재무적 성과 측면의 높은 불확실성에도 불구하고, 기업들은 기술에 대한 투자를 지속적으로 확대하고 있다. 이는 기업들이 단기적 운영효율성의 증대는 물론 지속적 경쟁우위를 창출하고 유지하는 데 있어 기술투자를 중요하게 인식하고 있기 때문이다. 주목할 점은 개별 기업의 기술투자 전략과 그에 따른 세부적인 양상 혹은 패턴이 동일 산업 내에서도 상이한 모습을 보이고 있으며, 이러한 차이점이 궁극적인 기업성과의 차이로 이어지고 있다는 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 기술투자를 전통적인 R&D 투자와 IT 투자로 구분하고, 두 가지 유형의 기술투자가 조합되어 만들어 내는 일종의 기술투자 패턴이 기업규모 및 공급사슬 상에서의 위치에 따라 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는 지에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 국내 562개 제조기업을 대상으로 수집된 데이터를 퍼지셋 질적비교분석(fsQCA: fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis)을 통해 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 상대적으로 기업규모가 큰 기업의 경우 세부적인 기술투자 패턴이 기업성과에 미치는 영향의 정도가 낮은 것으로 나타난 반면, 규모가 작은 기업의 경우 그 영향의 정도가 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 공급사슬 상에서의 위치에 따른 영향 역시 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이는, 기업규모가 작은 기업일수록 높은 기업성과를 얻기 위해서는 주어진 경영환경에 따라 보다 적합한 형태의 기술투자 전략이 요구된다는 것을 의미한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the process of exercise adherence in middle aged women. Methods: The qualitative theme analysis method was used. The participants were 11 middle-aged women who had exercised over 6 months. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and recorded by and transcribed immediately. The data were coded with similar meaning and analysis themes with the constant comparative method. Results: The core theme was Stepping Stones Across the Stream (SSAS). The Stone means the adherence factors in exercise. The stream means the interrupting factors in exercise adherence. The subcategories were 1) feeling of developmental crisis, 2) searching for exit (from the developmental crisis), 3) finding a surprising new world (full of fun), 4) confronting the situation of dropout, and 5) adherence to exercise by SSAS. Conclusion: The predisposition of fun in middle aged women for the adherence of exercise should be explored along with more adherent factors.

Recently immersive virtual reality (VR) becomes popular due to the advanced development of I/O interfaces and related SWs for effectively constructing VR environments. In particular, natural and intuitive manipulation of 3D virtual objects is still considered as one of the most important user interaction issues. This paper presents a comparative study on the manipulation and interaction of 3D virtual objects using different interfaces and interactions in three VR environments. The comparative study includes both quantitative and qualitative aspects. Three different experimental setups are 1) typical desktop-based VR using mouse and keyboard, 2) hand gesture-supported desktop VR using a Leap Motion sensor, and 3) immersive VR by wearing an HMD with hand gesture interaction using a Leap Motion sensor. In the desktop VR with hand gestures, the Leap Motion sensor is put on the desk. On the other hand, in the immersive VR, the sensor is mounted on the HMD so that the user can manipulate virtual objects in the front of the HMD. For the quantitative analysis, a task completion time and success rate were measured. Experimental tasks require complex 3D transformation such as simultaneous 3D translation and 3D rotation. For the qualitative analysis, various factors relating to user experience such as ease of use, natural interaction, and stressfulness were evaluated. The qualitative and quantitative analyses show that the immersive VR with the natural hand gesture provides more intuitive and natural interactions, supports fast and effective performance on task completion, but causes stressful condition.

From the perspective of phenomenongraphy(根据登的象式), two videotaped mathematics lessons were observed, compared and analyzed, and the features of those times were extracted. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the global structure and the questioning in the lessons etc. showed that in teaching behaviors there were some essential differences reflecting the impact of new beliefs and principles of teaching. Evidences also show that excellent teachers did keep and carry on the good tradition teaching for basic knowledge and basic skills were seen as the most important thing in mathematics teaching in China.

본 연구는 대중교통 이용을 영향을 미치는 TOD 계획요소의 중요도를 분석하여 도시철도 역세권 환경의 실제적 특성과 계획적 특성의 중요도 인식 차이를 규명하고자 하는 연구이다. 평가 방법론적 의미로서 정량적 데이터를 활용하는 평가방법의 타당성과 전문가들에 의한 정성적 설문조사에 기초한 평가방법의 타당성과에 세부적인 논의를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 실제 조성된 역세권 환경(정량적)의 현실적 특성과 전문가 관점(정성적)의 계획적 특성의 중요도 분석을 통해 향후 역세권 개발방향에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

A comparative analysis on mantle communities in South Korea and Japan was carried out. The study was accomplished by using syntaxa and hierarchical system of mantle communities in South Korea and Japan through Zurich-Montpellier School's method, and also achieved comparison on syntaxonomy, synecology, syndynamics and syngeography between two countries. Mantle communities in South Korea and Japan were defined to the Rosetea multilorae representing mantle vegetation in Northeast Asia. Mantle communities in Japan showed much diverse than those in South Korea. Mantle communities in South Korea and Japan considerably corresponded between the two. Results of the current study will make possible to accumulate qualitative $\bullet$quantitative informations on mantle communities in Northeast Asia. And the subsidiary knowledge from this study will provide practical data on comparative analysis about whole mantle communities in Northeast Asia.

Purpose: In the highly competitive franchise market, the perceived entrepreneurial passion and emotions of customers are very important, because it impacts on the success of companies. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to suggest how the impact of the franchise entrepreneurial passion and positive emotions on the brand trust and loyalty of customers. Research design, data and methodology: This study analyzes data was collected through questionnaires on customer(n=480) who had visited franchise restaurants. Analysis of used collected data was based on the mix method using quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis. Results: The quantitative analysis results showed inventing passion, developing passion, positive emotions that perceived by customers have a positive impact on brand trust. On the other hand, founding passion did not have an impact on loyalty in quantitative analysis. but when combined with developing passion in qualitative comparison analysis, but when combined with developing passion in qualitative comparison, that became the sufficient condition of high loyalty of customers. Conclusions: The franchisor of the Korean franchise industry is indiscriminately overusing the founding franchisees, causing social problems. In this situation, founding passion can have a negative impact on customers. Therefore, the franchisors must have management capabilities by strictly managing the founding rules of the franchisee and disclosing the corporate vision.

Purpose: This study investigated the legal issues and policies on accommodation sharing based on qualitative research and examined how OECD societies establish laws and regulations to legalize accommodation sharing and prevent adverse effects. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the understanding of the different laws and regulations at both the country and city levels and to help better manage accommodation sharing in our society. The ultimate goal of this study is to enhance citizen understanding of platform businesses to minimize unnecessary conflicts. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted a qualitative research by exploring laws and regulations in OECD countries. This study performed comparative analysis of accommodation sharing business' legislation, legal definitions, and operational policies that citizens should necessarily understand for better usage. Results: Local ordinances and regulations developed differently based on the situations of local markets and communities, so they are established and improved at the city or country level. Conclusions: Each government should consider preparing better policy on accommodation sharing by considering how to secure the housing market for residents with better establishment of new platform businesses and relationships with citizens. This study suggests policy reactions to government as policymakers, guests, hosts, platforms, and communities.

This study conducted a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis study on culture and arts information portals to ensure practical and universal use and activation of culture and arts information portals. The capabilities and influence of affordances and system literacy according to user experience regarding accessibility to cultural arts information portals are as follows. First, physical affordances in the culture and arts information portal were key conditions for the culture and arts information portal user experience regarding system accessibility, system understandability, system usability, system usability, and system literacy. Second, the functional affordance of the user experience in the cultural arts information portal was relatively low and unimportant, and when the functional affordance was low, the user's system accessibility, system understanding, system usefulness, system usability, and system literacy were increased. Third, if the user's functional affordance and sensory affordance are low in the culture and arts information portal, the system accessibility, system understanding, system usability, and system literacy of the culture and arts information portal users are increased. Fourth, cultural arts information portals must build an innovative system with a systematic approach appropriate for the user base by linking system literacy capabilities with a focus on physical affordances.
