비정상 자궁경부도말에서 AutoPap 300 QC System의 민감도와 Score에 영향을 주는 인자의 평가 (Sensitivity and Scoring of AutoPap 300 QC System for Abnormal Cervicovaginal Cytology)

  • The AutoPap 300 QC System is an automated device for the analysis and classification of conventional cervical cytology slides for quality control purpose. These studies evaluated the sensitivity of the AutoPap 300 QC System, and estimated morphologic features other than epithelial abnormality to identify a high quality control(QC) score with the AutoPap 300 QC System. The sensitivity of the AutoPap 300 QC System at 10% review rate for 210 cases of cervicovaginal cytology with low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL) and higher grade lesion was assessed, and compared with a 10% random rescreening. The morphologic features, such as presence of endocervical component, dirty background, atrophy, abnormal ceil size, and celluiarity of single atypical cells were estimated in 45 cases of no review and 30 cases of QC review cases. The AutoPap 300 QC System identified 119(56.7%) out of 210 cases with LSIL and higher grade lesion at 10% review rate. It was more sensitive to squamous cell lesions$(50{\sim}62%)$ than to glandular lesions(10%). The dirty background and the scanty cellularity of single atypical cells were significantly related to low QC score. Conclusively, AutoPap 300 QC System is superior to human random rescreen for the identification of false negative smears. The upgrading of this device is required to enhance the defection of glandular lesion and certain Inadequate conditions of the slides.

품질관리 전담자 제도 도입이 감사품질에 미치는 영향 (An Influence of Introduction of Full-time Quality Control Personnel System On Audit Quality)

  • 본 연구는 품질관리업무 전담자 제도 도입이 회계법인의 감사품질에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였으며, 현재 시행 중인 상장회사 감사인 등록요건의 주요 내용인 품질관리제도 구축의 중요성을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 감사품질은 선행연구를 따라 재량적 발생액을 이용하여 측정하였고, 품질관리 전담자가 존재하는 회계법인과 품질관리 전담자가 없는 회계법인의 감사품질과 품질관리 전담자 제도 도입 전후 즉, 2015 회계연도 이전과 2016 회계연도 이후의 감사품질을 비교하여 품질관리 전담자 제도가 회계법인의 감사품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 실증결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 품질관리 전담자가 존재하는 회계법인의 감사품질이 품질관리 전담자가 없는 회계법인의 감사품질보다 우수하다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 품질관리 전담자 제도도입 후 회계연도의 감사품질이 도입 전 회계연도의 감사품질보다 우수하다는 것을 확인하였다.

New methods for optical distance indicator and gantry angle quality control tests in medical linear accelerators: image processing by using a 3D phantom

  • Purpose: In order to keep the acceptable level of the radiation oncology linear accelerators, it is necessary to apply a reliable quality assurance (QA) program. Materials and Methods: The QA protocols, published by authoritative organizations, such as the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM), determine the quality control (QC) tests which should be performed on the medical linear accelerators and the threshold levels for each test. The purpose of this study is to increase the accuracy and precision of the selected QC tests in order to increase the quality of treatment and also increase the speed of the tests to convince the crowded centers to start a reliable QA program. A new method has been developed for two of the QC tests; optical distance indicator (ODI) QC test as a daily test and gantry angle QC test as a monthly test. This method uses an image processing approach utilizing the snapshots taken by the CCD camera to measure the source to surface distance (SSD) and gantry angle. Results: The new method of ODI QC test has an accuracy of 99.95% with a standard deviation of 0.061 cm and the new method for gantry angle QC has a precision of $0.43^{\circ}$. The automated proposed method which is used for both ODI and gantry angle QC tests, contains highly accurate and precise results which are objective and the human-caused errors have no effect on the results. Conclusion: The results show that they are in the acceptable range for both of the QC tests, according to AAPM task group 142.

광산지역 토양정밀조사 정도관리(QA/QC) 사례 연구 (A Case Study of Quality Assurance and Control for the Soil Environmental Assessment in Abandoned Mine)

  • A testing inspection is one of the important in the industry, owing to determine the reliability and directivity of testing inspection results. Therefore, the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) work which performed by personnel not directly in the inventory compilation development, in testing inspection must be thoroughly considered. Some agencies for environmental test inspection, they sometimes misunderstood that the QA/QC was ended with proficiency testing performance and on-site assessment by a director. Thus, results were often calculated without QA/QC work by self manual when conducting test. The objective of this study was to improve reliability of testing and inspection agency through the QA/QC case study which basically performed to raising reliability of testing and inspection agency. In this study, it increased reliability of result by verifying calibration curve (IC, ICV, CCV), blank, accuracy (LCS, MS) and precision as QA/QC performance, while performing investigation of soil contamination in mining areas. This study suggests that reliability establishing method of test result and management method of analysis process, through the QA/QC instance of testing agency.

Quercetin과 Methoxylated Quercetin이 육계 다리육의 저장 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Quercetin and Methoxylated Quercetin on Chicken Thigh Meat Quality during Cold Storage)

  • 본 연구는 quercetin의 급여가 닭고기 다리육의 냉장저장 중의 품질변화에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 실시하였다. 1 일령 Ross 320마리 육계 병아리를 8 처리구로 나누어 대조구(CONTROL), 항생제 처리구(AB), vitamin E 20 ppm 처리구(VE 20), vitamin E 200 ppm 처리구(VE200), quercetin 20 ppm(QC 20), quercetin 200 ppm(QC 200), methoxylated quercetin 20 ppm(MQ 20), methoxylated quercetin 200 ppm(MQ 200) 처리구로 나누어 35일간 급여하였다. 급여 후 36일째 도계하여 다리육만 분리하였고, 0, 3, 7일 냉장 저장 기간 동안의 pH, 보수력, 육색, 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. 저장 0일에 AB, VE 20, QC 20, MQ 200 처리구의 pH는 대조구에 비해 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 저장 3일에는 VE 200과 QC 20에서 대조구보다 높은 pH값을 나타내었다(p<0.05). 닭다리육의 명도($L^*$)값은 도계 직후 MQ 20에서 가장 낮은 값을 보였으나, $a^*$값은 저장 3일까지 QC 20 처리구가 대조구에 비해 유의적으로 높은 수준을 나타내었다. 저장 3일의 $b^*$값도 QC 20 처리구에서 낮은 수준을 나타내어 QC 20이 육색에 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 보수력은 저장 3일에 QC 200 처리구에서 대조구보다 유의적으로 높은 수준을 나타내었다. 관능적 특성 중 연도는 MQ 200 처리구에서 대조구와 QC 20 및 MQ 20 처리구에 비해 높은 수준을 나타내었다(p<0.05). 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 quercetin은 닭 다리육의 색도 및 관능적 특성에 부정적으로 영향하지 않으면서도 보수력과 연도를 증진시키기 위한 육계 사료 첨가제로서 이용 가능성이 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • TQC, the features of Japanese QC (JQC), is forced to change now. There are many problems related to QC field, such as magnification of quality objects, social quality, thoroughness of CS, enforcement of PL law, applications of ISO standards concerning the QA system and the environmental management system, and still more recent American industrial tendency which attaches importance to TQM and so forth. Qn the occasion of JQC have passed for fifty years, since 1945. I would like to look back upon its QC history and discuss the meaning of the recent changes in QC concepts and the theoretical framework of its QC.

시정계 자료 특성을 고려한 시정계 자료 품질검사 기법 개발 (Development of Quality Control Method for Visibility Data Based on the Characteristics of Visibility Data)

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 기상청에서 운용중인 시정계 자료의 시공간대표성 및 정확도를 개선하기 위해, 다단계 결정나무 품질검사(decision tree QC) 방법을 개발하고 3년간(2016.03-2019.02) 시정계 자료에 적용하였다. 개발된 QC 방법의 정성적 및 정량적 검증을 위해 기상청에서 제공하는 시정계 자료 및 목측 자료 그리고 노르웨이 기상청의 QC 방법을 사용하였다. 1단계에서는 물리적 범위 초과 및 결측 검사를 수행하여 결측 및 비정상 자료의 합이 총 자료의 10%를 초과하면 해당 지점은 다음 QC에서 제거하였다. 2단계에서는 시정이 시간적으로 연속성 있게 변한다는 가정하에 시간적 연속성 검사를 수행하였고, 임계값을 동적으로 설정하였다. 3단계에서는 시정이 공간적으로 연속성 있게 변한다는 가정하에 공간적 연속성 검사를 수행하였다. 4단계에서는 시정계의 정확도가 시정에 반비례한 점을 고려한 가중평균법으로 10분 주기 시정자료를 산출하였다. 시정계가 처음으로 도입 운용되는 점으로 인해 전체 시정계 자료 중 약 10% 정도가 1단계에서 제거되었다. 또한 안개발생 주변 지역에서는 시정의 공간적 변동성이 연속성 검사를 수행할 수 없을 정도로 매우 크기 때문에 3단계는 적용하지 않았다. 본 연구에서 개발한 QC 방법을 정성적, 정량적 검증한 결과, 초기 자료에 포함된 이상치들이 상당부분 제거되고 시정의 순간적 변동성이 완화됨을 보였다. 또한 목측자료 및 노르웨이 기상청 QC 방법을 이용한 간접적 검증 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 QC 방법이 시정계 자료 품질검사기법으로 사용이 가능함을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of radiation safety supervision in animal clinics using quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of diagnostic X-ray units. The surveys for QA/QC, equipment condition, and safety supervision were carried out in 18 animal clinics randomly. The QA/QC included reproducibility of dose exposure, kVp, mAs, collimator accuracy test, collimator luminance test, X-ray view box luminance test, grounding system equipment test and external leakage current test. As a result, 44.44% of reproducibility of dose exposure was proper, 81. 25% of kVp test was good, and 100% of mAs test was appropriate. Also, 66.66% of collimator accuracy test was proper, 61.11% of collimator luminance test was good, 53.13% of X-ray view box luminance test was suitable. In addition, only 5.55% of grounding system equipment and ground resistance was proper, 63.64% of external leakage current test was appropriate in grounding system equipment test.

KIAPS 자료동화 시스템에서 AMSU-A의 품질검사 및 편향보정 반복기법에 관한 연구 (A Study of Iterative QC-BC Method for AMSU-A in the KIAPS Data Assimilation System)

  • Bias correction (BC) and quality control (QC) are essential steps for the proper use of satellite observations in data assimilation (DA) system. BC should be calculated over quality controlled observation. And also QC should be performed for bias corrected observation. In the Korea Institute of Atmospheric Prediction Systems (KIAPS) Package for Observation Processing (KPOP), we adopted an adaptive BC method that calculates the BC coefficients with background at the analysis time rather than using static BC coefficients. In this study, we have developed an iterative QC-BC method for Advanced Microwave Sounding Unit-A (AMSU-A) to reduce the negative feedback from the interaction between BC and QC. The new iterative QC-BC is evaluated in the KIAPS 3-dimensional variational (3DVAR) DA cycle for January 2016. The iterative QC-BC method for AMSU-A shows globally significant benefits for error reduction of the temperature. The positive impacts for the temperature were predominant at latitudes of $30^{\circ}{\sim}90^{\circ}$ of both hemispheres. Moreover, the background warm bias across the troposphere is decreased. Even though AMSU-A is mainly designed for atmospheric temperature sounding, the improvement of AMSU-A pre-processing module has a positive impact on the wind component over latitudes of $30^{\circ}S$ near upper-troposphere, respectively. Consequently, the 3-day-forecast-accuracy is improved about 1% for temperature and zonal wind in the troposphere.

  • The paper proposes the misuse types of statistical quality tools according to the kind of data and the number of population in DMAIC process of six sigma. The result presented in this paper can be extended to the QC story 15 steps of QC circle. The study also provides the improvement methods about control chart, measurement system analysis, statistical difference, and practical equivalence.
