The research shows how the technological change of 'Information and Communication Technology' (ICT) is accompanied with the usage change. It aims to provide a better conceptualization with empirical findings about the fact that the technological development of ICT is a convergence process of ICT factors with the usage of ICT moving from a limited coverage toward a general-purpose. The research adapts a descriptive methodology on a historical matter and demonstrates how it can be conducted through analytical description of Input-Output tables (I/O) the over periods. The case is about the UK with sequential I/O during 1970s- 90s.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between job creation and ICT usage in service industries. This research is particularly important because job creation is one of the most critical issues for the country. With technology innovation and system integration, manufacturing industries do not create enough employment, therefore, the society relies on service industries for creating job opportunities. Until now, due to limitations, analysis of job creation in service industries through ICT usage has not been investigated in depth. Thus, development of an effective ICT support policy was impossible. In this research, we used seven methods to investigate overall relationship between ICT usage level and job creation. A rule of large numbers has been applied to reach conclusion. Through this research, the government can focus its investment on service industries where job creation rate is the highest. We can expect both reinforcement in competitiveness of our service industry and continuous creation in employment, eventually leading to a virtuous cycle.

본 연구의 목적은 한국 중국 미국 소비자를 대상으로 가족적 맥락에서의 ICT 이용을 비교함으로써 국가 문화적 맥락이 미치는 영향력을 확인하는 데에 있다. 이를 위하여 한국 중국 미국의 소비자를 대상으로 가족을 위한 ICT 이용에 대한 국가별 소비자의 태도를 확인하고, 가족적 차원에서 이를 얼마나 다양하게 이용하고 있는지 탐색해보고자 하였다. 이를 토대로 각국의 소비자가 가족생활에서의 ICT 이용 행태에 따라 어떻게 유형화될 수 있는지 실증하고자 하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 통계 패키지 프로그램 SPSS 22를 이용하여 빈도분석 및 요인분석, ANOVA 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 한국 중국 미국 소비자의 ICT 보유 현황은 전 세계적 흐름과 일맥상통하는 부분이 있는 반면, 세부 항목에서는 차이를 보였다. 가족과 관련한 이용 역시 서로 유사한 측면이 발견되었으나, 국가에 따라 그 정도의 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 소비자 유형화 결과, 세 국가에서 동일한 유형이 발견되었지만 그 구성 비율에 있어 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 국가별 ICT 소비자를 이해하는 데에 있어 사회 문화적 맥락의 중요성을 제기하였다는 의의를 지닌다.

본 연구의 목적은 OECD PISA 자료를 활용하여 우리나라 학생들의 ICT 접근 및 활용 수준의 변화를 살펴보고 이를 기초로 초 중등학생 ICT 교육의 발전 방향을 탐색하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해, 2009년부터 2015년까지 실시된 OECD PISA 'ICT 친숙도 조사' 공통 문항을 중심으로 우리나라와 OECD 국가 평균의 조사 주기별 추이를 비교 분석하였다. 조사대상은 만 15세 학생이며, 분석 방법은 표집 가중치를 고려하여 각 항목에 대한 응답 비율을 산출하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정에서의 ICT 접근성은 2009년부터 2015년까지 증가하였으나 OECD 평균보다는 지속적으로 낮은 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 인터넷 사용 시간은 OECD 평균보다 낮았으며, 2012년보다 2015년에 주중 인터넷 사용시간은 증가하였으나 주말 인터넷 사용시간은 오히려 감소하였다. 셋째, 학교에서의 ICT 접근성은 2009년부터 2012년까지 감소하다가 2015년에는 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있으나 2015년을 기준으로 OECD 평균보다 낮은 수준을 보였다. 넷째, 학생들의 컴퓨터 최초 활용 나이 비율은 2012년부터 2015년까지 6세 이하를 기준으로 했을 때 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 OECD 평균에 못 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 학생들의 디지털기기 사용은 2012년에서 2015년까지 오락을 위한 인터넷 검색, SNS 활동은 증가폭이 컸으나 이메일, 온라인 채팅, 프로그램 다운로드, 인터넷 뉴스 읽기, 실용적 정보 수집 등 일상적 활용 수준은 오히려 감소하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 기초로 우리나라 초 중등학생 ICT 교육의 개선을 위한 정책 방안을 제안하였다.

Mobile easy payment is a term for using mobile devices to facilitate financial transactions. Mobile easy payment is a quickly emerging practice, supported by the dramatic increase of mobile phone or device users around the world. The purpose of this study is to classify user's group of the mobile easy payment service by their lifestyle based on I-VALS type and to investigate differences in usage behavior among the user groups. For empirical study, a questionnaire survey was carried out with users of mobile easy payment services using the Internet from June 7 to 10 in 2016. We conducted factor analysis for I-VALS, usage factors, satisfaction factors. We also performed cluster analysis for group classification, and analysis of variance, cross analysis to compare the different usage behavior among the user groups. In analysis results, first three cluster appeared including "ICT task-oriented group", ICT positive and socialities oriented group", "ICT leader-oriented group". Second, it was found significant differences among the clusters about factor of "easy of use", "securities", "universality", "satisfaction". Third, we showed that there were significant differences in time first used the service. Based on these findings, we provide practical implications. Results of our study can be expected to provide the basis of differentiated marketing strategy of mobile easy payment services.

Purpose: In the current era of rapid development of the information and communication technologies (ICT) sector, the formation of an effective regulatory approach is important. There are some methodological shortcomings and difficulties in the approach system of international organizations that assesses the level of application of ICT in various areas in terms of quantity and quality. The basic element of economic growth differs according to the economic conditions prevailing in the period and the country. While the agricultural sector plays an active role in economic growth or development in an underdeveloped country, in a developed country, capital-intensive and even technology-intensive production is the main element of economic growth. From this point of view, the contribution of information and communication technologies (ICT) to Azerbaijan's socio-economy for the period between 2010-2020 will be examined. Research design and methodology: The unit root test and Granger causality test were applied by taking the CDPPC per Capita, Employment, and Unemployment Rate from the social-o-economic data as the dependent variable, fixed and mobile phone usage and internet usage as the independent variables. The principal results: According to the results obtained; It has been determined that the use of ICT positively affects the socio-economic economic situation.

본 연구의 목적은 ICT를 활용한 문제 해결 과정에서 학습자의 기능 및 논리적인 사고의 경향성을 밝히고, 이를 통하여 ICT 활용 교육의 목표와 본질적인 가치를 추구하기 위하여 교수-학습과정에서 어떠한 노력이 필요한지 연구하는 데에 있다. 연구 방법으로 문서 작성 프로그램을 사용하여 학생들에게 탐구문제의 텍스트 자료를 표와 차트로 변환하는 수행 평가를 실시하였고, 이 수행 과정에서 요구되는 사항을 기능적인 영역과 논리적인 영역으로 작성한 기준 항목에 따라 3차에 걸쳐 채점을 하였다. 연구의 결과 전반적으로는 학생들이 프로그램을 시용할 때 기능과 논리 영역 중 기능적인 부분에서 더 중점적으로 사고를 하는 경향이 나타났으며, 전공이나 학년, 컴퓨터 실력, 자격증 보유 여부 등에 따라서도 기능적인 영역에서 우수한 것으로 확인되었다.

2012년 8월 경기도 소재 영재학급 중 정보과학전공 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$초등학교 학생 67명과 수과학전공 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$초등학교 38학생 명을 대상으로 2박 3일간의 융합형 정보과학영재캠프를 실시하였으며, 캠프 기간 중에 총 105명의 참여 학생에 대한 ICT 활용 실태를 조사하고 이에 대한 특징을 분석하였다. 캠프에 참여한 영재학생들을 대상으로 실시한 ICT 활용실태 관련 설문 문항은 20문항으로 구성하였다. ICT 활용실태 관련 조사 결과의 주요 내용을 요약하면 영재학생들은 평균적으로 7~9세 사이에 컴퓨터 사용을 시작(51.9%)하였으며, 자신의 컴퓨터 활용 수준이 보통(50.0%)이라고 생각하고 있었고, 자신의 학습에 도움이 될 수 있는 다양한 분야의 교육을 받고 싶어 하는 것으로 조사되었다. 정보과학분야 영재학생들과 수과학분야 영재학생들과의 차이점을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보과학분야 영재학생들은 수과학 분야 학생들보다 컴퓨터 활용 시간이 많았으며, 자신의 컴퓨터 활용능력이 우수하다고 답변한 비율이 높았고, 컴퓨터의 활용이 학습에 도움이 된다고 응답한 비율도 높게 조사되었다. 둘째, 컴퓨터의 사용 측면에서도 정보과학분야 영재학생들은 교육 및 학습(56.9%)에 사용하는 것이 가장 많았던 반면, 수과학 분야 영재학생들은 여가활동(40.5%)이 가장 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 향후 배우고 싶은 컴퓨터 관련 분야에 대한 조사에서도 정보과학분야 영재학생들은 컴퓨터 프로그래밍(33.8%)이 가장 많은 것으로 조사되었으나, 수과학 분야 영재학생들은 발표자료 작성(26.3%)이 가장 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 결론적으로 영재학생들의 ICT 활용 실태를 분석한 결과 일반적인 부분에서는 두 그룹 간 큰 차이점을 발견할 수 없었으나, 컴퓨터 사용에 대한 자신감, 컴퓨터 사용 분야, 컴퓨터 관련 교육 분야 등에서는 차이가 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

As the information society appears, the increasing power and access of personal computers along with wide spread use of the information technology has not only changed the landscape for communication but it has opened up new and exciting opportunities for education. One of the ways that information technology could help improve education is to be used in interactive communication to share the knowledge and experience of all the teachers as well as students. In this paper, the use and application of information communication technology[ICT] into mathematics classroom are described and showed several examples. furthermore, the web site design and developed for this study was introduced of the purpose of sharing the ideas about the knowledge and usage of the history of mathematics and examples of mathematical connections. The study suggests that enabling mathematics in incorporating of ICT by teachers and students requires more effort to be made in training teachers on the use and application of ICT into mathematics classroom.

현재의 빅데이터 환경은 비즈니스 목적뿐 아니라 다양한 목적을 위해 활용될 가능성이 있다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구에서는 빅데이터를 해 일반 대중들의 종교에 대한 인식 등을 분석하여, ICT 환경에서의 종교의 모습을 되돌아 보고, 나아가 종교적 측면에서의 ICT활용에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
