This study aims at developing the interior design method of Public Toilet in office building. There needs new concepts in Public Toilet where we felt dirty smelling and dismal in the past. And the behavior in the Public Toilet become various such as combing the hair making-up changing the clothes rinsing out mouth and so on. Nowadays The Public Toilet of office building shows indirectly the hierarchy and the management philosophy of its enterprise, This study treats with the design items such as unit space zoning plan lighting plan and air-conditioning plan and construction method of Public-Toilet in office building. As a result of this study the interior design methods of Public Toilet must reflect use of fitting material lighting plan user's needs and functional divide.(Powder Zone and Physiology Zone) These result will become basic data of future interior design in Public Toilet.

The New Public Health(NPH) is a comprehensive approach to protecting and promoting the health status of each individual member and society as a whole. NHP is not so much a philosophy to broaden the understanding of public health as it is an action plan to address current public health system. This paper's objectives include increasing public and professional awareness of the significant changes in the national public health systems of developed countries and contributing to more effective delivery of public health services in Korea. This paper reviews articles and documents concerning NPH and the public health system, and outlines of the achievements in developed countries since NPH movement began. These include the change in the definition and function of public health, expansion of public health networks, strengthening of public health policy, reorientation of public health delivery systems, promotion of workforce capacity, and the implementation of evidence-based management. To overcome the challenges facing the public health system of Korea, we must prioritize the value of population-based approach, expand the notion of a public health system to encompass all sectors that can influence health, promote a "Health in All Policies" approach, focus on an evidence-based health policy and program, develop core competencies for public health workers, and establish performance standards for public health organizations based on the core functions of public health.

Nursing centers are nurse-managed organizations that give the client direct access to professional nursing services. Academic nursing centers are faculty-created and -organized nursing centers integrated into nursing school or cooperated with community nursing center. Academic nursing centers are needed for providing services to the forgotten or underserved populations in the community, providing learning opportunities for nursing students and practice opportunities for faculties. The intent of this study is to identify the elements needed in developing process and operations of acedemic nursing center for elderlies and the disabled, and to present the desired model for academic nursing center. The processes of my study were : 1) The articles of the academic nursing centers in U. S. were reviewed and analysed. 2) The academic nursing center for elderlies and the disabled was developed and operated in my paper. 3) Desired model for academic nursing center was presented in my paper. The followings are the results of my study: 1. Elements needed in developing process of academic nursing center were philosophy and goals, the community support, assessment of the validity of the service and health needs, identification of the service contents, roles and responsibilities, communication lines, finances for facilities and operations, cooperation with resources, and developing record system. 2. Elements needed in operations of academic nursing center were the structural organizations, realization of the above philosophy and goals, development of policy and nursing standards, faculty participation, continuity of services, and financial solutions. 3. The desired model was presented according to the process and operations.

Civil college is a public educational institute for theoretical and practical learning. This study examines the social context behind France's civil college and how it is being operated. Many studies have been conducted in Korea to examine Germany in terms of lifelong learning or adult learning, but there is almost no study on France. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the history and operation of civil college, the "college outside college," in France and what Korea should learn from it. The civil college of France can be discussed in two contexts: first, it is AUPF, which stands for the French association of civil colleges, and it was mostly influenced by Northern Europe and Germany. Second, it is Caen Civil College, which was established by M. Onfray based his philosophical collaboration. The European civil college opened almost 1,000 courses in 2010-2011 for a variety of subjects, including Foreign Languages, Mother Tongue, the Dialects of Alsace, Philosophy, Cosmology, History, Art History, Psychology, Sociology, Astronomy, Botany, and Natural Science. Courses in Fine Arts include drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, music, and theater. For another form of civil college, Philosopher M. Onfray has been operating Caen Civil College since 2002 for general education and cultural education. It is not acknowledged by conventional philosophers, but it is contributing to the popularization of philosophy. In conclusion, the civil college in France has brought in-depth philosophical discussions out of the lecture rooms in an effort to popularize learning, making lifelong learning more accessible to the general public.

To bridge digital divide, the nation's information services should be focused their attentions on people with disabilities. According to this philosophy, the public library's services for people with disabilities should be main streamed into its regular services. Providing equitable access for people with disabilities to public library's resources, facilities, and services, the standard library services policy or guideline should be developed as soon as possible. A draft in this papers may be helpful to a policy maker for public library services for people with disabilities

As Dutch structuralism discovered a possibility that can improve the problem of modem architecture through study on non-western area. Dutch structuralism had tremendous impact on Philosophy, psychology, art history and the style of a dress and many other cultural trend. In architecture, Aldo van Eyck embodied that theory and succeeded to Herman Hertzberger and Piet Blom. As result Structuralism related with architecture has dealt with the participation and domain of residents, namely public domain and private domain, the approach property of public space, middle domain which shows the harmony between public domain and private one, and the structuralism discovered that each element of public space and private space has been developed as an architectural type that makes a group by repetitive arrangement and it found out a possibility that can make up problems overlooked in modem architecture through development and change.

In this research we analyze Sun Wen's revolution education from the perspective of chinese nationalism. Sun Wen instigated the revolution of 1911 and established the first Chinese republican government; his "three people's principles" played an important role in modern Chinese politics. Sun Wen tried to remind the people and make them conscious of their sovereignty through education. Critical of then-the feudalistic education, Sun Wen incorporated Western-modern education in to his philosophy of education, which then provided theoretical framework of the Chinese revolution. At the core of it was the so-called "advanced education", based on Chinese nationalism, which encourages people to fight for independence as well as national prosperity and defense. The advanced education consisted of "proclaim education" and "constructive education". The proclaim education was a means of disseminating revolutionary ideas through an armed struggle against Ching dynasty; the goal was to encourage people to participate actively. Constructive education could be divided into two periods, namely the period of pre-republic of China and post-republic of China; the aim and process of education in the former period was to "wipe out" the Manchu people of the Qing dynasty while in the latter, to build a country predicated on Chinese nationalism, which was hostile towards the Qing dynasty and any other thoughts that do not accord with it. The main purpose of revolution education was to inspire Sinocentrism and to solidify the country of the Chinese people. Ultimately, Sun Wen's philosophy of revolution education provided foundation for the construction of a country of the Chinese people in which inspirational writing for the welfare of the people, loyalty to country, and public service are realized.

Servant leadership has been noticeable in the last decade in the leadership literature on account its focus on serving others first. The target of servant leadership is not the organization, but rather the followers and their development and also the ability to motivate others to become servant leaders. Serving leadership has been recognized as a leadership philosophy that addresses ethical concerns, which is linked to ethical leadership. This study aims to investigate the relationship between dimensions of servant leadership and public service motivation of civil servants. Data were collected from civil servants working in public organizations at district level in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam through survey forms. The research hypotheses are tested by factor analysis and regression. The results report that 7 dimensions of servant leadership positively affect public service motivation in the following ascending order: Empowerment, standing back, forgiveness, humility, integrity, accountability, and courage. On the other hand stewardship has an insignificant impact on the role of leading and supervising. Our study contributes to the existing literature on servant leadership as well as public service motivation by throwing light onto a so-far neglected transitional country like Vietnam. Thereby, this study proposes a number of implications for the leaders to improve leadership style to enhance public service motivation of civil servants.

Recently, the Korean government is considering a policy of adopting competition in railway transportation, such as the establishment of a subsidiary company to Korail as a company to operate a part of the KTX line, the separation of deficit-running lines of local railways and the opening of railway transportation to private operators. The termination of local railway service, which is a major provider of public transportation, will not only deprive the public of a means of transportation but also lead to a decline in the quality of public transit in general. The termination of local railway service is being decisively affected by the national railway policy. The purpose of this thesis is to clarify local railway policy in Japan by studying the development and philosophy of the local railway policy of the Japanese National Railway (JNR).

As the axis of the private security maintain social order in order to achieve the original purpose of all society must move in the direction of motion, and so in order to be a private security based philosophical values and ideological composition should be based. In this process, to be followed by private security value or direction, philosophy private security is the norm. In this regard, this study pursued by the private security justification ever truly normative principles are intended to establish. The public nature of the ideology of private security, public, efficiency, legality, responsiveness and the like. Conflict occurs between the value of these ideals, although complementary are in harmony.
