Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify and describe the caregiving difficulties that mothers of children with spina bifida experience from their own perspectives. Methods: A qualitative descriptive study was designed. Data were collected from five mini-focus group interviews and four individual interviews using open-ended questions. Nineteen mothers of children with mild spina bifida participated in the study during 2014-2015. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis to identify major difficulties perceived by the mothers. Results: Five domains were identified with 12 subdomains. "Daily routine continence management" describes difficulties arising in bladder and bowel management for the child with spina bifida. "Management of school life of child" deals with difficulties in relation to the school facilities, such as the toilets, as well as teachers and friends. "Relationship with family and neighbors" illustrates problems in relations with their spouse, normal children, relatives and neighbors. "Maintaining physical and psychological health" includes physical and psychological problems of the mothers. "Finance" describes economic burden that the mothers face in the management of child's illness. Conclusion: The findings from this study provide insight into the practical issues related to the management of chronic conditions of children with spina bifida from the mothers' perspectives.

Purpose: The greatest asset to all organizations is the employees and they should be guarded against factors hindering their work ability. Nevertheless, most organizations are always more concerned about making profits to the extent of forgetting their employee's welfare. On this point, this study aims to examine employee's work-related stress and its relationship with work ability. Research design, data and methodology: This study focused on obtaining mostly peer-reviewed works to suggest research findings, assuming that qualitative literature approach allows researchers to explore in-depth information concerning complex issues in a standard life setting. Numerous prior researchers applied their research design in content analysis, especially where various concepts are present for analysis. Results: Based on numerous qualitative textual resources, this study found that human resource practitioners should plan stress management strategies for their employees to apply five kinds of solutions that the current study suggests because it is vital to ensure their wellbeing towards sustaining their performance. Conclusions: All in all, based on the findings, this study concludes that employee's work stress negatively impacts their work ability with affecting their mental health. As a result, there is little doubt that practitioners should regularly monitor the working environment for stress-related factors besides creating a healthy working environment for all employees.

본 연구는 국내의 교육학 분야에서 '현상학적 방법'을 활용하여 질적연구를 수행할 경우에 나타나는 연구자들의 한계와 문제를 구체적인 사례를 통해 제시해 보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 주지하다시피 '교육학적 현상학' 은 교육학 분야에서 현상학이나 현상학적 방법을 활용하여 연구를 수행하는 것으로서, 인간의 삶과 밀접한 교육의 문제를 과학주의나 실증주의의 접근방법이 아니라 그 문제 현상(사태) 자체에서 해명을 시도해보고자 하는 것이다. 그런데 국내 질적 연구자들에 의해 순수현상학(철학적 현상학)이 이러한 응용현상학(교육학적 현상학) 분야에 활용되면서 다양한 문제들이 나타나고 있다. 그 중에서 가장 대표적인 것이 바로 질적 연구의 논리를 구성하고 있는 현상학에 대한 연구자의 충분한 이해가 부족하다든가 아니면 지오르기(A. Giorgi)나 반 매넌(M. van Manen) 등 외국학자들의 연구절차나 기법들을 무조건적으로 수용하는 문제라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 '현상학적 방법'을 활용하여 질적 연구를 수행할 경우에, 연구자는 연구논리에 대한 충분한 이해를 전제로 하여 단순히 고정된 연구절차나 방법을 사용하는 것이 아니라 연구대상자에게서 나타나는 다양한 현상들을 연구자 자신의 삶과 결부시켜 그것의 본질을 분석하고 해석하는 통찰력이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 질적 다방법을 적용하여 사서의 직업사회화 경험 과정을 통합적으로 도출하고, 그 이해를 증진하고자 하였다. 순차적으로 이루어진 일련의 3개의 질적 선행연구에서 이론적 표집에 의해 수집된 총42명의 현직 사서(사서교사)들의 심층면담자료를 질적 다방법 접근의 최종 통합방법으로서 근거이론 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 사서의 직업사회화 경험의 전체 과정을 이끌고 통합하는 핵심범주는 '사회적 인정 추구하기' 이며, 그 과정은 '적응하기', '주변부임을 절감하기', '역할 인식하기', '발전 모색하기', '전문성 구현하기', '가치 재발견하기', '전문성 발현하기'로 도출되었다. 특히, '주변부임을 절감하기' 과정은 사서의 직업사회화를 나타내는 독특하고, 핵심적이며 강렬한 과정으로 나타났으며, 이는 사서들이 지각하는 이중적 직업인식 및 소외의식을 반영하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 각 과정의 특색과 사회화 전략을 논의하였다.

본 연구는 질적 다방법을 적용하여 복합 현상인 직업 사회화 경험의 실체이론을 구성하는 요인들을 통합 도출한 것이다. 순차적으로 이루어진 일련의 3개 질적 선행연구의 총 참여자는 이론적 표집에 의한 42명의 현직 사서 및 사서교사들이다. 질적 다방법 접근의 최종 통합방법으로서 근거이론 접근을 적용하여 3개의 선행연구 결과 및 심층면담자료의 최종분석과 비교, 재검토, 통합이 이루어졌다. 그 결과 도출된 통합 구성요인은 다음과 같다: 전공 공감, 주변부 인식 극복하기, 사회적 몰이해, 열악함, 업무 공감, 사회 변화, 이용자에 대한 인식, 도서관 조직문화, 조직인간관계, 지속교육과 교류, 전문성 추구, 업무 전략, 대인관계 전략, 슬럼프와 위기 대응 전략, 개인 성장 및 발전도모전략, 조직 대응 및 몰인식 대응 전략, 사서직과 자아일치, 자아 불일치.

Using a procurement and construction stage emphasis on the capabilities of the Sub-Contractor (SC), the present research aims to discover the types of unfair activities between the Main Contractor (MC) and SC and their influence on project completion. This research also tries to figure out solutions which can reduce unfair activities between MC and SC. Research design, data and methodology: The qualitative textual analysis was selected for the current research and has been used by numerous previous researchers commonly to review relevant themes in the prior resources and suggested for researchers who conduct a reviewing procedure to analyze meta-analysis approach for figuring out better research findings from prior resources. Results: The result indicates the prevalence and consequences of bid shopping, emphasizing the need for transparency and fair bidding practices. Late payment issues were also found to be crucial for subcontractors' financial stability, urging the implementation of prompt payment legislation and agreements. Conclusions: In conclusion, the research revealed that subcontracting is common in construction projects, with general contractors relying on multiple subcontractors to carry out specific work items. The accomplishment of building projects hinges on the collaborative efforts between the main contractor (MC) and subcontractors (SCs), each focusing on different aspects of the project.

Purpose: This research aims to explore the impact of fashion marketing on the sales of luxury brand items and to identify the strategies that can be used to market luxury fashion items successfully, addressing the research gap of how fashion marketing can lead to increased sales, customer loyalty, and satisfaction for luxury brand items. Research design, data and methodology: The present study conducted the method of the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) which is a reporting guideline for methodical assessments and meta-analyses. It offers a consistent approach for conducting and reporting these types of studies, which can help to improve their quality and transparency. Results: The findings indicated that fashion marketing can positively impact luxury brand sales. It can significantly increase the number of luxury brand purchases. the presence of the quality label increased the participants' purchase intention and attitude towards the brand, suggesting that the quality label can create a positive perception of the brand and increase the likelihood of purchasing. Conclusions: This research concludes that fashion marketing can have a positive effect on improved customer recognition of the brand. Thus, companies should focus on developing campaigns that capture the attention of potential consumers, creating an emotional connection with them.

Purpose: This research explores to (1) identify the leading challenges that the beauty care industry faces currently, which includes sustainable development, ethics, and industry laws, (2) describe how these challenges impact industries' practices and customer experience, and (3) propose plausible strategies to address these issues in an effort to enhance sustainability, ethical business practices, and compliance with legal norms in the beauty care industry. Research design, data and methodology: The research approach used is the systematic literature review approach to identify the relevant literature that addresses the current challenges in the beauty care industry and to assess the results of prior studies. Results: The finding indicated the following solutions to handle the current issues in the beauty industry: Solution to (1) Environmental Impact: Sustainable Production and Packaging, (2) Ethical Concerns: Enhancing Supply Chain Transparency, (3) Regulatory Challenges: Proactive Compliance and International Standardization, and (4) Technological Challenges: Personalization and Digital Engagement. Conclusion: Based on the conclusions made in the findings' section, this research examines the implications of the solutions to provide an insight into how the strategies can guide future practices in the beauty care industry. It also points out how these insights can be applied by industry practitioners to improve sector operational and strategic performance.

Objectives The aim of this study is systematic evaluation of the quality of qualitative studies related to short stature. It will be utilized as fundamental data for future qualitative research about Korean Medicine Pediatrics treatment for short stature. Methods We searched qualitative studies related to short stature in the Pubmed. Two researchers independently assessed the quality of the qualitative researches by using Consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative research (COREQ) and Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP). We also qualitatively synthesized theme of each included studies. We presented integrated theme and categories with in vivo coding about qualitative research about short stature. Results A total of 47 papers were screened and 7 papers were finally selected. In the quality assessment using COREQ, detalied information about the researchers, methods of approach, reasons for non-participation, presence of non-participants, participant's review of the transcript, and participant's review of the findings were insufficient. In the quality evaluation using CASP, there were lack of justifications for the research methods, description method of research, and bias in process of data analysis. The findings were synthesized into three themes: fixed idea about height, discomfort caused by small stature and personal coping strategy with stress caused by short stature. Conclusions In further qualitative research, it is necessary to report the research according to COREQ and CASP checklist. It is also necessary to understand the stress and coping strategies to short stature of patients, We need to develop a social management strategy for short stature.

The purpose of this study was to examine visually impaired people's clothing behavior, using a qualitative approach. The results are intended to be used as baseline data to make an instrument that can measure the factors that have an effect on visually impaired people's clothing needs from the perspective of environmental and social relationship contexts. This study was made through in-depth interviews with people with grade-1 visual impairment, and the results were as follows: First, when purchasing clothing, they were accompanied by trusted people, and chose trusted brands and trusted products. They spent as little time as possible, did not try on many clothes, and they preferred colors, designs, and purchase methods that carried as low a risk as possible. Second, they wanted basic product information and simple procedures when purchasing and using clothing products. Third, they were able to manage their own clothes themselves. However, there was insufficient laundry information available. Fourth, the main reason why visually impaired people took care of their appearance was that they wanted to look neat and clean to be respected by others. Based on the study results, it is necessary to provide information on clothing to improve quality of life and welfare and thus ensure visually impaired people's independence.
