페이스북 사용자의 '댓글'반응경향과 게시글의 '좋아요' 수가 광고효과에 미치는 영향 (Advertising effects of tendency of Facebook user's writing 'comment' and the number of 'like' in posting)

  • 본 연구는 페이스북 사용자의 '댓글'반응경향과 게시글의 '좋아요' 수가 포스팅된 제품에 대한 태도와 구매의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 남녀 대학생 135명의 피험자를 '댓글'반응 경향이 높은 집단과 낮은 집단으로 나누고 게시글의 '좋아요' 수를 고(高)/저(低) 조건으로 구분하여, 페이스북 뉴스피드에 게시된 제품관련 글을 읽도록 한 후 제품태도와 구매의도를 측정하였다. 변량분석 결과 '댓글'반응 경향 고/저에 따른 제품태도와 구매의도에는 차이가 나타나지 않았지만, '댓글'반응경향과 '좋아요' 수 고/저에 따른 상호작용이 유의하였다. 즉, '댓글'반응경향이 높은 사용자는 게시글의 '좋아요' 수에 따른 제품태도와 구매의도에 차이가 없었지만, '댓글'반응경향이 낮은 사용자는 '좋아요' 수 저(低)조건보다 '좋아요' 수 고(高)조건에서 더 호의적인 제품태도와 높은 구매의도를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 페이스북 광고의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 사용자의 '좋아요' 반응을 많이 유발하는 것이 유용하며, '좋아요' 수가 많은 게시물 노출을 통해 사용자의 제품태도와 구매의도가 향상되는 것을 실증적으로 확인하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

온라인 의류구매 시 가상착의 시뮬레이션 활용 및 선호도 분석 (Analysis of Utilization of Virtual Try on Simulation and Consumers' Preference in Apparel Online Shopping)

  • Recent rapid development of computer, information communication and Web service technologies is exerting considerable effects on all industrial areas. As such digital technologies are also introduced to the clothing and fashion industry and create 'virtual garment environment' consisting of 3D virtual bodies, virtual garments and virtual try-on systems, consumers are now able to try virtual garments on their virtual body online. This study was conducted in order to analyze consumers' tendency of clothing purchase using 3D virtual simulation technology, which is increasing attention throughout the world, and to propose strategies on the development of virtual try-on technology for activating apparel online shopping. The subjects of this study were men and women aged 18 or older living in the North Carolina State, U.S., and a questionnaire survey was conducted with them on their tendency of apparel online shopping and their preference for real garments and virtual garments. According to the results of this study, consumers' awareness of apparel shopping using virtual try-on was still low. Moreover, in the results of surveying consumers' purchase preference for real garments and virtual garments, preference was highest for real garment (P), which was followed by virtual garments OA, OB and BB. Based on the results of this study, for the activation of apparel online shopping using virtual simulation technology, it is considered necessary to provide services implementing virtual try-on similar to consumers' actual try-on. This requires further active research and technology development on virtual try-on simulation using digital technologies.

패션제품에 대한 모바일 쇼핑 사이트 유형별 커머스 전략 연구 (A Study on Commerce Strategies by Mobile Shopping Site Types for Fashion Products)

  • This study analyzed consumers' online fashion shopping site usage by site type and analyzed how product information search and product purchase differ. In addition, by comparing and analyzing preference and selection factors of PC and mobile shopping, we tried to provide basic data of effective mobile commerce operation strategy according to expansion of mobile market in fashion industry. We surveyed the use of 6 types of online sites (portal site, open market, general shopping mall, social commerce shopping mall, brand shopping mall and non-brand shopping mall) to understand the usage of mobile shopping site for consumers' fashion products. Consumer survey subjects were 373 college students in their early 20s who had the most mobile shopping experiences. The questionnaire consisted of online fashion site usage items, internet and mobile fashion shopping preference (6 items), internet and mobile shopping choice behavior (10 items), and purchase intention (3 items) .Data were analyzed using SPSS 14.0 program. The high preference of portal sites, open market, social commerce, and non-brand shopping malls in shopping online fashion products is a result of the perceptual changes of major distribution channels and the trends of consumers' value consumption tendency. Therefore, it is necessary for fashion companies to actively cope with fashion product distribution competition with huge shopping sites of current online market by well understanding consumers' preference trends and factors of online sites.

패션연출 방법에 관한 조사 연구 -직장영성을 중심으로- (A study on the method of Fashon Coordination -In the Focus of Working Women-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the tendency of the fashion coordination of working women to explain it's trend according to occupation and to present the fundamental data for the new fashion coordination This study selected as objects 500 working women who are working around Seoul and Kyenggi Province and collected statistics of 471 pieces of data by questionnaire examination methods. The data are analysed by the factor analysis, the method of quantification the {{{{ chi _2 }} analysis the correspondence analysis in SAS system and the cronbach's-$\alpha$ are produced for measurig confidence. The result is following as ; 1)According to the factor analysis the factors in the fashion coordination is classified into by 4 kinds this is the self-confidence corrdination the accessary coordination the trend coordination and the individuality coordination. The fashion coordination is affected by occupation and marriage. By occupation saleswomen show high interests in the fashion coordination By marriage Single women have more interest in the fashion coordination than the married ones. 2) Accordint to the correspondence analysis nurses and selling women purchase clothing by pieces for the piece coordination while saleswomen teachers and office women purchase clothing with accessaries. Specially teachers and saleswomen choose accessaries of similar color to clothing for coordination considering their occupation (job) 3) There were singnificant effects color accessory coordination by their cocupation . 4) Most have interests in the fashion coordination but have low confidence in their own.

중국 소비자들의 럭셔리 구매행동에 대한 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Luxury Consumption Behavior of Chinese Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study aims to analyze the comparative effects of luxury consumption behavior for Chinese consumers. Many research have been conducted in luxury consumption behavior based on perspective of culture, brand, and purchase motives. However, previous studies seem somewhat limited in fully explaining luxury consumption behavior due to less understanding of consumers' psychological trait. In order to fill this gap, this study adopts narcissism (overt narcissism and covert narcissism) to explain consumers' psychological trait. Based on specific psychological trait, consumers would lead to different luxury purchasing behavior depending on purchase motives. Especially, overt narcissism would show high tendency of self-esteem, arrogance, which means that it is closely related to need for uniqueness. Conversely, covert narcissism would show high sensitivity to others, which indicate that it is involved with need for approval. Also, each narcissism would result in different behavior for luxury purchasing based on generation difference (20-30s, vs. 40-50s). The result of this study shows that overt narcissism, covert narcissism, need for uniqueness, need for approval have significant influence on luxury consumption behavior. Especially, overt narcissism has interaction effect with need for uniqueness and young generation (in the 20s, 30s) for luxury purchasing behavior. On the other hand, it was found that covert narcissism has no interaction effect with other variables.

국내 및 수입브랜드의 핸드크림이 소비자 구매인식과 피부 유, 수분에 미치는 영향 (Hand Cream purchase consumer awareness of Domestic and Foreign Brands and effect of Sebum and Moisture in the Skin)

  • 핸드크림이 국내 및 수입브랜드에 따른 소비자 구매인식과 피부 유, 수분량에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위하여 수도권 지역의 여성 105명을 대상으로 핸드크림에 대한 사용현황과 구매현황, 인시에 대한 설문조사를 진행하였다. 이후 시장 조사를 토대로 핸드크림의 가격과 용량, 전 성분을 비교하였고, 고가와 저가, 수입 브랜드와 국내 브랜드로 나누어 17명의 임상실험 대상자를 선정하여 2주 동안 핸드크림 사용 전과 사용 후 수분과 유분, 수분 지속력을 측정하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 핸드크림이 가격과 브랜드가 품질에 미치는 영향이 크다고 생각하는 사람의 비율이 높았으며, 고가와 저가, 수입브랜드와 국내브랜드의 가격을 분석한 결과 1mg (g)당 가격이 최대 4배정도 차이가 나는 것으로 조사되었다. 전 성분을 비교한 결과 보습제인 글리세린과 피부 컨디셔닝제인 세테아릴알코올을 공통적으로 함유하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 임상실험 결과 제품 그룹별 유, 수분량의 변화는 유의하게 확인되었으나, 제품을 고가와 저가, 수입브랜드에 따른 수분과 유분량의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 결과를 확인하였으며, 수분 지속력 역시 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 결과를 나타냈다. 이와 같은 결과는 가격과 브랜드의 차이가 피부의 유, 수분 함량에 미치는 영향과의 상관관계가 없음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 하루에도 여러번씩 사용하는 소비성이 뛰어난 제품임을 감암할 때 소비자의 니즈를 파악하여 핸드크림에 대한 제품 품질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 기초 자료가 될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

식품의 선택 동기가 유기농 식품에 대한 태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Food Choice Motive on Attitude and Intention of Purchasing Organic Food)

  • Due to an overall increase of income, the general standard of living has improved and people have begun to be interested in being more healthy in their lives. This tendency has affected the food market, especially in relation to organic and eco-friendly food. Thus, the overall market size for those products has grown to give more choices to consumers. To examine the effect of the motive for choosing certain food products on the actual attitude and intent to purchase the products, a survey was given to 330 people living in Seoul, which resulted in 235 usable responses. The content of the questionnaire consisted of 18 questions on food choice motives, 3 questions on the attitude toward organic foods and 3 questions on the intention of purchasing for organic foods. The SPSS 12.0 statistics program was used to analyze of following: frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA and regression analysis. Five factors of food choice motives were obtained from the analysis: health, convenience, price, familiarity and environmental protection. The regression analysis showed that food choice motive, health and environmental protection factors have a positive relationship with organic food attitudes and organic food attitudes have a positive relationship with the intent to purchase organic food.

소셜커머스에서 20~30대 남성의 재구매 의도와 구전 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 - 소셜커머스 특성과 소비자 개인 특성을 중심으로 - (Study of the influential factors of repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention of men in their 20's and 30's in social commerce - Focused on social commerce characteristics and consumers' personal characteristics -)

  • Social commerce is a kind of internet shopping mall in which consumers purchase the products with other consumers through mutual interactions including the development of SNS(social network service). Social commerce has expanded rapidly as a mainstream online shopping mall over the past five years driving consumers to purchase more fashion products providing the cheaper prices than open market internet shopping mall. The purpose of this study is to identify the important parameters of social commerce characteristics and consumer characteristics that affect repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. A 221 survey questionnaire was distributed to men in their 20's and 30's who live in Seoul metropolitan area. The data were analyzed utilizing Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, and regression analysis using the SPSS 18.0 program. The results revealed, first, that in terms of social commerce characteristics, three variables(website reputation, interactivity, and product scarcity) influenced repurchase intention. Among them, website reputation identified as the most important factor influencing repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. Second, with regard to consumer characteristics, interest and a tendency toward impulse buying affected the repurchase intention, and interest and internet shopping experience have influenced the word-of-mouth intention. Among three variables interest in social commerce identified as the key factor affecting both repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. The results of the study provide the practical implications and suggest the business strategies to enhance social commerce in the future by identifying the key social commerce characteristics and consumer characteristics that influence male consumers' buying behaviors.

농촌 농특산품 전시판매시설 디자인 소비자 의식 분석 및 디자인 개발 - 농촌관광마을을 중심으로 - (An Analysis on Consumers' Awareness of a Rural Specialties Exhibition Shop and the Design Development : Focusing on Rural Tourism Village)

  • This, an association research for design-improvement and model-development of exhibition shops at rural tourism communities, is to secure objective data by analyzing customers' awareness-tendency of and demand for agricultural-specialty exhibition shops. Survey-questions for finding out consumers' awareness-tendency and demand were determined through brainstorming of a professional council, 30 rural communities of which visit-rate by consumers is considerably high were selected for the recruit of 200 consumers. For investigation and analysis, survey and in-depth interview were carried out at the scene with the application of frequency analysis and summarization of their opinions, which revealed that they have a strong will to visit the rural tourism communities for the purchase of agricultural specialties along with the experience of learning-program and on-the-scene direct dealing and that their viewpoint on the direct dealing at the scene was very positive. Also it was confirmed hat their satisfaction with the purchase of agricultural specialties by on-the-scene direct dealing, their pleasure at the purchase, their satisfaction with services and their intention for re-purchase of them were very high while their satisfaction with the exhibition shops was very low. With on-the-scene survey, the consumers' opinions could be listened to in depth. Almost all of them said their satisfaction with the trip to those rural tourism communities was considerably high since they could go to those communities themselves to relieve the stress from their modern life, to experience healing and to see the goods on the scene. Their satisfaction also was attributed to the fact that they have enough trust in purchase along with feeling the warm-heartedness of rural residents. As to their awareness of exhibition shops, they showed a positive response to the on-the-scene direct dealing at rural communities while they, thinking that the space in those exhibition shops was not sufficiently wide, demanded for more systematic counters in more accessible and affordable exhibition shops so that they might be more satisfied with the exhibition shops. Their demand for the necessity of exhibition shops selling agricultural specialties was found to be over 80%, which indicates that the necessity is very high. As to the suitability of function, they have the opinion that the business at those shops had better be focused on sales since they have the understanding of information when they take a trip to the rural communities, while there was another opinion: since agricultural products are seasonal items they should be exhibited and sold at the same time. More than 90% of the respondents had a positive viewpoint on direct dealing of agricultural specialties on the scene, which showed that their response to it was very high. They preferred the permanent shops equipped with roll-around table-booths. In addition, it was revealed that they want systematic exhibition shops in rural communities because they frequent those communities for on-the-scene direct purchase. The preferred type and opinion resulting from estimation of consumers' demands have been reflected for development of practical designs. The structure of variable principles has been designed so that the types of display-case and table-booth might be created. The result of this study is a positive data as a design model which can be utilized at rural communities and will be commercialized for the verification of its validity.

온라인 쇼핑시 소비자특성에 따른 소비자감정 및 만족 간 관계 연구 - 의류구매를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship between Consumer Characteristics and Consumer Emotion and Satisfaction during Online Shopping - Focusing on purchasing clothes)

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 쇼핑 상황에서 소비자특성이 소비자감정과 소비자만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 구조적 관계를 파악하고자 했다. 먼저, 소비자특성은 선행연구를 통해 정보탐색성향, 물질주의성향, 충동구매성향 등을 포함한 다양한 소비성향을 도출하였다. 다음으로, 소비자감정은 정보탐색에서부터 사용에 이르는 6개의 구매과정에서의 긍정적·부정적 감정으로 정의하였으며, 소비자만족은 구매경험의 전반적 만족으로 정의하였다. 이를 위해 최근 1개월 이내 온라인 의류 쇼핑 경험이 있는 20-40대 소비자를 대상으로, 소비자특성과 긍정적·부정적 감정과 소비자만족을 각각 측정하여 구조방정식 분석을 실시했다. 그 결과, 모형 적합도는 양호했으며, 충동구매성향과 과시소비성향, 혁신성향, 유행추구적쇼핑성향의 경우 부정적감정에만 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 정보탐색성향, 쾌락적쇼핑성향, 경제적쇼핑성향은 긍정적감정에 영향을 미치고, 소비자만족에도 간접적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인했다. 이를 통해 소비자특성 파악 및 소비자 감정의 증진으로 온라인 쇼핑에서의 소비자 경험을 향상시킬 수 있는 시사점을 제시하였다.
