Even though there are 256 possible 1-qudit(1-variable quantum digit) functions in quaternary logic, the most useful functions are 4!=24 ones capable of representing in QGFSOP expressions by possible permuting of 0,1,2, and 3. In this paper, we propose a permutational literal(PL) representation and a QPL(Quaternary PL) gate which use the operands of a multiplicand A and an augend D in $Ax^C$+D(GF4) operation as a control variable of multi-cascaded PLs. And we also present new PL synthesis algorithms to synthesize QGFSOP expressed 24 (1-qudit) functions by applying three PL operators as ab(mutual permutation), + D(addition), and XA (multiplication). Finally architectures, circuits, and a CMOS implementation to realize proposed PL synthesis algorithms for $Ax^C$+D(GF4) functions are presented.

The purpose of this study is to establish effective quality control activities to maintain proper operation rates and improve the performance of research and development weapon systems. Quality control improvement measures suitable for the actual conditions of our military were identified by comparing the operational methods and advantages/disadvantages of the domestic quality control systems Defense Quality Management System and Defense Quality mark with those of the systems employed in the US(QPL and QML). In order to ensure the reliability of the weapon system, it is imperative to operate a design-oriented self-quality management system through manufacturing-oriented government-led inspection and to expand and reorganize the certification system divided into manufacturing items and companies.

This paper proposes performance measurement method of quality small-group activity in business. This paper collects and analyzes quality circle activities data respect to tangible and intangible effect in national quality circles competitions festival. This paper proposes QPI (quality-circle performance index) based on Balanced Scorecard for quality small-group activity in quality improvement area. QPI is to measure the performance of quality improvement activities in the business firms. QPI is able to use widely in industries to provide a performance measure of quality small-group activity. In this paper, we propose the application method of QPl.

인광석은 Queensland북서쪽 Georgina Basin에 20억 톤이 매장되어 있다. Basin지역의 세 지역에 매장되어 있는데 남부 매장지에는 17.5$\%$ $P_2O_5$를 함유하는 인광석 14억ton, 그리고 직접 선적할 수 있는 $P_2O_5$ 31$\%$ 함량의 인광석 4000ton이 매장되어 있는데 현재 Queensland Phosphate Ltd (QPL)에 의해서 개발되고 있다. 앞으로 이 회사는 76년까지 연간 100만톤의 생산수준을 달성할 것이며 78년까지는 300만톤으로 올릴 것이다. 그리고 동남아세아에 인광석 수출 판로개척을 도모할 것이며 호주정부는 연간 200만ton의 인광석을 수출하기로 결정하였다. BH South Limited (BHS)는 1964년 호주 인광석에 대한 본격적 채굴작업에 들어갔다. 1966년초 Georgina Basin에 대한 탐사가 시작되었고 G.Basine 동쪽에 걸쳐있는 인광석 매장지를 발견하였고 총매장량은 17.5$\%$ $P_2O_5$ 등급으로 20억 ton을 초과하는 수준으로 추정되었다. Georgina Basin에는 세 개의 인광석 매장지대가 있는데, 대규모 Duchess 매장지와 소규모 Ardmore 매장지로 구성되어 있는 남부매장지대는 17.5$\%$, $P_2O_5$ 함유 인광석 14억ton, 그리고 31$\%$ $P_2O_5$ 함유의 직접 선적할 수 있는 4,000만ton의 인광석을 보유하고 있다. 중부매장지대는 Lady Annie와 Lady Jane 매장지로 구성되어 있으며 북부매장지대는 Riversleigh로부터 서쪽으로 Queensland에 이르는 지대의 6개의 소규모 매장지로 구성되어 있다.
