All this while, 'Chimgugyeongheombang' has been rated as the level of Im Heo's personal writing. However, Huh, m, in his introduction of 'Chimgugyeongheombang' made it clear that his purpose of publishing this book was to criticize the doctors of the day who were tied down by one or two curative methods, and at the same time, ultimately to improve the quality of national medical service by enlightening them. It seems that such incompetent doctors' engagement in medical service at that time was attributable to insufficient medical education system unlike today as against much social demand for acupuncture & moxibustion therapy. Im Heo, in an effort to enlighten the medical practitioners of the day, put emphasis on an eclectic method, and contained the theories on internal organs and meridian on a systematic basis. In addition, he made his updated medical skills known to medical circles by integrating and wrapping up the Acupuncture & Moxibustion techniques at that time. Lastly, he tried to provide the optimized information for clinical trials in his own language by using a preposterous writing style and form. In such a context, 'Chimgugyeongheombang' is not a special medical book gripped with a sentence, or a simple medical formula with an emphasis on empiricism, but rather it might be proper to say that his 'Chimgugyeongheombang' was a serious attempt to embrace all the merits of both parties.

In an increasingly digital world, knowledge and information accessibility is becoming a key factor to personal, professional and national development. But only 5% of the world's publishing output is made accessible in alternative formats for people who cannot use print. People with disabilities say that the biggest barrier to access to the material they want or need to read is a lack of accessible information. This study aims to analyze the development policies(governance and role, funding and support, production and distribution system, etc.) of alternative formats for people with disabilities in major countries(Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, Sweden, UK, and USA). And result of this preliminary study will be used as background information for development of the national plan and role model for production and distribution of the alternative formats in Korea.

Purpose: This study was to develop an online 'alternative therapy and health promotion' class for university students and to evaluate its changes. Method: The online class was developed based on the Instructional Systems Development(ISD) model and model of Web-Based Instruction(WBI) developmental process. This was a quasi-experimental, one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 130 students in 3 universities, and they were provided the cyber class for 16 weeks. Data was analyzed by descriptive and plural answer statistics, and paired t-test. Results: The cyber class was developed in five steps : analysis, design, data collection and reconstruction, programing and publishing, and evaluation. The results of program evaluation were positive, which included learning 3.47. system 3.57, and learning satisfaction 3.64 on the scale of 5. The posttest scores of cognition and reliability of alternative therapy were higher than pretest scores. The posttest score of health promoting lifestyle(t=-5.051, p=.000) and perceived health status(t=2.979, p=.003) were significantly higher than those of the pretest. Conclusion: These results suggest that the cyber class is a positive method in increasing a cognition, reliability of alternative therapy, and is effective to improve a health promotion lifestyle and perceived health status for the university students.

ISO/TC46 is the International Organization for Standardization of practices relating to libraries, documentation and information centers, indexing and abstracting services, archives, information science and publishing. This study analyzes current trend of ISO/TC46 and the 4 subcommittees, considering recent matters in regard with identification and description of information resources: ISBN, ISSN, ISMN, ISRN, ISRC, ISAN, ISTC, etc. This research discusses also the question of how international standard numbers system are managed: endowment identifying numbers for electronic resources, component parts, and works.

Recently, the way information is accessed has changed significantly because of the rapid growth of the Internet and a move toward electronic Publishing. With that condition, there in be a need to efficiently determine and extract relevant information from digital documents. This study has proposed that template mining can be used for extracting different kinds of information from digital documents, and described research of reference ]inking system and then built temp]ate for citation information using analysis result of sample articles. Also, this study has shown the potential of template mining to automatically create citation databases.

Highway have to be constructed under thorough investigation about function, economy, safety of the traffic and environment, because they are needing huge budget for construction and management as important facilities of the social overhead capital in the national economics. Initially the construction of roads becomes effective the plan, the design, construction phase. The design is foundation of accomplishment of the roads operation, the results of the design operation come to much effect a nation when using roads. Especially ancient design methods were not expected for visual effects as attaching weight to 2-dimensional drawing from flat. Therefore, it is difficult to recognize troubles happened during the work operation besides, many troubles are solved by modification of drawings as situations. For solving of those of the problems, it is emphasize on visual effect through introduction of 3-dimensional design from the initial phase. In case of national conditions, limited national land has caused increasing weight for construction of the roads through cities as the urban centered development. thereupon, citizens are increasing concern about the right of the light and the environmental effect, road designs and construction of the structures under agreement with local residents cause to make troubles. The analysis of 3-dimensional design is necessary as intermediation for decision making. In this study, Virtual reality techniques in 3-dimensional roads design are expected to visual effect on the publishing Internet Web, find problems in first phase and make decision between users and people having civil appeal.

We propose a peer-to-peer search scheme in which super peers with high rapacity constitute a ring by themselves and all peers utilize the ring for their query and publishing keys. In a dynamic peer-to-peer environment, the size of the super peer ring changes adaptively according to the changes of the system, but more powerful peers are continuously promoted to super peers. By simulations, we show that our proposed search scheme improves the query success rate of Gnutella+1hop replication search method, and maintains shorter query delay than JXTA as a static ring.

Since the discussion is limited to such devices or network services most, we suggest the possibility of modeling a multi-faceted. And the development of technology and services platform content is also important as a strategic approach to the development of the e-book industry. Most of all, we propose the application of content, technologies and services are developed.

The paper describes aspects regarding an E-learning approach of resonant ac inverters. The learning process is based on "Learning by Doing" paradigm supported by several learning tools: electronic course materials, interactive simulation, laboratory plants and real experiments accessed by Web Publishing Tools under LabVIEW. Built on LabVIEW and accompanied by a robust, flexible and versatile hardware, the experiment allows a comprehensive study by remote controlling and performing real measurements on the inverters. The study is offered in a gradual manner, according to the Leonardo da Vinci project EDIPE ($\b{E}$-learning $\b{D}$istance $\b{I}$nteractive $\b{P}$ractical $\b{E}$ducation) philosophy: theoretical aspects followed by simulations, while in the end the real experiments are investigated. Studying and experimenting access is opened for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week under the Moodle booking system.

Today, we are living in the era of data and information. With the advent of Internet of Things (IoT), the popularity of social networking sites, and the development of mobile devices, a large amount of data is being produced in diverse areas. The collection of such data generated in various area is called big data. As the importance of big data grows, there has been a growing need to share big data containing information regarding an individual entity. As big data contains sensitive information about individuals, directly releasing it for public use may violate existing privacy requirements. Thus, privacy-preserving data publishing (PPDP) has been actively studied to share big data containing personal information for public use, while preserving the privacy of the individual. K-anonymity, which is the most popular method in the area of PPDP, transforms each record in a table such that at least k records have the same values for the given quasi-identifier attributes, and thus each record is indistinguishable from other records in the same class. As the size of big data continuously getting larger, there is a growing demand for the method which can efficiently anonymize vast amount of dta. Thus, in this paper, we develop an efficient k-anonymity method by using Spark distributed framework. Experimental results show that, through the developed method, significant gains in processing time can be achieved.
