considering Software Quality)

  • 최근 소프트웨어 적용분야가 확대됨에 따라 소프트웨어가 차지하는 비중이 점차 높아지고 개발 비용에 대한 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 종래의 개발비용 평가 모델은 주로 소프트웨어의 기능면에서 평가한것이 대부분 이었다. 본 논문에서는 소 프트웨어의 가치를 기능면 뿐만 아니라 품질면에서도 평가할 수 있는 소프트웨어 개 발비용 평가모델 COSMOS-Q(COSt MOdel for Subcontract-Quality)를 제안한다. 제안 모델의 목적은 소프트웨어 발주자가 발주 명세 정보만을 기본으로 정확한 소프트웨어 의 비용을 견적으로 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 ISO/SC7의 소프 트웨어 품질특성에 관한 검토 결과를 참고로 비용에 변동을 부여한 품질특성 요인의 추출 및 발주조건으로 지정가능한 각 요인의 평가척도를 설정하여 품질을 고려한 비 용 평가 모델을 제안하고 그 타당성을 평가하였다.

공공정보화사업 제안요청서 품질분석 : 시스템 운영 개념을 중심으로 (Quality Analysis of the Request for Proposals of Public Information Systems Project : System Operational Concept)

  • The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model to measure the clarification level of stakeholder requirements of public sector software projects in the Republic of Korea. We tried to grasp the quality of proposal request through evaluation model. It also examines the impact of the level of stakeholder requirements on the level of system requirements. To do this, we analyzed existing research models and related standards related to business requirements and stakeholder requirements, and constructed evaluation models for the system operation concept documents in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148. The system operation concept document is a document prepared by organizing the requirements of stakeholders in the organization and sharing the intention of the organization. The evaluation model proposed in this study focuses on evaluating whether the contents related to the system operation concept are faithfully written in the request for proposal. The evaluation items consisted of three items: 'organization status', 'desired changes', and 'operational constraints'. The sample extracted 217 RFPs in the national procurement system. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation model proved to be valid and the internal consistency was maintained. The level of system operation concept was very low, and it was also found to affect the quality of system requirements. It is more important to clearly write stakeholders' requirements than the functional requirements. we propose a news classification methods for sentiment analysis that is effective for bankruptcy prediction model.

Kano 모형에 기반한 소비자 요구사항 분류: 퍼지 접근방법 (Fuzzy KANO Model: Fuzzy Set-Based Classification of Customer Requirements)

  • Kano model distinguishes three types of customer requirements, namely, one-dimensional quality, must-be quality, and attractive quality. There are a few methods for classifying a given customer requirement into one of the Kano's quality elements. However, the existing methods have a common limitation in that they are based on Kano evaluation table. Kano evaluation table is not always effective for the classification task, and suffers from a significant information loss. This paper proposes an alternative to Kano's evaluation table and a new classification scheme based on fuzzy set concept. The proposed method is illustrated using a case study on the ADSL service.

  • 기업의 정보보호활동 예산 중 정보보호제품 구매가 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 정보보호제품을 객관적으로 비교하기 위해 적용되어야 하는 평가요소와 평가모델이 없어 제품 선택에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보보호제품 고유의 품질 특성을 연구하고 그에 따른 평가 요소들을 선정한다. 선정된 평가 요소들을 분석하여 중요도에 따른 가중치를 부여한 품질 결정 모델을 제시한다. 대상은 네트워크 정보보호제품으로 제한하여 분석하였고 모든 정보보호제품으로 확대하여 적용할 수 있다.

  • 현재 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 중요성이 인식되면서 국내외 SOA 기반 소프트웨어 시장이 급격히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 SOA 기반 소프트웨어에 대한 고신뢰성과 고품질 소프트웨어의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 품질을 평가하기 위해 품질을 시험하여 측정하고 그 결과를 적절한 기준에 따라 판정하는 방법에 대해 연구를 수행하고 평가 사례를 제시하여 평가 방법을 명확히 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 유도하고 국제 표준을 수용하는 전략기술 개발을 통해 객관성과 활용도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

게임 소프트웨어의 품질 평가 모델 (An Evaluation Model of Game Software)

  • 게임 소프트웨어는 국내외적으로 상당히 인기가 높아지면서 시장 가치가 높아지고 있다. 그러므로 게임 소프트웨어의 평가 모델을 연구하는 것은 상당히 중요하다. 소프트웨어 품질 평가의 대표적인 국제 표준 모델은 ISO/IEC 9126이라고 보여진다. 특히 게임 소프트웨어는 사용자와 개발자에 있어서 소프트웨어 품질이 상당히 중요하므로 국제 표준 모델을 준수한 평가 모델이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 게임 소프트웨어의 품질을 객관적이고 정량적으로 평가하기 위해서 소프트웨어 품질평가 메트릭을 제시하였다. ISO/IEC 9126의 소프트웨어 품질 평가 국제 표준 문서를 기반으로 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용성, 효율성, 이식성, 유지보수성의 6가지 품질 특성이란 관점에서 게임 소프트웨어의 품질 평가 모델을 제시했다.

A Data Quality Management Maturity Model

  • Many previous studies of data quality have focused on the realization and evaluation of both data value quality and data service quality. These studies revealed that poor data value quality and poor data service quality were caused by poor data structure. In this study we focus on metadata management, namely, data structure quality and introduce the data quality management maturity model as a preferred maturity model. We empirically show that data quality improves as data management matures.

서비스 품질 상호지향성 모형 : 국가연구개발사업계획 평가서비스 사례를 중심으로 (Service quality co-orientation model : Case study of national R&D project plan evaluation service)

  • Purpose: In the meantime, studies on the measurement methods of service quality have mainly been conducted in views of the service recipients. In this study, we introduce a co-orientation model that compares the perceptions of service provider and recipient and examine the applicability in service quality field. Methods: In this study, we conducted a case study on the specific service called 'National R&D Project Plan Evaluation Service' to examine the applicability of the co-orientation model in the service quality field. Results: We could identify the phenomenon of how service providers and recipients perceive differently about specific services introduced in the case study. This study confirms that it can be used to identify problems in mutually oriented service quality activities and to take practical measures to improve them. As we have seen in this case study, the co-orientation model is expected to be of great help in exploring opportunities for quality improvement in the area of service quality. Conclusion: The service quality co-orientation model allows the service provider to distinguish between what they think of differently with the service recipient and what they have in common, so the service provider will be able to find the agenda of service quality improvement.

Research on Real-Time Portable Quality Evaluation System for Raw Milk

  • The goal of this research was to develop a portable system that could be used to evaluate the quality of milk in real time at a raw milk production site. A real-time portable quality evaluation system for raw milk was developed to enable non-destructive quality evaluation of somatic cell count (SCC), fat, protein, lactose, and total solid (TS) in milk samples. A prediction model of SCC, fat, protein, lactose, and TS was constructed using partial least squares (PLS) and 200 milk samples were used to evaluate the prediction performance of the portable quality evaluation system and high performance spectroscopy. Through prediction model development and verification, it was found that the accuracy of high performance spectroscopy was 90% for SSC, 96% for fat, 96% for protein, 91% for lactose, and 97% for TS. In comparison, the accuracy of the portable quality evaluation system was relatively low, at 90% for SSC, 95% for fat, 92% for protein, 89% for lactose, 92% for TS. However, the measurement time for high performance spectroscopy was 10 minutes for 1 sample, while for the portable quality evaluation system it was 6 minutes. This means that the high performance spectroscopy system can measure 48 samples per day (8 hours), while the portable quality evaluation system can measure 80 (8 hours). Therefore, it was found that the portable quality evaluation system enables quick on-site quality evaluation of milk samples.

전압 크기의 품질 및 전력수요 변동모델을 고려한 배전계통의 통합적인 신뢰도 및 비용 평가 (Unified Reliability and Its Cost Evaluation in Power Distribution Systems Considering the Voltage Magnitude Quality and Demand Varying Load Model)

  • In this paper, we propose new unified methodologies of reliability and its cost evaluation in power distribution systems. The unified method means that the proposed reliability approaches consider both conventional evaluation factor, i.e. sustained interruptions and additional ones, i.e. momentary interruptions and voltage sags. Because the three voltage quality phenomena generally originate from the outages on distribution systems, the basic and additional reliability indices are summarized considering the fault clearing mechanism. The proposed unified method is divided into the reliability evaluation for calculating the reliability indices and reliability cost evaluation for assessing the damage of customer. The analytic and probabilistic methodologies are presented for each unified reliability and its cost evaluation. The time sequential Monte Carlo technique is used for the probabilistic method. The proposed DVL(Demand Varying Load) model is added to the reliability cost evaluation substituting the average load model. The proposed methods are tested using the modified RBTS(Roy Billinton Test System) form and historical reliability data of KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) system. The daily load profile of the each customer type in domestic are gathered for the DVL model. Through the case studies, it is verified that the proposed methods can be effectively applied to the distribution systems for more detail reliability assessment than conventional approaches.
