본 연구는 경기도교육청 공공도서관 정체성 확립 및 발전방안을 논의하고 이를 통해 교육특화형 공공도서관으로의 모형개발을 수립하고자 한다. 이를 위해 경기도교육청 도서관의 운영현황 및 학교도서관 지원체계를 분석하고 연구결과로 교육중심의 패러다임 전환, 학교도서관 지원과 평생교육영역의 구분 및 확대, 지역교육청 중심의 협의체 구성 및 역할정립, 공공도서관의 창의지성교육 공간으로의 변화를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 교육청과 지자체 소속 공공도서관의 정체성에 대한 고민을 제시하고, 다른 지역 교육청 소속 공공도서관의 발전모형을 제시하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest institutional reformation of public office facilities by analysis the status of services on welfare for the aged and disabled. For this study, we have researched and analyzed on two different aspects. The aspects are space composition of public office facilities, welfare systems and service support within region. And we can get the following important points as conclusion; (1) We need to consider on not only access for public office facilities site but also the connection on business such as block plan on zone and connection between quarters. Architectural plan has to be considered. (2) Most of the public office facilities use human service resources as a supporting system for shortage of convenient facilities. Variety of welfare services are required. (3) We need to secure various programs and space for local peculiarities and social demand.

This study aims at developing the interior design method of Public Toilet in office building. There needs new concepts in Public Toilet where we felt dirty smelling and dismal in the past. And the behavior in the Public Toilet become various such as combing the hair making-up changing the clothes rinsing out mouth and so on. Nowadays The Public Toilet of office building shows indirectly the hierarchy and the management philosophy of its enterprise, This study treats with the design items such as unit space zoning plan lighting plan and air-conditioning plan and construction method of Public-Toilet in office building. As a result of this study the interior design methods of Public Toilet must reflect use of fitting material lighting plan user's needs and functional divide.(Powder Zone and Physiology Zone) These result will become basic data of future interior design in Public Toilet.

행담도 휴게소 내 충청남도 홍보관은 위치적으로 교통의 요지에 있음에도 불구하고, 홍보의 부족과 주변과의 부조화로 인해 많은 사람이 이용하고 있지 않는 상태이다. 홍보관은 한정된 콘텐츠와 판매장과의 혼합 운영으로 인해 홍보관으로서의 고유한 역할이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 충청남도를 알릴 수 있는 새로운 콘텐츠의 개발과 함께 홍보관 내 아이템의 개발이 요구된다. 지역 브랜딩이 지역의 정체성을 명확히 하여 강력하고, 독특한 지역의 이미지를 창출함으로써 지역의 지속가능한 경쟁력을 확보하는 것을 목적으로 한다는 점에서 지역 활성화의 기반이 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 홍보관의 현황분석과 국내외 유사시설 운영사례에 대한 조사 및 분석, 타 홍보관 성공사례에 대한 요인 분석을 통해 향후 변화방향에 대한 예측을 하고자 한다. 연구진행방법은 방문객을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 문제점과 필요한 요소, 요구사항들을 도출하여 리모델링 기본계획 수립시 반영하도록 한다. 타당성 분석 연구를 통해 제시된 리모델링 기본설계는 1층은 특산물판매장이며 2층은 카페공간과 충청남도 홍보관과 테라피 특산물판매공간으로 구성하였다.
