  • This paper discusses a multi-dimensional analysis for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). For this, We propose a decision-making methodology which employs three analysis models. The first model is a three-dimension positioning map to derive a strategy which achieves the Process Value Line (PVL). The second model is the web-shape analysis model to visibly understand the individual based on the customer CSI (Customer Satisfactory Index) data. The third model which supports the web-shape analysis model, is the relative satisfactory analysis model. It considers a satisfaction level after purchasing against before purchasing. Then we perform overall analysis based on the three analysis models to provide marketing strategies to decision makers.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that influence the purchasing behavior of NFT collectibles consumers, using the value-based acceptance model (VAM). As the use of NFTs is predicted to become more widespread in the near future, it is important to explore how these consumers make purchasing decisions. Design/methodology/approach This study employed text analysis and in-depth interviews to identify the factors of benefits and sacrifices perceived by consumers. Based on the results of the exploratory study, a research model and hypotheses were established. To test the hypotheses, an online survey was conducted, and the data was analyzed using a structural equation model. Findings The major findings of this study showed that perceived benefit factors had a significant positive impact on consumers' perceived value of NFT collectibles, whereas perceived sacrifice factors did not have a significant effect on perceived value. Also, when consumers' social needs were met, their perceived value was highest. Lastly, the effect of perceived value on purchase intention was not affected by the level of psychological ownership.

  • This study examined the menu management and utilization of cooking equipment at school foodservice operations in the Chonbuk area. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from a total of 193 school dietitians. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS v. 11.5 program. The results are summarized as follows. Among the 193 schools, 58.5% were elementary schools and 41.5% were middle and high schools. Approximately 97% of the schools prepared meals in the conventional manner. Among the school, 68.4% had a menu cycle of 1${\sim}$2 weeks. The frequency of using convenience foods was significantly different between the elementary schools and middle and high schools(p<0.001). Approximately 45% of the dietitians responded that the most important details for menu planning were menu variety and consumer preference. However, 66.8% of the dietitians responded that a key problem for menu planning was limited and worn-out kitchen equipment. Although the cost of purchasing cooking equipment is high, most dietitians responded they have high needs for equipment in order to meet of the quantity demands of food production. In terms of utilized cooking equipment, most schools had mixers, vegetable cutters, choppers, dish washers, etc. Yet the amenities most often lacking were meat slicers, composting machines, ovens, and griddles. In utilizing the cooking equipment, there was no significant difference between the dietitians in the elementary(3.67) schools and those in the middle and high school foodservice systems(3.70); however, the utilization level was poor. Therefore, governmental regulatory agencies should review and finance support for purchasing cooking equipment. Finally, purchasing analysis was conducted regarding the dietitians' opinions on menu recipes and useful equipment.

  • This study is to contribute to the policy decision of cosmetic industry through analyzing marketing mix factors which affects customers' buying intention. For this study, marketing mix factors that impact on cosmetic customers purchasing intention were collected and chi-square independence analysis of SPSS and qualitative analysis technology of Kano & Timko were used. Analysis reached one conclusion, which factors were maximizing customers satisfaction, shows the price discount policy and recommendation from family and colleague. Product's effectiveness, usefulness and skin compatibility were rated as an one-dimensional quality as those factors were linearly affected when customers needs were satisfied. However product's containers, package design, colors, brand reputation, low and middle price, distribution channel and advertising medias were investigated as an indifferent quality and they were rated as low satisfaction/dissatisfaction coefficient of Timko. Therefore they do not need to invest to those factors too much budget for attaining customers' buying intention.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct and indirect effects of insurance consumption satisfaction including psychological needs of consumers that induce voluntary purchase motivation based on psychological self-determinism theory. The research hypotheses and models were verified through structural equation analysis using online surveys of 1,225 insurance consumers. • This study obtains information required for a comprehensive understanding of the brand-switching behavior by cosmetics consumers and for the establishment of effective strategies to make customers more loyal to the company. The study examines the relationships between customer shopping orientation and brand switching motives with respect to cosmeceuticals. A descriptive survey method using a self-administered questionnaire was employed. The sample consisted of 1,258 females between the ages of 20's and 30's residing in Seoul and the Gyeonggi area who use whitening products, sunscreen, or other anti-aging cosmetics. The results showed that shopping orientation influenced brand-switching motives in regards to purchasing cosmeceuticals. The orientation of depending on information and seeking fashion trend were the major factors to induce brand-switching behavior in purchasing whitening products, sunscreen, and anti-aging treatments. However, there were differences in the type of factors of shopping orientation and in their intensity of affecting brand-switching motives depending on the specific cosmeceuticals. In particular, in the case of sunscreen, as compared to other products, the customer shopping orientation should be considered from more diverse perspectives in order to formulate effective marketing strategies related to brand switching. In light of these results, customer shopping orientation with respect to cosmeceuticals is a variable that influences the cause brand switching. Therefore, differentiated marketing strategies that reflect the different characteristics of shopping orientation according to each item of cosmeceuticals are recommended to improve the satisfaction level of the companies' target market. Current consumer needs for practical benefits and for new products should be simultaneously reflected in the plans for new product development of each type of cosmeceutical.
