The purpose of this paper is to find out the investigation of overseas case in Street Furnitures of Public Design. Thus this research regions select among the waterfront cities; Tokyo/Yokohama(Japan), Nies/Cannes(France), Shanghai(China), Vancouver(Canada), in addition to the city of art and romance; Paris. Above all, it is necessary to study concept of public design and definition of street furnitures. The survey data collected from forenamed cities and the items of street furnitures are various installments such as kiosk, bench, bollard, litter-bin, sign board, toilet, bus/taxi station, fence, shelter, lighting column, fountain, telephone-booth, clock-tower, automaton, bicycle stand, playing object etc. In this study street spaces are analysed that is related to regional surroundings and pedestrian's culture. Consequently, design trend of street furniture in foreign case analysis are going into thoroughly modern image as well as checking of form, color, material and maintenance system. According to the above findings, this paper will provide basic data for establishing of the street furniture and improving of public design to the regional citizen, local government officials and regional experts.
Objectives : This study investigated the actual condition of an oriental medical office in a public health center. Methods : We classified patients who visited an oriental medical office in the public health center of Gyeyang-gu over a 1-year period, according to age, sex, disease, etc. The number of patients was 6529. Results : Analyzing these 6529 persons, 65.8% were female, and 79.6% were seniors aged over 65. By disease category motor systemic disease or circulatory disease affected 84% of the patients. By medication or treatment category. O-Juk-San (五積散) at 38.3% was the greatest proportion, and Pal-Mul-Tang (八物湯) the second greatest. As to medical fee, 80.2% of the patients were not charged for treatment. Conclusions : The extract of herbal medication should be more expanded in the medical insurance, and should be improved in quality. The oriental medical office in a public health center should focus more on health promotion and disease prevention than patient care. For accomplishing this goal, the institutional position and rights of oriental medical doctors as civil officials should be equal to those of western medical doctors.

Ombudsmanship is the framework to provide the speedy administrative justice to poor man which is originated in Sweden in the 19th Century and the modus operandi with modernized arrangement of public grievance redressal. Pakistan has thirteen different Ombudsman Institutions at both Federal and Provincial level with limited public accessibility. This paper presents a collaboration framework for extending the outreach of Ombudsmanship at proverbial doorstep of complainants. This framework has three main components as collaborative arrangements, Proceedings and Resolution of the complaints that increased the public trust. A pilot project titles Swift Complaint Resolution (SCR) was constructed and executed by Federal Ombudsman Secretariat to materialize the concept of speedy redressal of complaints. The SCR project first affirmed the strength of the components of the framework. The concept of SCR was first presented in the Federal Advisory committee for Administrative Justice, which comprised of highest level of the Parliamentarians, Public Officials, NGOs and Civil Society where presented guidelines to be adopted for the free and speedy redressal of grievances at proverbial doorsteps in tehsils and district headquarters ultimately to the extended to the union councils. In SCR, the complaints were decided within 25 days even though the Law permitted 60 days that is itself a record in any judicial /quasi-judicial forum.

This study identifies the relationship between selection value, existence value, heritage value, pride, and show on satisfaction, and suggests cultural marketing and cultural policy suggestions for Jikji cultural assets to activate Jikji as tourism cultural assets. Was intended. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, Jikji cultural property officials should develop tourism products that can mix Jikji cultural properties with the image and attractiveness of Jikji cultural properties. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to education and public relations by city and county in providing local information, prices, and services for tourists to increase the satisfaction of tourists. Second, Jikji cultural property officials should suggest ways to create differentiating elements from tourism of other cultural properties. By emphasizing the existence, the existence value of Jikji cultural property should be increased. Third, Jikji cultural property officials should emphasize that Jikji tourism is more valuable as cultural heritage than now, and develop unique killer contents that can be boasted to others in tourism and present it to tourists. Fourth, Jikji cultural property officials should prepare a plan for local residents to recognize how excellent cultural heritage is. It should also be recognized that Jikji cultural property has high added value as a tourist factor. Lastly, Jikji cultural property officials should promote various jikji projects to local residents and tourists to increase their pride and awareness that Jikji cultural property exists in a certain area.

This study attempted to identify the health behaviors and related factors of lifestyle related diseases among some public officials. The study subjects were 729 administrative officers of the general public office of the government in D metropolitan city. The data collection was conducted by self-administered questionnaire from February 1 to March 31, 2016. As a result, the health behavior score for lifestyle related diseases showed a significant positive correlation with vulnerability, the effectiveness of health behavior and information obtained from the media about lifestyle-related diseases, while it showed a significant negative correlation with the barriers to health behaviors concerning lifestyle related diseases. As a result of the covariance structure analysis, vulnerability and seriousness about lifestyle related diseases were the most important factors affecting health behavior for lifestyle related diseases. The next most important factors were a family history of lifestyle related diseases, information obtained from the media, effectiveness of and barriers to health behavior, instrumental support, and emotional support. These results suggest that each factor constituting the Health Belief Model (HBM) (perceived vulnerability and seriousness about lifestyle related diseases, perceived effectiveness and barriers to health behaviors, family history of lifestyle related diseases, information obtained from the mass media about lifestyle related diseases, social support network for lifestyle related diseases) is an important factor to consider in practicing health behaviors for lifestyle related diseases. Therefore, it is important to accurately understand the factors related to the practice of the health behaviors of the subjects and to manage them continuously.
This study has targeted 291 public officials in charge of social welfare in the community centers of Chungnam and Chungbuk region to examine their level of job stress, job satisfaction and turnover intention and the relationship between these variables. For the data analysis, PASW Statistics 18.0 was used. The main results of this study are as follows. First, for the job stress and turnover intention the social welfare job was higher than the administrative job and for the job satisfaction administrative job was higher than the social welfare job. Second, by examining the most significant factors that affects the job satisfaction and turnover intention for the social welfare job, it was shown as the job factors of job stress and for the administrative job, it was shown as the organizational factors of job stress. Based on the results of these studies, several alternatives were suggested in order to improve the job satisfaction and reduce the turnover intention. In addition, the significance of this study can be found in that the study was analyzed the level and relationship of the factors related to their job and divided into social welfare job and administrative job.

This study attempted to investigate the changes in the perception of local government officials about agricultural infrastructure improvement projects due to the financial policy changes. A total of 141 local government officials were surveyed on the priority, the current status of the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects. Irrigation facilities renovation project and Small drainage improvement project had generally high priority, while Support project of cultivation basis for upland crops in paddy, Large scale land readjustment project, and Upland infrastructure improvement project had low priorities. After the introduction of the block grant system, agricultural infrastructure improvement projects had often been conducted by collecting opinions from local residents. The officials in charge of local governments recognized that the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects were reduced due to lack of financial resources and project potential sites. In response to the changes in the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects, most of the surveys showed that the influence of cities and provinces was strengthened. In addition, respondents most needed to improve the subsidy rate and there were a large number of cases requiring differential support to meet the characteristics of the local government. Therefore, it will be necessary to present a new perspective on the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects and to suggest differentiated projects for each regions.
This study conducted a regression analysis on 312 local government officials in Gyeonggi-do to verify the hypothesis on the relationship between job autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior. Path analysis was conducted to analyze the mediating effect of organizational fairness recognition and the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Looking at the analysis results, first, it was confirmed that the higher the degree of job autonomy perceived by the members of the organization, the more positive (+) organizational citizenship behavior was. Second, the partial mediating effect of procedural justice was confirmed in the relationship between autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior. On the other hand, the mediating effect of distributional justice was rejected in the relationship between autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior. Third, self-efficacy controlled the mediating role between job autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior in recognition of procedural justice. Fourth, it was analyzed that self-efficacy plays a controlling role between job autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of organizational behavior theory through preceding factors of organizational citizenship behavior to improve the organizational performance of local public officials.
Defamation lawsuits of public figures against media have been an issue since Roh government set in. Dissension between the government and media has probably acted as the key factor on this problem. Accordingly, arguments on the defamation lawsuits of public figures occurred the political issues such as opposition between the Progressive and the Conservative Parties or between the ins and the outs and showed the limits to suggest an appropriate judgment or solution. This study will analyze how the court makes its judgement on their rights and the limits by understanding the characteristic and the problem of defamation lawsuits made by senior government officials including a politician, the government, the president, and etc. As results, the defamation lawsuits of politicians and senior government officials showed specially noteworthy matters in salvation (damage suits), the amount claimed, court costs, ratio of winning lawsuits, and etc. The result on the tendency of the court decision showed the following matters in confusion: it holds the media responsible for the burden of proof by applying the inappropriate criterion; The applied laws, especially in the inferior court decision, do not show the consistency of the burden of proof between the misconception/ intention (malice)/ accident/ purpose of slander on the legal principles of public figures. Therefore, this study suggests the court to apply an appropriate law, let alone regulating the Anti-SLAPP law, so that it curtails the rights of public figures; limits the salvation of damage suit; and protects the right only in the case of false accusation by applying the existing law of "the Protection of the Deceased's Defamation Law." In order to dissolve the confusion when applying the laws on the public figures, the study insists the court to positively apply the Constitutional Court made criterion on "people" and "content." The study also insists to distinguish "intention(malice)," "accident," and "purpose of slander" and variant sorts of the burden of proof should be applied to each.

This study intended to present strategies and implications for attracting new students and customized education to university officials through research on the participation of workers' academic aspirations in university education. Thus, variables were derived by analyzing prior data, and causal settings between variables and questionnaires were developed. Subject to the survey, 331 workers interested in participating in university education were collected through interpersonal interviews. The collected data were dataized, and reliability and feasibility verification and frequency analysis were conducted. Finally, we validate the fit of the structural equation model and the causal relationship for each concept. Therefore, the results of the validation show the following implications. First, university officials should be motivated by a mentor and mentee system with experienced people who have switched to a suitable vocational group through university education. It will also be necessary to develop and disseminate programs so that they can continue to develop themselves for the future. To this end, it will be necessary to help them understand their aptitude and strengths through consultation with experts. Second, university officials should strengthen public relations so that prospective students can know the cases and information of the job transformation of the admitted workers through recommendations. It will also be necessary to develop university education programs that can self-develop, accept various ideas through "public contest", and provide accurate information about university education to workers through re-processing. Third, university officials should provide workers with a program that allows them to catch two rabbits: job transformation and self-improvement through university education. In other words, it is necessary to stimulate the motivation of workers by providing various information such as visiting advanced overseas companies, obtaining various certificates, moving between departments of blue-collar and white-collar, and transfer opportunities. Fourth, university officials should actively promote university education programs related to this by participating in university education and receiving systematic education and the flow of social environment. Finally, university officials will need to consult and promote workers so that they can self-develop when they participate in college education, and they will have to figure out what they need for self-development through demand surveys and analysis.
