CNC 공작기계에서의 자동공구 보정시스템의 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of an Automatic Tool Compensation System in CNC Machine Tool)

  • The tool wear that is developed by long-term machining in mold manufacturing with machining center makes a severe influence to the accuracy and the surface roughness. In this reason, tool-wear supervising system which has guaranteed high accuracy and high speed is needed to improve the measurement quality. Touching probe and touch sensor are widely used to measure the tool profile at on-machine measurement. In this paper, using the newly developed electric touch point measuring system, the Automatic Tool Compensation System is developed to correct the error of tool diameter resulted from the wear, and the operating method of this system is also provided.

간호과정 적용 평가도구 개발 -입원 및 퇴원 시 간호를 중심으로- (Development of Performance Measures Based on Nursing Process for Admission and Discharge Care)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop standards ensuring nursing process-based care of patient admission and discharge, to develop a performance measurement tool evaluating the care applied according to the standards, and finally to determine validity of the standards and the tool. Methods: The standards and the tool were reviewed by a panel of experts and refined based on the panel's suggestions. Validity of the standards and the tool were examined through surveying a total of 302 hospital nurses. Results: The mean validity scores of the performance measurement standards and the tool were 4.11 and 4.09, respectively, out of 5.00. So the performance measurement standards and the tool in this study were found to be acceptable in evaluating quality of nursing care provided at patient admission and discharge. Conclusion: This result indicates that the performance measurement standards and the tool developed in this study are valid instruments to monitor and improve quality of nursing care for patient admission and discharge.

  • 본 연구는 소프테워어의 품질을 평가하기 위한 소프트웨어 품질평가 도구의 개발 에 관한 것으로 소프트웨어 품질을 평가하기 위한 체계를 구축하고 소프트웨어 품질 평가 활동을 지원하는 소프트웨어 품질평가도구를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 소 프트웨어 품질평가 체계는 GQM(Goal-Question-Metrics) 방법론에 의거하여 프로그램의 기능성, 유지보수성, 복잡성 및 객체지향성에 대한 부분을 포함하는 체계로 구성한다. 또한 소프트웨어 품질평가 도구는 개발자, 구매자 및 이용자간의 주관적인 요소를 배 제한 형태로 자동화된 평가를 행하는 것으로 소프트웨어 분석 시스템과 분석 과정을 일관성있게 지원하는 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 부분으로 구분된다. 본 논문의 목적은 소프트웨어 품질을 소프트웨어 개발 중이나 개발 완료후에 평가하여 소프트웨어 개발 비용과 유지보수 비용을 감소함으로써 소프트웨어의 생산성을 향상시키는 것이다.

  • The machining parts must be produced within the specification of drawing and those will be able to meet function and efficiency. At that time, it is very important not only precision machine and machining technique but also the measurement technique. So, the improvement of measurement technique is to be joined together at once with improvement of machining technique. Finally, the quality and value of the parts are decided by precision measurement. This paper aims to study on the machined surfaces characteristics of aluminum alloy by AFM(Atomic force microscope) measurement. The objective is contribution to ultra-precision machining by exhibit foundation data of surface roughness and tool wear when parts are cutting with diamond tool at the factory.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop BSC model of social enterprise. Performance analysis tool of BSC have been brought over from the business world, designed and created from the perspectives of profit-based businesses. The BSC is a strategic performance measurement and management tool designed for the private sector acting as a communication/information and learning system, to measure 'where we are now' and 'where to aim for next'. It prescribes a plan for translating 'vision' and 'strategy' into concrete action across four perspectives at different stages, depending on the business. These perspectives are 'financial', 'customer', 'internal processes' and 'learning and growth', each of which is connected by cause-and-effect relationships that reflect the firm's strategy. Social aims of social enterprise are to accomplish desired outcomes which are to employ vulnerable people and to provide social services. The measurement factors of financial perspective are stable funding, efficiency of budgeting, stakeholders' financial supports, and trade profit. The measurement factors of customer perspective are government, social service users, employees, local communities, sup plier, social activity company, and partnership with external organizations. The measurement factors of internal process perspective are organizational culture, organizational structure/management, internal/external communication, quality of products and services, information sharing. The measurement factors of learning and growth perspective are training and development, management participation, knowledge sharing, leadership of CEO and manager, and learning culture.

공급 관계품질 측정을 위한 BSC활용의 효과성에 관한 연구 (An empirical study on the effectiveness of BSC to measure quality concerning supply relationship)

  • Many companies are struggling with the issue of performance measurement because a generally accepted framework does not exist. The Balanced Scorecard is designed to help firms that have historically overemphasized short-term financial performance. In this article, we discuss the interrelation between supply relationship and BSC. The Balanced Scorecard to measure quality performance with respect to supply relationship is suggested. Based on the survey of 84 venture firms, the validity of the measurement tool is tested statistically. Consequently, it was found that the suggested items have validity to measure supply relationship quality performance

Methods: The standards and the tool were reviewed by a panel of experts and refined based on the panel's suggestions. Validity of the standards and the tool were examined through surveying a total of 366 hospital nurses. Results: The mean validity scores of the performance measurement standards and the tool were 3.58 and 3.55, respectively, out of 4.00. So the performance measurement standards and the tool in this study were found to be acceptable in evaluating quality of nursing care provided at patient admission and discharge. Conclusion: This result indicates that the performance measurement standards and the tool developed in this study are valid instruments to monitor and improve quality of nursing care for oxygen therapy and airway suctioning.

Methods: The standards and the tool were reviewed by a panel of experts and refined based on the panel's suggestions. Validity of the standards and the tool were examined using a survey of 293 hospital nurses. Results: The mean validity scores of the performance measurement standards and the tool were 3.86 and 4.02, respectively, out of 5.00. So the performance measurement standards and the tool in this study were found to be acceptable in evaluating quality of nursing care for fluid intake/output and tubes. Conclusion: This result indicates that the performance measurement standards and the tool developed in this study are valid instruments to monitor and improve quality of nursing care for fluid intake/output and tube interventions, such as intravenous catheters, nasogastric tube and urinary catheters.

점진성형공구 코팅처리 및 소재에 따른 성형품 표면품질 분석 (Surface Quality of Products according to the Material and Coating Condition of the Forming Tool in Incremental Sheet Forming)

  • This study is concerned with the surface quality of products according to the material and coating condition of the forming tool in incremental sheet forming. Three forming tools, SKD11 with and without diamond-like-coating (DLC) and polymer tool tip, were used to form conical and pyramidal geometries to take into account the influence of friction between the forming tool and the sheet on the surface quality including geometric accuracy of deformed samples. Each test was performed using SUS304 with a thickness of 0.4 mm according to different incremental depths per lap of 0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, and 1.5 mm for the contour tool path, considering the increase in normal force which is associated with the frictional behavior during local deformation. The surface quality was then investigated through surface roughness measured with KEYENCE VR-6000 and relative strain distribution including deformed shape analyzed with ARGUS which is a non-contact optical strain measurement system. Differences between 3D CAD surfaces and captured geometry from experiments were evaluated to compare the effect of friction on geometric accuracy. From comparisons of experimental results, it was revealed that the polymer-based tool tip can improve surface quality and geometric accuracy by reducing the undesired material flow due to local friction in the increment sheet forming process.
