Current food sanitation systems for meat and livestock in Australia ar underpinned by HACCP-based quality assurance. HACCP-based quality assurance programs have been implemented by all australian red meat industry sectors, from 'farm-to-fork'. These quality assurance programs are (along with other quality and food safety considerations) the collection of a series of sanitation steps and strategies that aim to ensure that only healthy, clean livestock are presented for slaughter; those healthy, clean animals enter a clean processing plant; contact of carcase surfaces with potential sources of contamination is avoided; carcase surfaces are decontaminated before chilling; and subsequent growth of potential contaminants is avoided. Prospects for food sanitation systems for meat and livestock in Australia lie largely in enhancing current and applying new sanitation strategies and procedures within our HACCP-based quality assurance framework. Prospects include increased focus on actual (Versus perceived) risks; on-farm/feedlot pathogen elimination; increased implementation of existing (or new) decontamination technologies; and an improved cold chain.

It is anticipated that quality assurance for the Ka band Communication Payload System(COPS) development program of the communication, Ocean & Meteorological Satellite(COMS) may be a core technical factor to be concerned in order to avoid any failure, and to assure its final performance during the mission lifetime in space. Those can be managed and verified and assessed by performing the Quality Assurance (QA) and risk management which helps to prevent and to reduce the critical fails. This paper introduces the Product Assurance (PA) system and procedures for controlling and monitoring sub-contractors which were participated in Ka band Communication Payload System (COPS) development. Also this paper shows Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and detailed their processes for assured the product performed by local companies from site survey for selecting companies to delivery of their equipment.

In many of the industrialized countries an increasing amount of infrastructure is ageing. This has become specifically critical to bridges which are a major asset with respect to keeping an economy alive. Life of this infrastructure is scattering but often little quantifiable information is known with respect to its damage condition. This article describes how a damage tolerance approach used in aviation today may even be applied to civil infrastructure in the sense that operational life can be applied in the context of modern life cycle management. This can be applied for steel structures as a complete process where much of the damage accumulation behavior is known and may even be adopted to concrete structures in principle, where much of the missing knowledge in damage accumulation has to be substituted by enhanced inspection. This enhanced and continuous inspection can be achieved through robotic systems in a first approach as well as built in sensors in the sense of structural health monitoring (SHM).

본 연구에서는 무기 시스템의 위조품 적용 방지를 위한 위조품의 관리 방법과 식별 방법에 대해서 알아보고, 위조품 관리 표준과 품질 보증 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해서 구체적으로 다음과 같은 3가지 영역에 대한 연구를 수행하였다: 1) 위조품에 대한 일반적인 연구, 2) 해외 구매 부품의 위조품의 관리 방법, 3) 위조품의 품질 보증 방법. 분석한 내용을 바탕으로 위조품 관리 방법, 관리 표준 및 네트워크 구축, 시스템 개선 및 품질 보증 방법 강화 등의 국외 위조 부품 도입 적용 방지를 위한 품질보증 정책 방향을 제안하였다.

Flight data from operational quality assurance programs plays a significant role in identifying factors as one of the key data in the development of proactive and preventive aviation safety management technologies based on data. The list of events in the flight quality assurance program recommended by the FAA differs from the list set and managed by airlines themselves and is based on the frequency of occurrence rather than the severity of individual events. In this work, we compared the list of FOQA events presented by the FAA with the list of some domestic airlines. We also investigate the severity priorities of events for airline captains and conduct research on how to improve the operation of the operational quality assurance program.

In this study, as one of the methodologies for supplementing the deficiencies which are likely to happen in implementing the Joint Research and Development Project we suggest the Quality Assurance System applicable through analyzing the cases. In Quality Assurance System in implementing the Joint Research and Development Projects, the mutual review & approval method for the output by stages, technology interchange method, the frequent meeting among engineers, the test plan and the configuration management system should be provided.

NGN 운용과정의 품질 보증을 위해 어떤 체계하에서 품질이 테스트 되어야 하는지 방법론을 도출하기 위해서 멀티미디어 트래픽을 중심으로 NGN 품질측정 프레임워크를 제시한다. 테스트베드는 NGN 운용과정에서 QoS 측정 메트릭스, 측정구간과 측정계위, 측정도구, 측정장비, 측정방법 및 측정결과 분석에 대한 일련의 프로세스와 방법론을 모델화한다. 이 모델은 향후 NGN 품질보증 활동에 활용토록 한다. 통신서비스 품질은 스스로 보장되지 않으며 끊임없이 측정되고 관리될 때에 만 품질 목표수준 확보가 가능하다. NGN 네트워크기술 패러다임 중요성을 감한할 때 NGN 운용상의 품질관리에 대한 연구는 앞으로 활발하게 추진되어야 할 핵심 소재이다.

This paper is to investigate the relationship between international marketing and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender in that relationship. The data to make an empirical analysis were gathered from 269 workers in telecommunication sector. Multiple regression analysis revealed that (1) education was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and (2) internal communication was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and (3) delegation of authority was positively related with assurance. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that (4) compensation was more positively related with reliability in woman, and (5) employment security was more positively related with assurance in man.

본 논문에서는 인터넷전화 품질평가를 위한 국내 동향에 대하여 기술하고, BcN영상전화 서비스에 대한 SLA 품질지표 및 품질기준을 국내외 동향 및 기준표준화에 근거하여 마련하고 이를 검증하기 위한 품질측정 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해서 영상전화 서비스의 SLA 품질기준이 조기에 마련되어 국내 통신사업자들의 이용약관에 반영되기를 기대한다. 따라서 본 논문의 목차는 서론, SLA 개요, 영상전화 서비스의 품질지표 및 기준, 품질지표별 측정방법 및 시험측정 결과에 대하여 기술하였다.

A quality assurance safety assessment database, called QUARK (QUality Assurance Program for Radioactive Waste Management in Korea), has been developed to manage both analysis information and parameter database for safety assessment of low- and intermediate-level radioactive waste (LILW) disposal facility in Korea. QUARK is such a tool that serves QA purposes for managing safety assessment information properly and securely. In QUARK, the information is organized and linked to maximize the integrity of information and traceability. QUARK provides guidance to conduct safety assessment analysis, from scenario generation to result analysis, and provides a window to inspect and trace previous safety assessment analysis and parameter values. QUARK also provides default database for safety assessment staff who construct input data files using SAGE(Safety Assessment Groundwater Evaluation), a safety assessment computer code.
