계란의 난각 처리와 보관 방법에 따른 품질 변화 (Changes of egg Quality according to eggshell treatment and storage condition)

  • Egg has been considered as one of the most important food sources in both nutritionally and economically. However, because the hazards of egg flow chains' complexity from producers to consumers and the insufficiency of cold chain systems in Korea are still remained, preventive measures for egg safety should be established. This experiment was carried out to investigate the changes of egg qualify during storage in order to find out the proper storage condition and eggshell treatment. Eggs were stored at cold condition $(5^{\circ}C,\;relative\;humidity;\;RH:\;65\pm3\%)$ and room Condition $(1st: Sep\; 6\~Nov\; 15,\;2001,\; 10\~30^{\circ}C,\;RH\;41\~86\%,\;2nd;\; Dec\;13,\;2001\~Feb\;21,\;2002,\;4\~23^{\circ}C,\;RH\;36\~89\%)$ after eggshell treatment (unwashed, washed and coated egg) during'10 weeks and examined weight loss and interior quality periodically. Weight loss was in decreasing order room washed > room unwashed > cold washed > cold unwashed > room coated > cold coated egg. And, Haugh unit was decreasing order room washed > room unwashed > room coated > cold washed > cold unwashed > cold coated egg. Our findings show that both coated eggs and refrigeration reduces the rate of decline in Haugh units and egg weight. And, washed eggs had lower average Haugh units and a higher weight loss than any of the eggshell treatment in both storage conditions. Conclusively, for washing eggshell, 150 ppm of sodium hypochlorite, regular exchange and temperature control of water should be consistent and also eggs should be dried immediately after washing. Also, national guidelines for temperature and moisture of storage places, transportation and expiration data should be established to keep quality and weight loss of eggs. Storage temperature that is a critical factor in the quality and safety of eggs should be kept under 12'c and labelling of expiration date should be obligatory.

  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기반 멀티미디어 응용 서비스가 요구하는 상호운용성과 사용자에게 높은 품질의 서비스를 지원할 수 있는 UQoS 관리 (UQoSM : User Quality of Service Management) 미들웨어 프레임워크를 제안한다. UQoS 관리 미들웨어 시스템은 멀티미디어 응용 시스템들의 사용자 요구사항들을 지원하기 위해 기존의 이벤트 서비스 모델에 리플렉션(reflection) 기법을 적용하여 이벤트 모니터, 리플렉티브 이벤트 필터링, 실시간 관리 등의 컴포넌트를 포함하는 구조를 가진다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기반 멀티미디어 응용 서비스 사용자의 다양한 요구 사항을 지원할 수 있는 리플렉티브 이벤트 필터링을 제공하는 것에 중점을 두었다. 이로써 사용자는 보다 높은 서비스를 제공받게 되고 이 과정을 통해 전체적인 네트워크 트래픽이 감소되는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

다차원 ASP 서비스 품질 평가와 고객만족, 인식된 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Multi-dimensional ASP Service Quality and Its Effects on User Satisfaction and Perceived Firm Performance)

  • Quality has long been considered as an important factor in creating competitive advantage, and researches on quality have not been limited to off-line products but actively extended to e-services and information goods. However, given the nature of multi-dimensional aspect of quality, the systematic study on the quality of online service is still in its early stage. Especially, studies on the quality of ASP services have been rare in academic and professional journals despite the growth of ASP industry in its size and the rapid expansion in the range of application. In this paper we clarified the multi-dimensional quality aspects of the ASP service using a Garvin's framework (1984) which encompasses the service aspects of Products, and developed a measurement model for ASP service qualify. Then we empirically tested the effects of ASP service quality on user satisfaction and perceived firm performance using the data from 240 Korean small firms with less than 50 employees that had experienced the ASP service. Our results show that there are positive relationships among ASP service quality and personal performance, user satisfaction and perceived firm performance, and that product and service-related aspects of ASP service exert differential effects on performance measures so that the product-related aspects of the ASP service such as performance, features, reliability and conformance are considered to be more important in evaluating benefits from ASP services. Contrary to the approaches In literature where only the quality of online services is evaluated, our results emphasize the importance of differentiating Product and service-related aspects of ASP service and provide a basis for more comprehensive evaluation of ASP service quality.

도축공정중 식육의 미생물 오염실태 조사 (Microbiological quality of pork meat in the stage of slaughter process)

  • The growth of bacteria on the surface of the meat was monitored to investigate the relationships between microbiological quality and some environmental factors such as the chilling temperature, alcohol spraying, and transport in slaughter process of pigs. The temperature changes of the surface and inner part of pork carcass were monitored with GreenTrack$\textregistered$ system during the process of chilling and transport Of the 100pigs tested, the prevalence of level on number of standard plate count (SPC) less than $10^4$ CFU/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and Escherichia coli less than $10^2$ CFU/$\textrm{cm}^2$ in pig were 82% and 80%, respectively. Suface bacterial numbers are decreased in the course of chilling process of the carcass. Alcohol spray process before packing meat also could decrease the surface bacterial count. In conclusion, this study could be overemphasized the importance of relationship between microbiological quality and refrigerating temperature in the process of refrigeration and cutting.

A study on the factors and the source of information in PC purchase

  • This paper presents a direction that can help PC sales manager establish more effective marketing strategy by understanding how they get information on the products and what they consider most when the consumers purchase personal Computer. The survey was conducted on the two groups of OSAN College students classified according to their computer handling skill. Frequency analysis has shown that consumers largely got information on the products through word of mouth of friends or family members rather than mass media advertisement. And factor analysis has shown that consumers consider the qualify of after service has brand name most when they buy PC. Particularly, the consumers who are good at dealing with PC are more concerned with the quality of after service, brand name, salesman's kindness and delivery-installation than the ones having poor PC skills are. This survey results indicate that PC sales managers need to set up different marketing strategies in accordance with the consumer's PC utilizing capability.

  • The Information System is now becoming a very important part of our livers. It encompasses technical and spactial characteristics that are much more different from the order information systems used up until now. Therefore, as various fields within the Information Center are researched, the proper usage of those fields must be well thought-out. This study presents the application of quality management systems in Library, Korea. The purpose of this study is to build a framework of improving the management system and planning and performing the service of high quality in Library. To achieve this goal, a theoretical approach was tried through the previous study and the performed with the subject of the 4 steps by Damming' quality management theory. This study may enable domestic organizations to draw up a concrete and practical plan in Library.

  • 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 Ad Hoc 무선 LAM(AWLAN)을 위한 새로운 자원 관리 방안으로 분산채널 할당 프로토롤(Distributed Channel Allocation Protocol, DCAP)을 제안한다 이 방안은 QoS (Quality-of-Service)를 보장하는 분산적 자원 관리를 OFDM-CDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing-Code Division Multiple Access) 채널 구조 위에 구현한 것이다. MPEG 트래픽에 대한 성능평가 결과 DCAP는 광대역 무선 접근(Broadband Wireless Access, BWA) 형 물리구조 기반에서의 멀티미디어 서비스를 지원하는 AWLAN을 위한 좋은 자원 관리 방안임이 판명되었다.

관광호텔 식음료상품 서비스품질 평가 (Service Quality assessment for Food & Beverage Product of Hotel)

  • Most published work on product quality focuses on manufactured goods. The subject of service quality has received less attention. This distinction is important because some of the quality-improving strategies avaliable to manufacturers may be inappropriate for service firms. Services are performances, not objects. They are often produced in the presence of the customer, as in the cause of hotel restaurant services, quality occurs during service delivery, usually in an interaction between the customer and contact personnel of service firm. for this reason, service quality is highly dependent on the performance of employees, an organizational resource that cannot be controlled to the degree that components of tangible goods can be engineered. The study has begun as a basic study for customer satisfaction-oriented management in understanding the service quality of food & beverage products and through a systematic analysis of it. The major purpose of the study was to examine the relationship of the customer satisfaction and service quality in consideration of reliability, empathy, responsiveness, tangibility and assurance. An empirical research was conducted based on the previous theoretical studies. 286 customer at first class hotels in Seoul were selected as samples of this study. The time period of research was from February through March 1999, and answers were processed by SAS to yield frequency analysis, multivariate statistical analysis and regression analysis. The finding of the statistical treatment are frequencies, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis. SERVQUAL method was used the service quality evaluation methods. After factor analysis, it was resulted to 3 factors. those were factor 1(assurance.empathy.responsiveness), factor 2(reliability), factor 3(tangibility). The findings of the statistical treatment are as follows. First, the attribute measurement of performance service quality was affected by customer satisfaction. Second, the attribute measurement of performance service qualify was affected by repurchase intention. Third, The attribute measurement of performance customer satisfaction was affected by repurchase intention. The result of study model was followed, service quality was affected repurchase intention than customer satisfaction. indirected effect through, service duality and customer satisfaction was affected repurchase intention.

  • 정보화 사회가 급속히 확산됨에 따라 국내외 비즈니스 환경 역시 급변하고 있다. 또한 분명한 서비스 품질 향상과 신뢰성의 확보를 위하여 국내외 IDC 사업자는 SLAs(Service Level Agreements) 제도를 시행 또는 추진하고 있다. 인터넷 서버, 계통 및 UPS등에 의한 전원품질은 인터넷 서비스 품질을 결정짓는 주요한 요소의 하나가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 IDC의 고조파 실태를 측정 분석하였고, 다상화(Multi-Phase)를 통한 고조파 저감 효과를 검증하였다.

OFDMA 시스템 상향 링크에서, 임의 접근 채널의 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공을 위한 Backoff 기반 임의 접근 알고리즘 및 그 성능 분석 (Backoff-based random access algorithm for offering differentiated QoS services in the random access channels of OFDMA systems)

  • 본 논문에서는 다중 서비스 다중 사용자 OFDMA 시스템의 임의 접근채널에서 차별화된 서 비스 품질을 제공하기 위하여 backoff기반 임의 접근 알고리즘을 제안하고, 임의 접근 채널의 주 자원인 부채널의 수와 PN-코드의 수가 주어진 경우, 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 각 서비스 클래스 접속 확률의 함수로서, 각 서비스 클래스의 접속 성공 확률, 처리율, 블로킹 확률, 접속 지연관점에서 분석한다. 수치적 분석을 통하여 제안된 backoff 기반 임의 접근 알고리즘이 서로 다른 서비스 클래스의 임의접근 시도들에게 차등한 서비스 품질을 제공할 수 있음을 보였다.
