소프트웨어 컴포넌트 기반 개발을 통해 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 검정되고 표준화된 컴포넌트가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 개발 시범사업에 적용하기 위해 개발되었던 컴포넌트 품질 관리를 위한 접근방법을 제시한다. 컴포넌트 품질 명세, 품질 계획, 품질 통제, 품질 평가의 4단계로 구성된 품질관리 프로세스는 컴포넌트 개발시 품질 목표를 설정하고 설정된 목표를 달성하도록 유도한다. 이 때 컴포넌트 품질모형은 품질 요구사항을 측정가능한 품질 목표로 변환시키고 개발된 컴포넌트의 품질을 평가하는 근거로 사용하기 위해 제안되었다.

Ever since the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) established the ISO 9000 Family standard in 1987, many countries have selected this as their national standard and have provided support for its implementation and conducted assessment activities on the results of its implementation. Likewise, certification assessment was first begun in Korea in 1994, with the result that over 7,600 certificates have been issued to domestic enterprises during the past 5 years or so. This is significant not only in the remarkable growth rate in terms of quantity but also in the fact that it has made possible the establishment of a quality system that meets international standards among Korean enterprises. In this article, it will briefly introduce the establishment and certification of the ISO quality system for those organizations that are complying with the quality system as a part of the process of strengthening their quality competitiveness. For those organizations that have already established the quality system and implemented it for years, we will show the direction for continuous quality improvement in order for these organizations not only to fulfill the requirements but to maintain the superiority of the quality system and their management quality. In addition, it will show what preparations are necessary for organizations and certification bodies in order to expand a manufacturing process-oriented quality system to one that is geared to the total management quality.

The number of people with chronic diseases has been increasing steadily but the indicators for the management of chronic diseases have not improved significantly. To improve the existing chronic disease management system, a new policy will be introduced, which includes the establishment of care plans for hypertension and diabetes patients by primary care physicians and the provision of care coordination services based on these plans. Care coordination refers to a series of activities to assist patients and their families and it has been known to be effective in reducing medical costs and avoiding the unnecessary use of the hospital system by individuals. To offer well-coordinated and high-quality care services, it is necessary to develop a service quality assurance plan, track and manage patients, provide patient support, agree on patient referral and transition, and develop an effective information system. Local governance should be established for chronic disease management, and long-term plans and continuous quality improvement are necessary.

군수품은 품질 보증을 위해 개발과 양산단계에서 위험 식별을 수행해야 한다. 위험 식별은 부품, 구성품, 계통 등에 대한 고장 요소를 분석하는 것으로, 다양한 신뢰성 기법 중에서 고장 모드 영향 분석(FMEA)을 이용하고 있다. FMEA는 위험 식별 중 고장 요인에 대하여 분석하는 방법으로, 위험도(RPN)를 통해 관리할 수 있다. FMEA는 심각도, 발생도, 검출도가 같은 중요도로 평가되기 때문에 단점을 가진다. 퍼지 FMEA는 FMEA의 단점을 보완하기 위해 퍼지이론을 이용한 것이다. 퍼지 이론은 현상의 불확실한 상태를 표현해주는 방법으로, 정량적인 값을 제공한다. 본 논문에서, 퍼지 FMEA는 회전익 항공기 착륙장치의 고장 모드에 대한 객관적인 평가를 위해 적용되었다. 착륙장치에 대한 위험도 분석을 위해, 퍼지 규칙과 소속 함수를 구성하였다. 퍼지화 모델은 심각도, 발생도, 검출도의 크리스프(crisp) 값을 이용하였고, 위험도를 도출하였다. 착륙장치에 대한 퍼지 FMEA 결과는 위험도와 우선순위를 분석할 수 있다. 퍼지 FMEA는 회전익 항공기의 품질 보증 활동에서 기초자료로 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

소프트웨어 품질 개선과 관련된 조직 및 기업들의 노력들은 소프트웨어 생산성과 품질을 어느 정도 향상시켰지만 근본적인 해결 방안이 되지 못하여왔다 이와 같은 결과는 인력과 기술보다는 프로세스의 제도화의 부족에서 기인한다(1). 최근에는 프로세스 또는 작업 산출물이 명시된 요구사항과 계획, 표준을 따르게 하여 프로세스와 산출물을 가시적으로 관리하는 프로세스 품질보증을 통한 품질의 향상을 시도하는 움직임이 활성화되고 있으며, 이와 관련된 표준들과 모델들이 제시되고 있다. 하지만 관련 표준들과 모델들에서 제시된 내용은 추상적이며, 이를 적용하는데 필요한 세부적인 절차나 방법, 관련 산출물 등에 대해 기술하고 있지 않다. 따라서 표준 및 모델에서 제시하는 내용을 도입하고자 하는 조직들은 관련 표준의 전체 구조 및 내용을 숙지하고 받아들이기 위한 긴 노력과 많은 공수를 들여야만 품질에 대한 해당 조직의 목적 및 목표를 충족시킬 수 있는 소프트웨어 품질보증 활동 프로세스를 확립할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 조직들이 보다 편리한 방법으로 체계적이고 견고한 품질 보증 활동 프로세스를 구축할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 패키지를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발 된 패키지는 CMM/CMMI, ISO15504, ISO12207등의 관련 표준에서 기술하고 있는 품질보증 활동과 소프트웨어 프로세스 전 주기에 대한 내용의 분석, 기존연구의 분석 및 구조화, Best Practice 평가 및 분석의 과정을 통해 소프트웨어 품질보증 활동을 체계적이고 구조적으로 지원할 수 있는 소프트웨어 품질보증 지원 패키지이다. 개발된 패키지를 활용하면, 조직들은 조직의 여건 및 특성, 그리고 프로젝트의 성격에 맞도록 필요한 조정만을 통하여 품질보증 프로세스를 확립할 수 있다. 개발 된 패키지의 효율적인 활용이 내조직의 소프트웨어 품질보증 구축에 투입되는 공수 및 어려움을 줄일 것으로 기대된다.

웹 어플리케이션의 경제적 연관성은 웹의 질적 유지 및 향상의 중요성이 매우 증가되고 있다. 더욱이 이러한 웹 어플리케이션의 개발을 위해 새로운 개념을 적용 및 사용 가능한 기술들은 매우 개선되고 세련된 기능들의 접목을 요구하고 있지만 조직과 개선을 책임지고 있는 개발자들은 자주 떠나는 실정에 있다. 그 결과로 이러한 수준 높은 요구시스템 기반의 모든 웹의 질적 보장을 위해 방법론과 툴들이 나타나게 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위에서 언급한 높은 수준의 요구사항에 만족하기 위해 하나의 웹 어플리케이션 모델을 소개하고 실제 웹 어플리케이션의 검증 및 확인 기술에 대한 개념과 향후 국내 웹사이트를 대상으로 한 분석 알고리즘을 제안하고 실험을 통한 결과를 제시하였다.

This paper presents a documentation and development method to facilitate the certification of scientific computing software used in the safety analysis of nuclear facilities. To study the problems faced during quality assurance and certification activities, a case study was performed on legacy software used for thermal analysis of a fuelpin in a nuclear reactor. Although no errors were uncovered in the code, 27 issues of incompleteness and inconsistency were found with the documentation. This work proposes that software documentation follow a rational process, which includes a software requirements specification following a template that is reusable, maintainable, and understandable. To develop the design and implementation, this paper suggests literate programming as an alternative to traditional structured programming. Literate programming allows for documenting of numerical algorithms and code together in what is termed the literate programmer's manual. This manual is developed with explicit traceability to the software requirements specification. The traceability between the theory, numerical algorithms, and implementation facilitates achieving completeness and consistency, as well as simplifies the process of verification and the associated certification.

인터넷의 급속한 성장은 시장의 개념적 패턴에 변화를 주게 되었으며, 전자상거래의 급속한 발전으로 이어지고 있다. 국내외 전자상거래 시장이 급격히 발전함에도 불구하고 전자상거래의 성공요인에 관한 연구는 실제 미흡한 상태로 전자상거래에서 소비자들의 만족도와 재구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 주요 성공요인을 규명하는 것은 전자상거래를 추진${\cdot}$운영하고 있는 기업의 전략수립에 매우 유용한 일이라 판단된다. 본 연구결과 가격과 고객서비스, 사용편리, 거래효율성, 품질보증이 전자상거래 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 재구매의도에는 가격과 고객서비스, 사용편리, 보안이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명되었다.

The health care environment exerts tremendous influence on community health practices. Here the author mention several major factors that will influence the future plan for health service and health education; that is, economic problem, the issues of decrement of infectious disease, increment of chronic degenerative disease due to natural increase of the elderly, increased frequency of traffic and industrial accidents and the issues of medical-technological advances etc. Therefore, special efforts by health personnel should be made to develop health education and health promotion strategies on a community-wide basis. Accordingly, the flexible accessibility, convenient availability, guaranteed medical service, sufficient supply of health information, and rapidly available medicaid service for special population such as the elderly, the handicapped, the disabled and the poor are considered. Also, the financial support from the central government and local self-government and active participation of health consumer to health service are needed in Korea, The role of the health personnel is to elicit, facilitate and maintain health promoting behavior with his and her assurance for health consumers being competent and supported in the voluntary choice of their health promoting activities. The health promoting activities such as the above mentioned will be produce escalation of their life Quality among Koreans.
