KS 및 신JIS인증을 중심으로 한 품질인증제도에 관한 연구 (Study on the National Quality Certification System based on KS and the new JIS Certification)

  • In this study, a comparative research between KS certification system, which is Korea's quality certification system and new JIS certification system are conducted. Compared with the results and the issue of quality certification system to look for ways to improve the company can be helpful in the development plan was presented. The survey obtained from the representatives on the company which currenty maintains certification. Survey was distributed and collected via e-mail., Highlights of the survey, were composed of four categories such as opinions of KS certification, criteria, production test and follow up, etc., these categories were put together for final conclusion.

DQ마크 인증제도의 시스템 소프트웨어 품질인증 수행 방안 연구 (Research on The System Software Quality Certification Implementation Plan of DQ Mark Certification)

  • 방위사업청은 2012년부터 군수품의 우수한 기술력과 품질을 인증하기 위해 DQ마크(Defense Quality Mark) 인증제도를 운영하고 있다. 하지만, 현행 DQ마크 인증제도는 소프트웨어(Software, SW) 단독 제품의 품질을 검증할 수 없어 소프트웨어 제품에 직접 DQ마크 인증을 부여하지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문은 DQ마크 인증제도에서 소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 검증할 방안을 찾기 위해 DQ마크 인증제도의 인증심사 절차와 국내·외 소프트웨어 품질평가, 인증 표준을 분석하였다. 그 중 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 25000 시리즈를 따르는 GS(Good Soft) 인증제도를 DQ마크 인증제도에 적용하는 방안을 개선방안으로 제시하여 DQ마크 인증제도에서 소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 검증하여 인증을 부여할 수 있도록 인증범위의 확대를 꾀하였다. 본 논문은 DQ마크 인증제도에 GS인증제도를 도입함으로써 시스템 소프트웨어 단독 제품에 대해 DQ마크 인증을 부여할 수 있도록 기존 인증절차에서 소프트웨어 제품 품질 평가에 불필요한 절차인 공장심사의 생략과 제품심사에 GS 인증서를 제출받아 검증하는 개선된 절차를 제안했고, 부여받은 DQ마크를 활용한 방산수출의 증대와 GS인증을 통한 국방 분야 소프트웨어 제품의 품질향상을 기대한다.

농식품 인증 및 전통식품 품질인증에 관한 인식조사 (A Survey on the Perception of Agricultural Food Accreditation and Traditional Food Quality Certification)

  • This study attempted to understand the perception and the degree of trust that consumers had in the national agricultural food accreditation system, to inquire into and examine the consumers' perception of traditional food quality certification performed for the protection of excellent traditional food, and to propose the right direction for the policies on the traditional food quality certification system and the plans to improve consumers' perception of the system. According to the results of this survey performed in married women, based on the 'the recognition of accreditation system' and 'the recognition of certification marks' of 'the seventh national agricultural food accreditation system' presently being used by the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the household food purchasers showed high recognition for eco-friendly agricultural product accreditation, processed food KS certification, and organically processed food certification in that order. Meanwhile, it was shown that they indicated low recognition for the traditional food-related accreditation systems such as 'traditional food quality certification' and 'food grand master'. It was found that reliability of the certification mark provided by the agricultural food accreditation system gained 3.54 points (on a 5-point scale), and 68.1% of the study subjects referred to the certification marks while purchasing agricultural foods. And most of them answered to the question of 'why they referred to the certification marks' saying that it was done 'to choose safe food'. The most frequent answer to question of 'the means to recognize the traditional food quality certification system' was 'broadcasting, advertising'. 57.3% of the subjects had a previous experience of buying a product certified by the traditional food quality certification system, and 93.2% of all the subjects had the intention to buy a product certified by the traditional food quality certification system later. And most of them answered that 'strengthening government policies' would be the most ideal way to inform the public of the traditional food quality certification system. According to the results of this study, while 'relying on the traditional food quality certification system in general' was relatively high among the consumers, 'intention to buy quality certified products by visiting a distantly located store' was low; thus, from this analysis, it can be seen that there is a need for diversification of places selling these quality certified products and to establish a distribution network for these products.

  • 세계 여러나라들은 자국의 업체와 소비자 보호를 목적으로 다양한 인증제도를 운영하고 있으며, 이는 상대국으로 하여금 무역장벽으로 작용하고 있다. 또한, 기존에 시행되고 있는 KS, KCC등 품질인증 관련 제도가 공간정보 분야의 특성을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 품질 인증제도와 사례분석을 통하여 공간정보 기기 품질인증(안)을 마련하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 공간정보 기기 품질인증에 필요한 기본개념을 정립하였고 둘째, 공간정보 기기의 품질인증 범위와 내용 및 절차를 세부항목으로 분류하여 설정하였으며, 마지막으로 국내외 유사인증제도의 특성과 비교하여 실증적인 품질인증제도 도입을 위한 기본방향을 제시하였다.

ISO9000 Certification Effect: Evidence from China

  • As a sign of international quality system, ISO9000 certification has been adopted by more and more enterprises. In recent five years, there have been 560,000 certified companies in Europe and America, and there have been more than 390,000 ones in China. It has being attracted many quality scholars' attentions whether ISO9000 certification can bring more benefits to certified companies or not. This paper investigates the ISO9000 certification effect on market performance by the samples from Chinese list companies in shanghai stock exchange. Considering ISO9000 certification as an event, a certification effect model will be set up by means of the event study method, which takes abnormal return rate as a basic indicator to measure the ISO9000 certification effect on Chinese market performance in different event times. Investigation results show that the Chinese certified companies have some positive effects on market performance in the short term. From a long standpoint, the relation between certification and performance has a positive trend.

  • Small- and medium-sized companies obtain ISO 9000 quality management systems as a way of adapting to the changes of business environment and improving their business performance. Certificates of ISO 9000 quality management systems have been granted to companies by either domestic or foreign certification agencies with different requirements and standards. This study empirically examined whether there are differences in business performance among small- and medium-sized companies that have obtained ISO 9000 quality management system from different types (domestic or foreign) of certification agencies. This study found that there are statistically significant differences in both qualitative and quantitative business performance among them. The findings of this study imply that companies considering ISO 9000 quality management systems be prudent in choosing the type of certification agency to maximize the expected benefits of ISO 9000 quality management systems. This study also provides the government agency regulating ISO 9000 quality management certification system with some valuable information that brings up the need for establishing and managing a more effective quality management certification system.

화장품 패키지에 삽입된 인증마크 정보가 제품에 대한 품질평가, 신뢰, 태도, 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of certification mark information indicated in the cosmetics package on quality evaluation, trust, attitude, and purchase intention)

  • This study examines the effect of cosmetic certification marks on consumer behavior. The underlying objectives of this study are threefold. First, it explores whether the certification mark inserted into the cosmetic package-such as marks denoting quality assurances, ethical practices (specifically, pertaining to animal testing), and recycling packaging-affects consumer responses. Second, it investigates whether a higher number of certification marks leads to heightened positive consumer responses. Third, it analyzes the potential moderating effect of consumers' certification mark knowledge on the relationship between certification marks and consumer responses. In the pretest, certification marks with higher recognition were selected as stimuli, and a survey involving a total of 550 male and female consumers was conducted. The collected data were analyzed through ANOVA and post-hoc tests. The findings of this study confirm a significant difference in consumer responses to products based on the certification marks inserted in the cosmetic packaging. Compared to clusters without a certification mark, groups with two or more certifications (recycling certification + ethics certification, recycling certification + quality certification, recycling certification + ethics certification + quality certification) exhibit significant consumer responses. Second, more certification marks did not result in an increase in positive consumer responses. Third, a moderating effect of consumers' cosmetic certification knowledge on the certification mark-consumer response relationship was not found. The findings of this study have implications for developing product promotion strategies that leverage cosmetic certification marks as a marketing tool.

건설관리 패러다임 전환에 따른 건설공사 품질관리 적합성평가 시스템 구축에 대한 연구 (A Study for the Construction Conformity Assessment System According to the New Paradigm of Construction Management)

  • The scope of this study is the construction conformity assessment system according to the new paradigm of construction management To minimize the differences between domestic and international state, construction Conformity Assessment is subdivided into system certification and product certification. For the former, WASCON(Worldwide Assessment System of Construction Quality Maturity Stage) is applied. For the latter, AQUA(Advanced Quality Assessment System) was developed and adopted to model project for demonstration. Both systems are designed to enable quantified rating, integrated into PQCS(Project Quality Certification), which is an advanced project quality certification system. The construction work observing PQCS will gain quality score on its own quality certificate(Quality mark on construction itself or facilities is also available, if needed or preferred by customers). This Quality Rating System will inspire and encourage any related parties. PQCS score would let supplier/constructor recognize how much themselves are operating effectively and efficiently, offering them the opportunity of redeeming their weaknesses.

Cost Estimation for ISO 9000 Certification in Japanese Companies

  • It is widely recognized that ISO 9000 certification bring some profits, such as enhancement of quality system and some concerns. Since one of the major concerns is cost for certification, this paper considers the cost for ISO 9000 certification in Japanese companies through review some winning reports and case studies. Specifically, a model that describes the certification activities and their cost is derived through reviewing some winning reports in order to give a framework of cost estimation. Based on the model, we estimate the certification cost in an electric division of a company through an interview survey. Furthermore, we focused on the cost for promotion and administration as a cost for the sake only certification, because these activities will not be needed if a company does not implement ISO certification. It is concluded that this cost may vary approximately 300,000-700,000 (US$) per certification by the interview and telephone surveys to Japanese steel companies.

  • In this study, it was analyzed that it is necessary to clarify the quality certification parts system, to make certification codes mandatory for self-certification products that are normally distributed, and to conduct follow-up management so that prompt action and thorough management of test reports are necessary in case of defects. Big data-based data, the detailed number of parts replacement cases, parts cost by part group, share, average labor cost, calculated to analyze the detailed automobile parts industry, and automobile parts certification system and automobile parts market in major countries including Korea and Through the distribution structure analysis, improvement plans for the automobile quality certification parts system were derived.
