인구통계학적 특성 및 외식행동에 따른 대학생의 소셜커머스 외식상품 이용 현황 (Use of Social Commerce Restaurant Products by College Students According to Demographic Characteristics and Eating Out Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the use of social commerce restaurant products by college students according to demographic characteristics and eating out behavior. The questionnaire for the survey was distributed to 450 college students, who have experiences of purchasing a restaurant product on social commerce, with 286 responses used for analysis. From the result, college students frequently use smart phones and SNS for making such purchases. While the awareness of social commerce was high, they sometimes visited the websites and purchased products. The awareness and purchase experience of Coupang and Ticket Monster turned out to be the highest. The most frequently purchased product was restaurant discount coupons, followed by fashion/accessories, movie or concert tickets, food products, and beauty shop discount coupons. The discount rate was mostly 30 to 40% on average. The most significantly considered matter in purchasing products and services was product quality, followed by discount rate and consumer review. The respondents ate out at least 3 to 5 times a week, spent $100,000{\leq}200,000$ won, and were generally satisfied with the restaurant products from social commerce sites. The main satisfaction reason was price, whereas the dissatisfaction reason was false and puffy advertising. Service quality improvement and variety of category were the most necessary factors for improvement. Among the demographic characteristics, there was a difference in purchase expenditure of social commerce restaurant products, as well as purpose, companion, time used and word-of-mouth experience according to gender. According to grade, there was a difference in purchase expenditure, companion, area of use and impulsive purchase. Among the eating out behavior, there was a difference in purpose, companion and word-of-mouth experience according to the eating out frequency. Meanwhile, there was a difference in purchase expenditure, companion, time used, word-of-mouth experience and tool according to the eating out cost.

시판 김치의 선호도 및 구매 형태 (A Study on Kimchi Preference and the Types of Kimchi Purchased at Markets to Improve Kimchi Marketing)

  • This study was conducted to estimate the drift of change for kimchi purchase, and to contribute to quality improvement of kimchi sold at markets. Questionnaries were distributed to 450 adults and 396 were statistically analyzed. The methods used to analyze the items were frequency analysis, Chi-square, t-tests and ANOVA. The highest preference for kinds of kimchi was Beachoo kimchi, while the preference for Nabak kimchi was low. In terms of the degree of ripening, most subjects preferred properly ripened kimchi. With regard to the purchase amount the subjects preferred 1 kg and mainly purchased it once every three months at large market and supermarkets. The main reason for purchasing kimchi at markets was 'convenience', while the reason they didn't purchase it was 'it might contain artificial seasoning'. With regard to the development and improvement of the kimchi industry, the subjects belived that taste and ripening should be standardized, and that kimchi should be treated sanitarily. They acknowledged that kimchi products should be diversified, and active marketing should be carried out in order for it to be globalized.

유기농산물에 대한 소비자의 평가와 구매의식 (Appraisement and Purchase Consciousness of Consumer on Organically Grown Products)

  • This paper focussed to find out the consumer appraisement and purchase consciousness on organically grown products since public pay more and more attention on organic food and market for organic products has been grown very rapidly. It is intended to deliver the necessary information at first time in Korea to the policy maker for environmentally sound agriculture, establishment for marketing strategy and consumer movement related with it. 66.2% of investigated consumer ever purchased the organic products, and they are inhabitant in apartment complex, belongs to high income group and eldly people, and used to buy frequently at 45.8%. For the reason why they choose the organic products ; 84.7% for health and safe, 48.6% for taste. But the reason why they not choose the organic products ; 56.7% for unconvenient to shop an organic food, 51.4% for expensiveness. On the purchasing the consumer mainly rely upon the certification label(67%), the marketing place(29.6%) and information and recommendation of shopkeeper(23.6%). Korean consumers intend to buy an organic products if variable products and crops are offered in the market and offered at reduced price. The group purchased intensively the organic goods appraise for an organic products positively, and group who do not express any careless intend never to purchase an organically grown products because of its high price. Consumer indicated the support policy and action program by government(69.2%), research & development on organic agriculture and its extension activity(48.8%) are necessary to stimulate an organic agriculture in Korea.

성인여성의 파운데이션 구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Adult Women′s Foundation Buying Behavior)

  • This study was intended to grasp the actual condition of adult women's wearing foundation garments for the Korean adult women in their 20s to 40s. For this purpose, questionnaire research was conducted for 639 adult women in their 20s to 40s living in Seoul and Kyonggi Province. As for the reason for the purchase of foundation garments, It was found that the highest proportion of the responding adult women would buy brassieres when they were needed because the old ones were threadbare, followed by the purchase of brassiere when they caught their eyes in shopping around. As for the reason for the purchase of girdles, the highest proportion of the responding adult women could buy girdles when they were needed because their old ones were wornout, and next when bargain sale began at the department store or the large shopping center. The highest proportion of the responding adult women thought the source of information on foundation garments as the window display, followed by magazine. The adult women in their 30s collected information on foundation garments through the window display when buying brassieres or girdles. As for the product evaluation criteria of foundation garments, the highest proportion of the responding adult women thought highly of the feeling of wear in brassieres and girdles, followed by dimensions in brassieres and bodily correctability in girdles. As for the place of buying brassieres or girdles, the responding adult women showed it to be the department store. followed by the discount store and the well-known agency.

원자력 발전소 온배수 이용 농산물에 대한 소비자 인식조사 (A Study on the Consumers' Perception of Agricultural Products Using Nuclear Power Plants Waste Heat)

  • This study examines consumers' perception of agricultural products using nuclear power plants waste heat. This study surveyed 348 consumers and found that presenting information about safety of waste heat utilization increased appropriacy of waste heat; after providing the information, the percentage of respondents in favor of using waste heat increased 27.5% point from 38.3% to 65.8%. The most important reason against using waste heat was because it threatened the safety of agricultural products, and the most important reason for its support was to reduce farm production costs. The purchase intention for agricultural products using waste heat had risen by at least 10% point after providing the information about safety of waste heat. Those means that it important provision of accurate and reliable information on the safety of waste heat to encourage the utilization of waste heat from nuclear power plants. Purchase intention for flowers using waste heat was most, followed by vegetables, fruits (including fruits and vegetables).

경기북부지역 대학생의 건강기능식품 인식 및 섭취 실태 조사 (Recognition and Consumption for the Health Functional Food of College Students in the Northern Gyeonggi-do Area)

  • This study was conducted to assess the recognition and consumption of health functional food (HFF) of the college students in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area (Republic of Korea). To accomplish this, a survey was conducted to investigate 360 college students (183 males and 177 females) regarding their general characteristics, as well as the recognition, knowledge, considerations, purchases and consumption of HFF. Most male and female students (68.9% and 61.6%, respectively) were unaware of the HFF certification mark, however, more females(58.8%) were aware of the legal HFF definition compared to males (36.6%). The HFF advertising routes for males and females were 'TV radio' (43.2% and 43.5%, respectively) and 'internet smart phones' (19.7% and 27.1%, respectively). The main factor considered for selection and the most serious problem concerning HFF by males and females were 'effectiveness' (36.1% and 43.6%, respectively) and 'hype (exaggerated advertisement)' (35.0% and 55.9%, respectively). The main purchase route by males and females was 'pharmacy' (35.2% and 27.8%, respectively). The main reason for HFF product purchase by males and females was 'health promotion' (38.8% and 29.4%, respectively) and the main reason for not purchasing an HFF product was 'no health problem'(34.8% and 36.7%, respectively). The percentage of HFF consumption was 46.0% in males and 69.8% in females. The main HFF product consumed by males and females was 'vitamin mineral' (36.9% and 43.5%, respectively). The main reason for HFF consumption by males was 'health promotion' (31.0%) and females was 'recovery from fatigue' (21.8%). The main reason for not consuming HFF by males and females was 'no health problem' (38.4% and 41.5%, respectively). These results suggest the need to provide correct information concerning HFF to college students. Based on these results, greater efforts should be made to provide meaningful information regarding factors affecting purchase and consumption patterns for college students related to the research and development of HFF in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area.

대전지역 소비자들의 유전자재조합식품에 대한 인식, 지식 및 구매태도 (Consumers' Recognition, Knowledge and Purchase Attitude on Genetically Modified Foods in Daejeon)

  • This study was to investigate consumers' recognition, knowledge and purchase attitude on genetically modified(GM) foods in Daejeon area. Data of 283 questionnaires were analyzed by using the SPSS(Ver. 17.0)program. Most of the subjects were women (91.9%), distributed 30's(41.7%) or 40's(31.8%), and graduated from university(41.3%). The kinds of GM foods that many subjects had known were soybean, corn, tomatoes and potatoes. The subjects answered that there were GM foods in supermarket items were 71%. Consumers' recognition on the safety of GM foods was 'somewhat anxious'(65.4%). After confirming which their purchasing item is GM foods, 'they will buy it case by case'(60.1%) or 'they will never buy it'(27.9%). The most reason of never buying GM foods was 'harmful to health'(82.3%). The first reliable information sources on GM foods were medical institutes and professionals. The knowledges about GM foods were significantly higher in 20's and 'less than 1year' of marriage duration than the other groups(p<0.05). On the purchase attitude of GM foods, the 20's responded favorably compared to other groups (p<0.01). Subjects' opinion on the necessity of development on GM foods tended to higher in 40's and 'less than 2 million won' of monthly income than the other groups. For the reason about necessity of it's development, 'nutritional, functionality and quality improvement' was 53.7%. In conclusion, many consumers regard that GM foods is not yet safe for health. Accordingly, government and research institutes should examine thoroughly and research continuously for the safety of GM foods. They must announce to consumers accurate information about GM foods.

인터넷 의류구매자의 의류쇼핑행동, 태도 및 특성 (Shopping behavior, attitude and characteristics of internet clothing shoppers)

  • In this study, Internet users were separated into 3 groups(clothing shoppers, clothing non-shoppers, non-shoppers). Shopping behavior of clothing shoppers(those who used the internet channel for clothing shopping) and the attitude to internet clothing shopping were examined. And characteristics of clothing shoppers were compared with characteristics of clothing non-shoppers(those who purchased goods except clothing on internet) and non-shoppers(those who purchased nothing on internet). The reason why clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers didnt purchase clothing on internet was also investigated. Questionaire was used as method of gathering data. Mean, ANOVA, Duncan-test, t-test and $\chi$$^2$-test were used for data analysis. 1. Clothing shoppers considered carefully design, exchange & refund, quality and price and purchased generally T-shirt, underwear, jeans and sports wear. 2. Clothing shoppers thought clothing in internet shopping malls was not various in item, design, color, size and price. But they were satisfied with shopping convenience. 3. Clothing shoppers were more conscious of the shopping cost compared with clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers Recreational shopping orientations and fashion leader orientations were low in both groups. Self-confidence in connection with clothing purchase were high in each groups, but that of clothing shoppers were relatively higher than clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers. 4. The reason why clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers didnt purchase clothing in internet shopping malls was that they wanted to buy after trying on clothing in a store, didnt believe the quality of clothing, didnt need to purchase clothing in internet shopping malls, and worried about exchange & refund.

First, attribute(product/non- product) of that truth that get through experiment of this study is WOM deduced result that have statistical meaning in dependent variable which is public trust only in this study. Specially, information by word of mouth type received High positive response more with non-product information by word of mouth attribute than the product attribute in all experiment products that is parted according to involvement. Consumer's response by involvement level of product can affect for site attitude, public trust, and intention to purchase by second. For example, consumer's site attitude has induced the most positive response, and can confirm positive response of High consumer most in that involvement sensitivity product in that participation reason type product and could confirm response that is the most positive in that involvement reason product even if there is for intention to purchase. Result of this study is grasped that have High mean value relatively in site attitude, product attitude, information by word of mouth effect, public trust, brand attitude, purchase intention etc. generally that product involvement and information by word of mouth attribute are interrelation by third. This can change fairly data processing process according to consumer's Involvement Level, behavior deterministic process, consumer's action with attitude formation process, and involvement for products. High occasion than is low incline more efforts in information retrieval and is discreet result such as study finding of produce.

학령기 아동의 기성복 치수 적합성에 관한 연구 (A Study about Fitting of Children's Ready-to-Wear Clothing)

  • The problem of fitting of children's clothing was researched through survey papers. The survey subjects were the mothers of elementary school students (grade 1 6) and the appropriateness of size, satisfaction with size, and fittings were asked. The survey area was divided into urban and rural areas. The following is the result: The children's clothing was mostly purchased in stores that carry lower-middle price range. The elements considered upon purchase were in the order of price, size, color and patterns. The frequency of purchase is 2 outfits a year, and the highest rate purchase was shown during the change of seasons. The size was picked through trying on the garment. The preferred indication of size was the one marked according to body size. The most popular size upon purchase was one size bigger than the proper fitting size. Mothers want their children to be able to wear one outfit for two years and actually children were able to wear them for two years. The highest degree of satisfaction upon proper fitting was bust girth and shoulder breath. The most frequent reason for a new purchase is the length. The most frequent dissatisfaction is the way buttons are sowed on.
