시청자의 공적가치에 대한 기대 및 평가, 인구사회학적 속성을 기준으로 시청자 세분화를 시도하였으며, 도출된 네 가지 군집별로 공영방송 제도 및 수신료에 대해 어떠한 태도 차이를 보이는지 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 집단에 따른 태도의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 20-40대 젊은 여성층이며 '다양성' 차원에서만 공영방송에 대한 높은 기대 수준을 보이고 모든 차원에서 KBS가 수행한 공적가치에 대해 낮은 평가를 보인 집단이 여타 시청자 집단보다 공영방송 제도에 대한 태도가 상대적으로 부정적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 군집별 태도 차이 분석 결과에 대한 확증 및 부연을 위해 공영방송 제도 및 수신료에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 변인이 무엇인지 분석하였다. 그 결과, 시청자의 성별, 연령, 소득수준을 비롯하여 '사회적 가치'와 '개인적 실용가치' 차원의 기대, '품질'에 대한 평가 변인이 공영방송 제도에 대한 시청자 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 수신료에 대한 태도는 시청자의 성별과 연령, '개인적 실용가치'에 대한 평가 요인의 영향을 받는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 공영방송 제도 및 수신료에 대한 태도는 공영방송사가 제시하는 미래 비전에 대한 약속뿐만 아니라, 기존 역할에 대한 평가 요인의 영향을 받아 형성된다는 사실이 본 연구에서 확인되었다.

Broadcasting telecommunication convergence service means a service where broadcasting and telecommunication converge. Recently with the advancement of technology, broadcasting telecommunication convergence service has been evolving to provide multimedia contents through various devices including wired and wireless network environment. Up to now, IPTV and smartphone-based convergence services have been dominant, but more developed and evolved technology and media will appear in the future. In order to derive the next generation broadcasting telecommunication convergence service supporting model, this study derives an evaluation model of broadcasting telecommunication convergence service and presents a case of evaluation of 30 demonstration projects supported by the Korean government from 2010 to 2014. In this study, we derive an evaluation model and evaluate the demonstration projects by reflecting the position of the main stake holders of service such as users, experts, and related organizational institutions, away from the existing simple service evaluation method. Expert questionnaire used AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and the evaluation results were divided into upper and lower groups to provide key implications by a gap analysis. From this analysis this study suggests guidelines for next generation broadcasting telecommunication service support projects. The next generation broadcasting convergence service business should be based on open platform type in terms of service type. In terms of service media, it should be centered on open devices such as smart phones and smart TVs. In terms of types of business responsibilities, it should be led by public organizations and it is necessary to increase the fund matching ratio by at least 62% when the private sector participates.

2010년대 공영방송에서 탐사보도가 쇠락한 반면 비영리 매체 <뉴스타파>가 신뢰받는 탐사보도 기관으로 부상했다. 본 연구는 그 이유를 탐사보도의 현실적인 조건, 즉 저널리스트와 체계, 제작문화가 공영방송과 뉴스타파에서 어떻게 구현되었는가의 관점에서 살펴보았다. 정부의 압박과 경영진의 탈저널리즘 정책으로 공영방송의 탐사보도는 위축되고 제작진의 의지는 약화되고 그간 형성된 제작전통도 무너졌다. 뉴스타파는 저널리즘 실천의 의지, 자율적인 제작문화를 바탕으로 단시간에 영향력 있는 탐사보도 기관이 되었다. 역량과 의지가 있는 저널리스트와 장시간의 취재를 지원하는 시스템, 그리고 제작의 독립성이 보장될 때 의미 있는 탐사보도가 가능하다는 사실을 증명한다. 탐사보도는 해당 방송의 저널리즘 환경과 제작문화의 소산이다.

대중교통을 이용하는데 있어서 모바일 기기들이 발달함에 따라 대중교통 도착 정보를 알 수 있는 다양한 어플리케이션들이 생겨나고 있다. 그러나 단순히 대중교통의 정보만 제공할 뿐 대중교통을 승/하차 하는 과정에서 발생하는 문제점이나 불편함을 해소할 수 있는 어플리케이션은 존재하지 않는다. 이러한 불편함은 주로 카드를 태그 할 때 발생하며 태그 오류나 사전 준비가 되지 않은 경우에는 승/하차 과정에서 지연이 발생하는 원인이 되어 교통체증을 일으키는 원인이 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 Beacon을 이용하여 NFC의 좁은 인식 범위를 벗어나고 동시에 여러 사람의 승/하차가 가능하도록 구현함으로써 지연을 줄일 수 있는 안드로이드 어플리케이션을 개발하고 그 적용 방법을 제시하였다.

증명 가능한 안전성은 암호에서 어떤 암호 시스템의 안전성을 정형적으로 증명하는데 널리 사용되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는, 적응적 선택 암호문 공격에 대해 안전하다고 증명된 Cramer-Shoup 공개키 암호 시스템을 분석하고, 그 안전성 증명이 일반적 의미에서의 적응적 선택 암호문 공격에 대해서는 완전하지 않음을 보인다. 향후 연구 방향으로는 크게 두 가지 방향을 생각할 수 있다. 첫째는, 일반적 의미에서의 적응적 선택 암호문 공격에 대해서 완전하도록 Cramer-Shoup 공개키 암호 시스템을 수정하는 것이며, 둘째는 현재의 Cramer-Shoup 공개키 암호 시스템에 대하여 성공적으로 적응적 선택 암호문 공격을 할 수 있는 예를 보이는 것이다.

As of 2016, the cremation rates in the capital area are 91.2% in Incheon Metropolitan City, 87.5% in Seoul Special City, and 87.1% in Gyeonggi-do Province, of which Incheon has the highest rate, and cremation of general corpses through the online cremation reservation service of the funeral information system is continuously increasing every year. And as of 2017, the ratio of the cremation for those outside the jurisdiction (residents of other regions) among the users of public cremation establishment in Incheon, is about 32%. As the supply capacity is expected to reach the limit within several years due to the increase in demand for such a cremation facility, I would like to suggest a policy as follows. The expansion of cremation supply capacity by increasing the number of operations in the cremation furnace; The attractions of operating funds through contracts for joint use of the cremation facility with other local governments and investment funds for the expansion of cremation facilities; The plan for controlling the demand in cremation such as an increase in cremation charge for those outside the jurisdiction(residents of other regions), should be considered.

As of 2016, Incheon Metropolitan City's cremation ratio was 91.2%, which is the second highest among all metropolitan municipalities nationwide (Busan Metropolitan City: 92.0%). In addition, the number of cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction has been steadily increasing since 2014. It is analyzed that the number of cremation at the inside of the jurisdiction is 16,004, which is 67.3% of total number of cremation, and the number of cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction is 7,779, which is 32.7%. We would like to suggest the following policy suggestions to solve the problems caused by the increase in cremation demand. First, the number of operations of cremation in public facilities located in Gyeonggi-do adjacent to Incheon Metropolitan City is needed to be increased. Second, the extension of the time limit for the use of cremation facilities of the dead people at the outside of the jurisdiction is needed. Third, the charge for cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction has to be increased. Fourth, improvement measures such as relaxation of residency requirements for deaths at the inside of the jurisdiction, who used the public facilities in Incheon Metropolitan City, should be undertaken.

ICT 산업의 패러다임과 무선통신 서비스 진화에 따라 전송매체인 전파에 대한 수요가 급증되는 상황에서 전문가 및 일반국민을 대상으로 주파수, 무선국 및 연구개발 자료등 전파와 관련된 전파정보 수요조사를 실시하였고 이를 바탕으로 수요자가 요구하는 개방의 우선순위를 정하였다. 또한, 미국, 영구, 호주, 일본 등 해외 주요국의 전파정보개방 현황, 개방 원칙 및 예외사항, 개방시스템 등을 분석하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 분석을 통해 우리나라의 전파정보 개방 전략 방향성을 수립하였으며 향후 과제로서 법제화방안 및 전파정보를 효율적으로 관리 및 통제할 수 있는 체계의 수립을 제안하였다.

오늘날 기업들은 인터넷과 같은 공용망을 이용해 내부정보에 접근하도록 하고, 장비를 따로 구입하지 않고도 공중망을 기업정보망으로 활용할 경제적인 방안을 모색중이다. 그러나, 인터넷의 특성상 신뢰적인 데이터 전송을 보장할 수 없기 때문에 데이터의 보안과 전송로 대역을 보장받을 수 있는 기술로서 주목받는 것이 인터넷을 이용한 가상사설망(VPN)이다. 본 논문에서는 ATM-PON시스템의 ONU와 OLT에 VPN기능을 추가하여 SCB(Single Copy Broadcasting)를 제안한다. ATM망에 VPN기능이 있을 때보다 속도가 빠르고, 시간비 트랙픽 양을 줄일 수 있다. 이에 대한 성능분석을 NS-2를 이용한 네트워크 시뮬레이션을 실행하였다.

공공장소에서의 유기물은 의도적 공공테러를 목적으로 폭발물이나 화학물질 등을 포함할 수 있기 때문에 일단 가능한 위험물로 반드시 다루어져야 한다. 공항이나 기차역과 같은 대형 공공장소에서는 전체 영역을 감시하는 모든 모니터를 점검할 보안 인력을 유지하는데 있어서 비용적 측면의 한계가 있게 마련이다. 이것이 비전 기술에 기반한 위험 유기물의 자동 검사 시스템을 개발하여야 하는 기본적 동기이다. 이 연구에서는 잘 알려진 DBE 기법을 적용하여 배경 이미지를 안정적으로 추출하는 것을 보이며, HOG 알고리즘을 적용하여 물체 분류에 있어서 사람과 물건을 구분하는 기능을 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템의 유효성을 보이기 위하여 감시 지역의 한 실내 환경에 대해 금지구역 침범을 탐지하고 유기물에 대한 경보를 발생하는 실험을 수행하였다.
