The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of quality management system constructed by ISO 9001 certificates through BSC perspectives. Evaluation of quality management system based on BSC framework can consider short-term financial performance as well as nonfinancial performance characteristics, which will derive future financial results. This results show that QMS has an indirect effect on business performance through quality performance and customer satisfaction, which are internal business process and customer perspective, rather than have direct effects on financial performance. Finally we suggest implications of this study and future research direction.

The AS9100 standard builds upon the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system requirements(in their entirety) and defines additional quality management system requirements for the aerospace industry. The 9100 standard on quality management system requirements is intended to be used at all levels of the supplier chain. The International Aerospace Quality Group has released a revision to 9100 for the aviation, space and defense industries. This change aims at improvement on quality, schedule and cost performance by adopting new requirements based on stakeholders' needs. This paper is to review how the AS9100 QMS Requirement has been established and improved, and to communicate the significant changes from AS9100, Rev. B to Rev. C focusing on reasons for revisions. The proposed schedule and considerations on the transition of the changes to Rev. C are also dealt with in this paper.

It is important to manage quality and safety of a product for coping with fast-paced world effectively. This paper demonstrates an integrated model between ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Product Safety Management System. And the paper presents a method which decides key performance indicators (KPI) to be concentrated on the effectiveness of system operation. A case study shows an process for industry to implement the developed methodology.

This thesis is to research for analysis of ISO 9000 Quality Management System application status of small & medium-sized Industrial Companies. For this research, 10 companies certified by ISO 9000 standard were selected. By using an evaluation method and a software for analysis of application, this thesis compared, analyzed and evaluated the application status before and after certificate of ISO 9000, and identified the performance and difficulty of QMS application, and then proposed improvement methodology for ISO 9000 effective application.

Purpose: This study is to search for the core factors of improving business performance of small and medium venture manufacturing company and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company. Methods: The data have been analyzed via the regression and path analysis using AMOS. Results: this study is absorptive capacity affects the business performance of manufacturing companies. absorptive capacity has the role of the parameters of the Quality Management System and business performance. Conclusion: This study suggests how to run absorptive capacity according to type of management performance, and how to enhance Quality Management System to efficiently promote absorptive capacity in order to grow of management performance. also, this study shows a way to enlarge the valuation standard for management and customer performance reflecting the growth potential of an enterprise in circumstance where the valuation standard focuses on financial performance.

Business organizations are trying in various ways to survive and grow up in the rapidly changing environment. A lot of organizations have introduced management innovation skills and attempted to change, but most of them have failed to realize their aims. The reason is that the members of the organization including the chief executive officers did not understand the paradigm of the change management of an organization, and gave weight to the partial efficiency instead of the change management of the organization. In this study, guidelines and principles are suggested to apply the quality management system to the change management of business organizations.

최근에 많은 정부출연 연구기관과 정보유통서비스 기관들이 ISO 9001 품질경영시스템을 도입하여 그들 조직의 업무 수행도를 향상시키는데 대한 관심이 두드러지게 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 도입시에 조직의 특성 및 현황을 제대로 반영하지 않아서 시스템의 요구사항과 프로세스가 지향하는 목표화의 현실적 차이 때문에 ISO 9001 품질경영시스템 운영에 따른 효과를 제대로 누리지 못하고 있다. 이에 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 프로세스 표준화를 통한 생산성 증대 및 조직의 경쟁력 증가를 위해 ISO 9001 시스템의 요구사항을 반영하기 위한 프로세스 분석을 통하여 표준시스템 지향적 프로세스를 도출하였다. 그 결과, KISTI는 2003년 11월 11일에 ISO 9001:2000 인증을 받았고, 품질경영 업무를 수행함으로서, 고객 만족도 증가, 업무의 효율성 증대 및 업무처리 시간 단축 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

Human, physical damage is happened frequently to consumer's safety accident by product defect on modern industrial society. Accordingly, advanced nation including the United States of America enforce product liability law and is protecting consumer more actively from danger of product defect. Our country(Korea) may enforce product liability law since July, 2002, and if business does not grope effective confrontation way about PL, capital strength weak smaller enterprise and venture business corporation's competitive power may affect much corporation's competitive power enfeeblement and survival. This research supplement based on induction and operating QMS in smaller enterprise essential factor that corporations must equip according to product liability law enforcement. And we present integration quality management system model of Product liability to do so that smaller enterprises may can cope effectively at force of Product liability law.

ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems-Requirements has been revised in 2015. It has been updated four times since its publication in 1987. It is the most widely used International Standard in the world. There are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001 from an ISO survey. Organizations are supposed to be certified to this new version by late 2018. The key changes in ISO 9001:2015 are to establish a High Level Structure (HLS) and focus on Risk-Based Thinking (RBT). Risk-Based Thinking means the process approach to decide how risk is addressed in establishing the processes to improve process outputs and prevent undesirable results. It pursues process planning and controls based on risks so that organizations can improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. It maintains and manages a Quality Management System that inherently addresses risks and meets objectives. In this article we firstly attempt to explain how to understand the fundamental concept of Risk-Based Thinking which is a systematic approach to consider risks rather than treating prevention as a separate component of a Quality Management System. We comment on the detailed requirements that contain risks in ISO 9001:2015 clauses. We also summarize recent advances on the risk assessment and management in line with ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management-Principles and Guidelines. We finally propose the practical risk management procedures for implementing ISO 9001:2015 with an emphasis on RBT. This article would contribute to help quality managers and practitioners convert to ISO 9001:2015.

제조 분야에서 품질관리를 위해 가장 많이 사용되는 도구는 관리도이다. 하지만 휴대용 카메라 모듈과 같은 소형 전자부품의 제조 라인은 자동화되어 여러 개의 공정이 유기적으로 연결되어 있는 경우 관리도의 적용이 쉽지 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 공정의 흐름을 파악할 수 있는 모니터링체계와 수율 예측 및 주요공정 변수 파악 등의 주요 공정 파라메터 추출 체계로 구성된 데이터마이닝 기반 품질관리시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 데이터마이닝을 위해 품질관리시스템은 의사결정나무, 신경망, 패턴분석 등의 모듈을 사용한다. 제안된 시스템을 통해 제조 공정은 안정적인 품질의 유지 및 공정 이상 유무의 신속한 파악, 수율 예측 등 품질관리를 위한 유용한 정보를 제공하고 공정의 신뢰성을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
