모바일 쇼핑의 소비자 구매행동에 관한 연구 - 사용자 특성, 플로우 경험, 지각된 위험, 관여 유형를 중심으로 - (A Study on Consumers Purchasing Behavior of Mobile Shopping - User Characteristics, Flow, Perceived Risk, Involvement -)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 쇼핑에서 소비자가 제품을 구매하기 위한 구매행동 및 의사결정에 대한 요인에 대해 알아보고, 모바일 소비자 행동을 알아보기 위해 문제인식, 정보탐색, 대안평가, 구매행동 단계로 구매의사결정과정을 정의하고 각 단계별 요인이 소비자 구매결정에 어떤 역할과 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석을 통해 모바일 쇼핑의 소비자 구매행동을 규명하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 정보탐색의 사용자 특성은 플로우에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보탐색 단계의 사용자 특성과 대안평가의 지각된 위험 관계에서 이익인지가 높을수록 시간손실에 대한 지각된 위험은 낮아지고 기술수준이 높으면 지각된 위험이 높아지며, 혁신성은 위험지각에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 부분 채택 되었다. 셋째, 플로우 경험과 구매의도 관계에서는 원거리존재감과 도전은 구매의도에 영향을 미치지 않고 흥분, 주의집중, 통제는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 부분적 유의하며, 지각된 위험과 구매의도는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 실용적 관여와 감각적 관여의 관여 유형에 따라 소비자 구매행동의 차이를 분석한 결과 사용자 특성과 플로우, 지각된 위험은 제품 유형에 따라 탐색과정에 차이가 있으며 구매의도가 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의했다.

The Impact of Marketing and Brand Value on the Long-Term Purchasing Behavior Regarding Industrial Goods.

  • Purpose - This study aims to determine the effects of marketing factors on the long-term purchasing behavior regarding industrial goods, using data from wholesalers and retailers. Research design, data, and methodology - We used multiple regression analysis and 3-step regressions to investigate causality. We used 177 questionnaires targeting wholesalers and retailers of industrial goods. Results - First, long-term purchasing behavior is positively related only with advertising and marketing factors. Second, the relationship between marketing factors and brand value show that the physical environment, word-of-mouth advertising, and publicity are positively related, except advertising and sales promotion, respectively. Third, brand value and long-term purchasing behavior are positively related. Finally, brand value is not a mediator between marketing factors and long-term purchasing behavior. Conclusion - This study suggests that industrial goods providers should use marketing strategies that are different from those used in the consumer market. Further, if they want to maintain long-term relationships, they should increase their brand value.

전북 지역 학교 급식소의 식품 구매 관리 실태 조사 (A Survey of Food Purchasing Management at Schools in the Chonbuk Area of Korea)

  • This study was conducted to investigate food purchasing management and the perception of school dietitians regarding food quality standards in the Chonbuk area of Korea. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from a total 205 dietitians and then evaluated using SPSS v. 11.5. The results are summarized as follows. Among the 205 school foodservice systems evaluated, 63.4% used a conventional system, while 36.6% were operated in a commissary manner. In addition, 64.9% of the schools had a menu cycle of 1 week (p<0.05) and 72.2% of the dietitians were responsible for the entire purchasing process (p<0.05). Moreover, a dietitian, school staff, foodservice staff, and parents participated in receiving and inspection of the food at 95.6% of the schools. Additionally, wholesalers and informal purchasing were preferred for purchasing food supplies. Moreover, 33.3% of dietitians in the commissary systems responded that they made Kimchi themselves instead of purchasing it (p<0.01). When the dietician's perception of food quality was evaluated, the average score was 3.33 based on a 5-point scale, although the scores differed significantly between dieticians working in conventional systems and those working in commissary systems (p<0.05). The scores for the quality standards related to the GMO agricultural and pesticide residues were the lowest. These findings indicate that it is necessary to develop standardized food quality and purchasing criteria and to provide education regarding these criteria to school dietitians to enable them to improve their knowledge regarding food quality standards and to implement effective purchasing programs.

IT와 SCM 프로세스 관리역량이 e-SCM 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impact of IT and SCM Process Management Capability on e-SCM Performance)

  • The main purpose of this study is to define antecedents that influence e-SCM synchronization and to investigate how it affects e-SCM performance. We, therefore, investigate (1) the impact of firms' internal IT planning capabilities on e-SCM synchronization and on SCM process management capability, (2) the impact of firms' internal IT infrastructure on e-SCM synchronization and on SCM process management capability, (3) the impact of firms' internal SCM process management capabilities on e-SCM synchronization, and finally (4) the impact of e-SCM synchronization on SCM performance. A survey has been administrated to the firms' SCM and marketing staffs and 171 returns analyzed. The results show that (1) IT plan has not direct impacts on e-SCM synchronization, but has direct impacts on organizational support, purchasing, and operations processes except logistics process. IT plan, however, has indirect impacts on e-SCM synchronization through purchasing and operations of SCM process management capability. (2) IT infrastructure has both direct and indirect effects on e-SCM synchronization, and also has direct impacts on organizational support, purchasing, and operations processes except logistics process. (3) SCM process management capabilities have direct impacts on e-SCM synchronization. Among these SCM core processes purchasing positively influences operations, which in turn positively influences logistics process management capability. (4) e-SCM synchronization has positive impacts on SCM performance indicator (SCOR), such as delivery reliability, responsiveness & flexibility, and cost. These results indicate that e-SCM synchronization can be critical to achieve better internal performance like cost and external performance like delivery reliability, responsiveness & flexibility of firms' SCM. In sum, this study demonstrates that the intervening role of e-SCM synchronization between e-SCM performance and IT management capability and between e-SCM performance and SCM core process management capability has been significant in achieving better e-SCM performance. Therefore, it can be suggested that e-SCM performance should be accomplished in consequence of the acceleration of e-SCM synchronization through the enhancement of preceding factors for the e-SCM synchronization.

MRO e-Marketplace의 지배구조와 구매업무성과에 관한 종단적 연구 (A Longitudinal Study on the Effects of the Governance Structure of MRO e-Marketplace on Purchasing Performance)

  • This study focuses on MRO e-Marketplace and attempts to research how companies select the structure of e-Marketplace governance and how it influences purchasing performance. Furthermore, a longitudinal study is conducted to analyze the dynamic relationship between variables in our research model. The research gives the following results. First, as the utilization level of e-Marketplace increases, the level of relational exchange between purchasing company and e-Marketplace increases. The increased utilization level enhances purchasing efficiency rather than reducing purchasing price. Secondly, as the level of relational exchange between purchasing companies and e-Marketplace increases, system integration increases, whereas supply externality decreases. Accordingly, system integration improves purchasing efficiency, whereas the low supply externality does not help lower purchasing price. Third, compared to the initial growth stage, the stable stage of e-Marketplace has the significantly increased level of relational exchange and purchasing efficiency through system integration, rather than the reduction of purchasing price by supply externality.

관광구매단계에서의 관광옴니채널 선택요인, 만족도, 구매의도 등에 관한 영향관계 분석 (Analysing the Relationship among Tourism Omnichannel Selecting Factor, Satisfaction and Purchasing Intention on the Tourism Purchasing Stage)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 관광의 상품적 특성을 고려하여 관광옴니채널의 구매단계에 대한 실증분석을 통한 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제공하자 함이다. 연구의 절차 및 방법은 이론적 연구에 의거하여 가설 설정하며 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 하는 것이다. 연구분석 결과로서 1) 구매단계에서의 관광옴니채널의 선택요인과 만족도간에는 긍정적 영향관계가 있으며, 2) 관광객의 옴니채널에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 관광상품에 대한 구매의도는 높아지며, 3) 관광옴니채널 선택요인(편의성, 신뢰성)과 만족도간의 관계에 대하여 관광경험은 정(+)의 조절 역할을 하며, 4) 관광옴니채널 선택요인(신뢰성)과 만족도간의 관계에서 재무적 위험은 부(-)의 조절 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 실증분석결과는 편의성과 경험을 중시하는 일반적인 옴니채널의 지식체계를 관광분야로 확장시켰다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 가질 수 있겠다. 향후는 관광옴니채널이 발달함에 따라 보다 다양한 변수와 설문체계가 적용된 분석이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

할인구매옵션을 고려한 동적 재생산계획문제 (A Dynamic Remanufacturing Planning Problem with Discount Purchasing Options)

  • This paper considers a remanufacturing and purchasing planning problem, in which either used products(or wastes) are remanufactured or remanufactured products(or final products) are purchased to satisfy dynamic demands of remanufactured products over a discrete and finite time horizon. Also, as remanufactured products are purchased more than or equal to a special quantity Q, a discount price policy is applied. The problem assumes that the related cost(remanufacturing and inventory holding costs of used products, and the purchasing and inventory holding costs of remanufactured products) functions are concave and backlogging is not allowed. The objective of this paper is to determine the optimal remanufacturing and purchasing policy that minimizes the total cost to satisfy dynamic demands of remanufactured products. This paper characterizes the properties of the optimal policy and then, based on these properties, presents a dynamic programming algorithm to find the optimal policy. Also, a network-based procedure is proposed for the case of a large quantity of low cost used products. A numerical example is then presented to demonstrate the procedure of the proposed algorithm.

위험이 구매의도에 미치는 영향의 재조명 : 전자상거래 이용자 집단의 혁신성을 중심으로 (Reexamination of Effect of Perceived Risk on Purchasing Intention)

  • There are so many studies on perceived risk and purchasing intention. But the results of those studies were inconsistent; some studies showed the positive effect of perceived risk on purchasing intention; others showed the negative effect. This research supposed that the inconsistence of studies resulted from the difference of group innovativeness and set up research hypotheses : among users from the lower innovativeness group, perceived risk has a negative effect on purchasing intention, but from the higher group, perceived risk has a positive effect on purchasing intention. We compared Internet shopping mall users of South Korea representing low innovativeness with those of China representing high innovativeness. The results provided that among South Korean users, perceived risk had the statistically insignificant negative effect on purchasing intention, but among Chinese users, it had the statistically significant positive effect on purchasing intention. Additionally, this study found that perceived risk influenced users' fun which in turn influenced purchasing intention.

베이커리 소비자의 특성 및 구매행동에 따른 선택속성 차이 (Difference in Bakery Choice Attributes according to Consumers' Characteristics and Purchasing Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in bakery choice attributes according to consumers' general characteristics and purchasing behavior. Among 350 questionnaires distributed to bakery consumers, 277 complete questionnaires (79.1%) were analyzed. Bakery choice attributes were classified into five factors: "environment and image", "bakery product features", "location", "employee service", and "price and sales promotion"; the mean scores of these factors' importance levels were 3.59, 3.58, 3.49, 3.36, and 3.00, respectively. Males considered 'employee service' factor significantly more than did females. Further, the importance level of 'employee service' factor was significantly greater as consumer's age increased. The importance levels of 'bakery product features' and 'employee service' factors were considered significantly more by consumers who spent KRW10,000-15,000 than those who spent KRW5,000 or less. 'Price and sales promotion' was considered to be more important by consumers who obtained information from the Internet than from the TV and radio. 'Location' factor was considered to be more significant as purchasing frequency increased. Such differences in importance level of bakery choice attributes according to consumers' gender, age, job, and purchasing behavior should be considered and applied to the development of marketing strategies targeted at consumers.

공정무역 커피에 대한 소비가치가 브랜드 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Brand Attitude and Purchase Intention on Consumption Values of Fair Trade Coffee)

  • When purchasing products or services, consumers tend to purchase multiple value attributes through the acquisition of a product rather than physical characteristics. This study empirically analyzed the relations between consumption value, brand attitude, and purchase intention of customers purchasing fair-trade coffee, by dividing consumption values that would have significant effects on consumers' actual purchase behavior into five levels. Among the consumption value factors of customers purchasing fair-trade coffee, the functional value, social value, emotional value, and rare value all had significant effects on brand attitude and purchase intention while the influence of situational value on brand attitude and purchase intention was not verified. These finding are partially concordant with those of preceding studies, and the consumption value of consumers purchasing fair-trade coffee has positive effects on purchase behavior; therefore, it would be necessary for companies selling fair-trade products to understand consumers' specific values. Moreover, analysis of the influence of brand attitude on purchase intention of customers purchasing fair-trade coffee revealed that purchase intention increased when brand attitude was higher. These finding indicate that it is necessary to identify measures to increase purchase intention by targeting consumer groups with high brand attitude with intensive promotions.
