It is difficult to feed welding wire stably, when the distance between welding wire feeder and welding torch is far enough. In order to solve this problem, arranging a extension wire feeder between them could be one of useful methods. However, the welding wire could be twisted up in the extension cable between extension and terminal wire feeders in the case that RPM of extension wire feeding motor is higher than that of terminal motor. In this study, feeding problem of normal push-pull wire feeding system occurred at low welding current range less than 250A. In order to solve the problem, two new wire feeding systems of push-pull type were introduced. Welding wire feeding tests were preformed in the range of 150A to 400A with the developed push-pull feeding system. In addition, weldability test was performed at the welding current of 200A, 300A, and 400A. The welding wire twisting problem that was observed in the normal feeding system did not occur in the new push-pull wire feeding system.

본 논문에서는 push-pull 감지 회로 구조로 인해 load transient 특성을 개선시킨 LDO를 제안하였다. LDO 레귤레이터 패스 트랜지스터의 입력단과 내부 오차증폭기의 출력단 사이에 제안된 push-pull 감지 회로 구조로 인한 전압 델타 값의 응답 특성을 개선시켜 종래의 LDO 레귤레이터보다 load transient 특성에서 우수한 효과를 가진다. 기존의 LDO 레귤레이터보다 rising time에서는 약 244 ns, falling time에서는 약 90 ns 만큼의 향상된 응답속도를 가진다. 제안된 회로는 Cadence사의 Spectre, Virtuoso 시뮬레이션 tool을 사용하여 samsung 0.13um 공정으로 특성 및 결과를 시뮬레이션 하였다.

본 연구는 재직중인 중장년층의 자립욕구와 창업성공가능성 및 고용안정성이 Push-창업의지를 매개로 Pull-창업의지에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 경제 활성화와 고용확대를 위해 생계형 창업보다는 기회형 창업으로 질적 확대를 권장하고 있지만, 경험과 기술, 기회를 갖고 있는 중장년층이 기회형 창업보다는 생계형 창업으로 양적 창업 확대가 나타나는 것이 현상이다. 본 연구는 이런 현상에 대해 창업의지를 기존의 결과변수로 보기보다는 창업자 개인이 인식하는 창업성공가능성 및 고용안정성에 따라 창업의지를 자립욕구, Push-창업의지, Pull-창업의지로 구분하고 변수로 반영하여 그에 따른 영향을 연구하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 본 연구결과 첫째, 자립욕구는 Pull-창업의지와 Push-창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업성공가능성은 Pull-창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 Push-창업의지에는 유의적 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고용안정성은 Pull-창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 Push-창업의지에는 유의적 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자립욕구는 Pull-창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 Push-창업의지는 부(-)의 영향으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 실업에 밀려서 창업되는 생계형 창업보다는 자립욕구를 갖는 잠재창업자가 Push-창업의지의 상황이 개선되면 Pull-창업의지로 전개될 수 있음 인식하였다. 또한, 자립욕구를 갖는 재직자를 대상으로 창업교육과 창업프로그램의 활성화가 기회형 창업을 확대할 수 있는 방안으로 본다.

Traditional Manufacturing method is push system by plan made in advance and Japanese manufacturing method represented by JUST-IN-TIME is pull system which respond's to the demand flexibly. Both have their pros and cons. In general, it is well understood that push system is faster than pull system in the sense of manufacturing speed. However, pull system such as JIT excelles dramatically in the sense of work in process. Therefore, this paper is trying to put together to get alternative which has the advantage of both system. The objective of the paper is to enhance the effect of built-in manufacturing system without paying extra cost by way of introducing the alternative of the pull-push manufacturing strategic operational method.

본 논문에서는 Push-Pull 방식의 DC/DC 컨버터를 기초한 새로운 MIC 토폴로지를 제안한다. Push-Pull 컨버터의 변압기의 중간탭에 스위치를 추가하여 입력전류량을 제어하고 인버터는 Unfolder 형태로 스위칭하여 계통과 연계한다. 제안된 토폴로지는 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통하여 MIC에 적합한 회로임을 검증하였다.

온라인 판매가 무서운 성장세를 보여주고 있음에도 불구하고, 소비자 채널 전환행동 영역에서 오프라인 밴드왜건이 여전히 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 소비자의 오프라인에서 온라인 소매업자로의 전환행동을 탐색하는 기존연구와 달리, 본 연구는 push-pull-mooring 모델을 기반으로 소비자가 온라인에서 오프라인 채널로 전환하는 이유와 시점에 중점을 두어 살펴본다. 따라서, 본 연구는 구조방정식 모델과 SPSS를 이용하여 설립된 연구가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과는 예상대로 push 요인(지각된 위험과 불만족)과 pull 요인(대안매력과 지각된 주인의식)이 모두 소비자의 온라인에서 오프라인 채널로의 전환의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, push 요인과 전환비용간의 상호작용 및 pull 요인과 주관적 규범간의 상호작용을 제외하고, 모든 push 요인과 mooring 요인(전환비용, 다양성 추구 성향과 주관적 규범)간의 상호작용 및 pull 요인과 mooring 요인간의 상호작용이 검증되었다. 마지막으로 시사점과 한계점을 더불어 제시하였다.

Push-pull strength has been found to be associated with various work factors such as height, distance, repetition, duration, posture and individual factors. Therefore, this study was performed to investigate the effect of various work factors on push-pull strength and muscle recruitment pattern. Work factors were consisted of grip height(elbow, shoulder), grip distance(100%, 50%, and 25% of maximum grip distance) and shoulder angle(neutral($90^{\cire}$), and abduction($45^{\cire}$, $0^{\cire}$)) during sitting work. The results showed that the normalized strength and EMG value were higher at the elbow height than the shoulder height, and increased with grip distance and shoulder adduction. The results of ANOVA showed that there was significant difference on muscle recruitment patterns among the task conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to consider work factors as well as strength to prevent workers from work-related injuries.

We have synthesized a series of push-pull porphyrins containing both donor and acceptor substituents at the mesopositions and have examined their spectral and biological properties. The push-pull porphyrins containing both strong donor $NH_2$ and acceptor $NO_2$ at meso-positions, in which donor group condensed with the ligand, (2,6-bis(4-methylpiperazine-1-yl-methyl)-4-formlyphenol (L) to form imine linkages with porphyrin. The Schiff base ligand 5-[4-(2,6-bis(4-methylpiperazine-1-yl-methyl)-4-iminomethylphenol)phenyl]-10,15,20-tris(4-nitrophenyl) porphyrin [$an_3$(TPP)L] can be synthesized from 2,6-bis(4-methylpiperazine-1-yl-methyl)-4-formylphenol (L) and 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10, 15,20-tris(4-nitrophenyl)porphyrin. The push-pull porphyrin [$an_3$(TPP)L] was metallated to get copper, nickel and zinc complexes. The spectral, electrochemical, antibacterial, antifungal and cytotoxicity properties of all the donor- acceptor push-pull porphyrins and their complexes were characterized and studied.

본 논문에서는 새로운 신뢰성 있는 푸쉬풀 컨버터를 제안하였다. 제안된 컨버터는 기존의 푸쉬풀 컨버터에 비해 두 개의 다이오드가 추가된 구조를 갖는다. 이 추가된 다이오드로 인해서 푸쉬풀 컨버터의 두 개의 MOSFET 스위치 중에 한 개가 켜진 상태이면 다른 MOSFET는 자동으로 오프 상태를 유지한다. 그러므로 컨버터가 매우 큰 전기적인 노이즈 환경에 있더라도 두 개의 스위치가 켜지면서 회로가 단락되는 것을 막을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 100 kHz의 스위칭 주파수를 갖는 컨버터를 노이즈 환경에서 PLECS 소프트웨어로 시뮬레이션하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 컨버터 스위치의 전류는 $20{\mu}sec$의 전기적인 노이즈 환경에서 10 % 정도 증가한다. 그러나, 컨버터는 단락현상이 없이 신뢰성 있게 동작한다.

The aims of study were to provide basic data for the internationalization of Contract Foodservice Management Companies (CFMC) and to gain a better understanding of internal push-and-pull factors through in-depth interviews. The interviewees were managers of four large CFMCs and one small-to-medium CFMC. The non-structured interview format employed an interview guide of open-ended questions. All interviews were digitally recorded and notes were taken simultaneously by an interview assistant. The narrative data analysis involved transcription, coding, classification by categories, and content analysis. Eighty-eight codes were generated from the interview analyses, and the subordinate variables uncovered included seven push factors, eight pull factors, one interactive factor, and 10 internal dynamics. These factors will be useful in further studies of the internal operations of specific CFMCs, and more generally, the practical condition of the industry.
