Most organizations adopt a process-based approach to manage their operations and now business process management(BPM) is a well-established concept. Because ISO 9001:2000 has been influenced by BPR and it also emphasizes process based. BPM can get together with ISO 9001:2000. Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information has taken ISO 9001:2000 certificate in November 11, 2003 and now implements quality management systems based on BPMS. We call it KQMS(KISTI Quality Management System). KQMS based on BPMS is a new example in field of ISO quality management and is expected to support process management well.

An integrated water environment management system is necessary in improving water quality, properly allocating water resources, and supporting socio-economic development. Specifically, water quality management system using web map can be an efficient approach to accomplish this system. This paper aims to construct a dynamic water quality management system to reflect a water environment management system which includes three sub-models with consideration of their interrelationships (a socio-economic model based on dynamic Input-Output model, a water resources cycle model, and a water pollutants flow model). Based on simulation, the model can precisely estimate trends of water utilization, water quality, and economic development under certain management targets, and propose an optimal plan. This study utilized the model to analyze the potential of using reclaimed water to accomplish local water environment management and sustainable development plan while exploring the applicable approaches. This study indicates that the constructed water environment management system can be effective and easily adopted to assess water resources and environment while improving the trade-off between economic and environment development, as well as formulate regional development plan.

This study suggests a model of production information system that can reduce manufacturing lead time and uniformize quality by using DNC S/W as a part of constructing production information management system in the industrial field of the existing marine engine block manufacturing companies. Under the effect of development of this system, the NC machine interface device can be installed in the control computer to obtain the quality information of the workpiece in real time so that the time to inspect the process quality and verify the product defect information can be reduced by more than 70%. In addition, the reliability of quality information has been improved and the external credibility has been improved. It took 30 minutes for operator to obtain, analyze and manage the quality information when the existing USB memory is used, but the communication between the NC controller computer and the NC controller in real time was completed to analyze the workpiece within 10 seconds.

This paper presents a system architecture and database of construction quality management system which encourages real time information tracking and monitoring. It improves the real time quality record tracking by using QR code technology in the project delivery. The advantages and issues relative to QR code and the database structures of the tracking system are presented. Conventional project scheduling system, operation modeling and analysis system, and quality management system are hybridized using QR code technology. The system improves project quality management by tracking the atomic tasks which consists of a construction process at the lowest level of construction hierarchy. It analyzes the quality records to determine the causes of abnormality and/or nonconformity. Using QR code technology, the construction quality management system may be more effective than the conventional one. It was confirmed that the quality management processes in construction project delivery can be more visible and controllable by integrating QR code technology, project scheduling system, and quality management system.

소프트웨어의 무형성, 비가시성으로 인해 체계적인 품질관리를 실시하는데 어려움이 있으나 구성관리를 통해 소프트웨어를 하드웨어 생산과 같이 일괄적인 품질관리의 시도와 함께 소프트웨어 품질관리 표준요강을 제정하여 이 표준지침에 따라 소프트웨어의 품질을 관리함으로써 효율적인 품질관리를 실시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 오류의 입력감소 및 조기발견이라는 기본 방침하에 이러한 품질관리활동을 지원하기 위한 소프트웨어 품질관리 지원시스템을 개발하려는 시도로서 소프트웨어 품질관리 시스템을 장해관리 지원기능을 중심으로 살펴보고 장해관리 지원기능을 보조할 수 있는 각종 시각적인 출력 요소들을 정리하였다. 또한, 이러한 소프트웨어 품질관리 시스템을 구축하게 된 배경을 살펴봄으로써 품질관리 표준화에 따르는 문제점 및 기존의 품질관리 도구에서 제기되는 문제점을 고려하여 시스템 구축을 위한 과제와 그 대책을 수립하였으며 끝으로 장해관리 지원기능을 이용했을 때의 효과를 기술하였다.

There have been several papers to illustrate how an information system is used in an automated warehouse system. These papers, however. do not carefully address the role of warehouse planning/control systems nor do they recognize how to integrate the management planning/control systems, and automated warehouse system. This article addresses such issues and shows how a business computer system can be used to integrate and unify the warehouse planning/control systems and the automated warehouse system into it single and highly productive operating system.

금강의 중ㆍ상류부에 위치한 인공호수인 대청호 유역의 경우, 최근 급격한 인구증가와 물자생산, 그리고 이들의 결과로 인한 각종 오염물질의 증가로 수질보전과 관리에 심각한 문제가 야기되고 있으므로, 이에 대한 집중적인 수질관리가 요구된다. 이들 문제를 해결하기 위하여 지난 수년간 많은 연구가 수행되었지만 근본적인 해결의 실마리를 찾지 못하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 현재 수행되고 있는 수질관리가 미흡한 것으로 나타나고 있어 이를 보완할 새로운 관리기법의 도입이 시급히 요구되고 있지만 이에 대한 체계적인 기술축적과 자료 및 경험의 부족으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 WASP5 모형을 이용하여 대청호의 수질을 해석하고 GIS와 연계시켜 수질관리시스템을 구축함으로서 효율적이고 과학적인 수질관리가 이루어지도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. WASP5 모형을 대청호의 실측치와 비교하여 모형의 보정과 검증을 수행하였고, 수질관리시스템 구축을 위한 GIS와의 연계는 ArcView의 Avenue를 이용하여 구성하였다. Avenue를 통한 다양한 메뉴 구성 및 이를 통한 모의수행은 사용자 요구나 편의에 맞게 손쉽게 처리할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 따라서, GIS 환경하에서 실제적이고 효율적인 수질관리 뿐만 아니라 장래수질의 예측도 가능하기 때문에 대청호 이외에 다른 유역에 대한 활용성도 매우 높을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구의 목적은 웹기반의 공간데이터 구축공정 관리시스템을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 기본측량 공종을 표준화하고, 품질관리 요소를 정립하였다. 기본측량인 GPS에 의한 기준점 측량, 수준측량, 창공사진촬영, 수치지도제작, 지형도 제작, 수차표고자료 제작, 항공사진 DB 구축, 정사영상지도 제작 공정 및 공종분류체계를 표준화하였다. 또한 기본측량 사업별 성과품 및 품질검사 업무 현황과 성과품 유형별 품질검사 요소 및 데이터 포맷을 분석하였으며, 이를 기반으로 데이터베이스 및 프로세스 설계 단계를 거쳐 공정관리, 품질관리, 메타데이터 관리, 시스템관리로 구성된 웹 기반의 공정관리 시스템을 개발하였다.

본 연구에서는 기업의 의사결정에 필요한 회계정보를 산출하는 회계정보시스템의 품질이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향뿐만 아니라 교육성과와 사용자 만족도가 회계정보시스템의 품질과 경영성과의 영향관계에서 매개변수의 역할을 하는지 알아보기 위한 실증연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 회계정보시스템과 경영성과의 영향관계 뿐만 아니라 교육성과와 사용자 만족도의 매개효과를 검증할 수 있는 연구모형을 수립하였으며 이를 바탕으로 연구가설을 수립하였다. 연구가설을 검증하기 위하여 기업의 회계정보시스템 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 분석을 실시하였다. 설문자료를 바탕으로 실증분석을 수행한 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보시스템의 품질은 교육성과와 사용자 만족도에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 경영성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보시스템 품질이 경영성과에 미치는 영향관계에 있어서 사용자 만족도와 교육성과는 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 회계정보시스템이 기업의 경영성과에 기여하기 위해서는 실제 업무를 담당하고 있는 담당자에 대한 체계적인 교육이 필요하며 또한 사용자들의 만족도를 제고할 수 있도록 정보시스템 품질을 지속적으로 관리할 필요가 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the information quality of standard menu system of ERP on the user’s satisfaction 2) to analyze the effect of the information quality of standard menu system of ERP on the user’s performance. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users(dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office(government agencies, factories), schools(universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company “C” in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26 to July 30, 2004. Two hundred and fifty questionnaires were responded(response rate : 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted by using SPSS Win(11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation and simple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that the information quality of standard menu system of ERP have a significant positive effect on the user’s satisfaction(p<0.001) and user’s performance(p<0.001). When constructing standard menu system on ERP in the contract foodservice management company, the information quality of standard menu system of ERP should be guaranteed in order to satisfy the end-user and to improve the user’s performance.
