공동주택의 유지관리 체계를 위한 기초적 연구 - 대전시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Maintenance System of Apartment Housing - In case of Taejon City -)

  • This research was conducted toward the types and kinds of repairing the randomly chosen apartment buildings. The conclusions are : There are eleven types of repairing executions, re - analyzed into thirty \ulcorner one kinds. For the public spaces, in and outside the buildings, there are five types and fifty - one kinds. The management of the buildings are all self - governed with the plannings to continually repair. The claims are most frequently answered by re - equipping the facilities of kitchen work. the bathroom facilities, etc. And for the public facilities there are claims against the bad conditions of electricity, noises tem other fleers, upper and lower, and moistures on the walls. The suggestions for the improvement of the apartment housing conditions may well contribute to the plannings for repairing the facilities, private and public, of the apartment buildings.

교육시설물 BTL 사업의 유지관리 시스템 모듈 개발 (Development of Maintenance Management System Module in BTL Project for Educational Facilities)

  • BTL 사업 대상 중 교육시설물은 교육인적자원부에 따르면 2007년까지 3개년에 걸쳐 13조원 이상 규모의 BTL 민간투자 사업을 발주하기로 하는 등 교육시설물의 건설은 국내 공공시설물 건설 사업에서 큰 비중을 점하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육시설물 BTL 사업의 비용 항목 중 운영관리비에 해당되는 위생관리비 산정 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 유지관리 시스템의 주요 모듈을 개발하고, 개발된 모델의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 대안별 비용의 비교 분석을 실시하였다.

  • This study is show type classification, public space and space layout of unification management school. Variation and department classroom arc possible common utility. Meal nutritional management status of daycare centers by size

  • In this study, we attempted to analyze the status of meal nutritional management at daycare centers and determine whether the need for improvement varies depending on their size. We divided into two groups based on the size of foodservice facilities. If meals for more than 50 people are provided at a time, they are classified as large-scale facilities (Large-scale group). If they are smaller, they are classified as small-scale facilities (Small-scale group). Dietitians visited each daycare center and checked 5 categories and 14 items. When comparing 5 categories, scores in the Small-scale group scored higher than those in the Large-scale group for 'Menu utilization' category. As a result of comparing the detailed 14 items, the scores of 'Indicate dietary information', 'Use menus suitable for those who are eligible for meals', and 'Posting menus by age in public places at foodservice facilities' were higher in the Small-scale group than in the Large-scale group. As such, there are differences in meal nutritional management according to the size of children's foodservice facilities therefore, it was found that customized education and management were needed according to the facilities' size.

다중이용시설별 실내공기 오염물질 농도분포 및 기준치 이상 값의 구성비 조사 (The Distribution of Indoor Air Pollutants by the Categories of Public-Use Facilities and Their Rate of Guideline Violation)

  • Background: The types and effects of hazardous pollutants in indoor air may vary depending on the characteristics of the sources and pollutants caused by physical and chemical properties of buildings, the influence of outdoor air, and the exposure and use characteristics of residents. Objectives: This study was conducted to provide basic data on the establish of indoor air quality management for different classes of public-use facilities by presenting the characteristics of concentration distribution of hazardous pollutants by different public-use facilities and the status of the excess proportion of exceeding standards. Methods: This study analyzed self-measurement data from public-use facilities taken from 2017 to 2019 A total of 133,525 facilities were surveyed. A total of 10 types of pollutants that have maintenance and recommended standards stipulated in the Indoor Air Quality Control Act from the Ministry of Environment were investigated. The excess proportion and the substances exceeding the criteria for each type of public-use facilities for these pollutants were investigated. Results: As a result of the analysis of the proportion of exceeding the standard for each type of public-use facility, the facilities with the highest excess proportion of the standards for each hazardous pollutant were: PM10 in railway stations (8.93%), PM2.5 in daycare centers (7.36%), CO2 in bus terminals (2.37%), HCHO in postpartum care centers (4.11%), total airborne bacteria in daycare centers (0.69%), CO in museums (0.1%), NO2 in postpartum care centers (1.15%), Rn in museums (0.78%), total volatile organic compounds in postpartum care centers (7.20%) and mold in daycare centers (1.44%). Conclusions: Although uncertainty may arise because this study is a result of self-measurement, it is considered that this study has significance for providing basic data on the establishment in the future of indoor air quality management measures customized for each type of public-use facility.

대구지역 치과환자들의 치과 의료기관 선택기 (Factors for Choice on Dental Care Facilities among Dental Patients in Dageu)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify if dental patients discriminate between dental clinic and dental hospital and the related factors for choice of dental facilities. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted from March 21 to April 11, 2011. Among 430 dental patients who visited dental clinic or dental hospital twice or more in Daegu, 410 dental patients were included in analysis. A total of 73.6% of the dental clinic visitors recognized correctly that the visiting facility was dental clinic and 82.3% of dental hospital visitors did correctly. Therefore, it can be said that dental hospital visitors recognize better the type of dental care facilities they visit. When it comes to choosing the dental facility, there were not much differences between the clinic and hospital patients in this study. Human resources, facilities and equipment, service are factors for choosing dental clinic and dental hospital in order. However, modern dental facility and equipment were more important factor for patients to choose dental hospital than clinic. It will be necessary for dental clinic or dental hospital to develop its own specific service to fulfill dental patients' needs through further studies on factors for choosing dental facilities.

스마트폰을 활용한 도시시설물 유지관리 효율화 방안 (Effective Maintenance of Urban Facilities via Smart Phones)

  • 오늘날 세계는 빠르게 도시화가 되어가고 있으며 급속한 도시화에 따른 인구밀집현상은 교통 혼잡, 생태환경악화 등 도시의 전형적인 문제들을 초래하였으며, 폐기물 처리 및 공공위생, 치안 문제 등 도시 관리의 어려움은 점점 증대하고 있다. 특히 도시시설물 관리에 있어 정부와 지자체의 노력에도 불구하고 관리대상의 시설물 수와 종류가 많은 반면 관리인의 부족과 적정관리시스템의 부재로 인하여 도시민들이 많은 불편을 겪고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 도시시설물의 유지관리 효율화를 위해 스마트폰을 활용한 관리방법을 제시하는 것이다. 연구결과 첫째, 스마트폰을 활용하여 시설물의 사진과 위치정보를 수집 및 전송하기 때문에 시설물의 정보관리, 유지보수관리, 이력관리 등 원스톱으로 유지관리 업무가 가능하다. 둘째, 유지보수관리는 스마트폰의 위치가 아닌 시설물, 즉, 피사체의 위치 및 사진정보를 기반으로 하기 때문에 시설물의 상태파악 및 빠른 조치가 용이하며, 스마트폰의 앱을 통해 유지보수 관리자에게 접수와 동시에 정보가 전송되기 때문에 효율적이다. 셋째, 시설물의 정보 및 각종 자료와 도면을 데이터베이스로 관리하기 때문에 이력관리 및 데이터의 활용이 용이하다. 넷째, 스마트폰의 앱을 통해 도시민 누구나 쉽게 활용이 가능하기 때문에 별도의 인프라 투자 없이 시설물관리자 기능으로서 확대가 용이하다. 마지막으로 위치 정보 기반으로 도로, 수목, 산책로 등 비 시설물의 관리가 가능하다.

공공도서관의 공간운영 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Present Status of Korean Public Library Space Management)

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관 공간운영 실태조사를 통해 공간운영에 대한 현황을 파악하고 해 결해야 할 문제점을 도출, 이를 바탕으로 발전 방향을 제시함으로써 국가 및 지방자치단체 등이 공공도서관 신축 및 공간배치 등에 참고할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 위해 전국 524개 공공도서관에 설문지가 배포되었으며, 설문에 응답한 167개관(31.87%)을 대상으로 공간운영 현황을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 공간부족, 노년층과 신체적 약자 등 지식정보 취약계층을 위한 시설과 서비스의 부족, 지역사회 문화공간으로서의 시설 부족, 접근성이 저하된 도서관의 입지조건 등이 현재 우리나라 공공도서관 공간운영상 가장 큰 문제점으로 지적되어 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

음식물류폐기물 처리시설에서의 악취발생 특성 및 관리방안 (The Characteristic and Management of Odor Emitted from Foodwaste Treatment Facility)

  • This study is understanding characteristics and analyzing contributions of the odor causing compounds of complex-odor & major specified odor materials, and contribution analysis, caused pre-treatment facilities(input and storage) and post-treatment facilities(heating and drying). The target of this study is feeds-production-facilities, located in Seoul. The averaged complex-odor compounds on the boundary line is 21 times higher, and it is 15 times higher than emission standards. In cracking&collection(pre-treatment facilities), the concentration of compounds is 4,881 times, 2,080 times in drying, and 1,442 times in putting&storing facilities. Ammonia occupies the largest portion of the results of monitoring specified odor compounds in input&storage facilities, followed Acetaldehyde > Hydrogen sulfide > Methyl mercaptan. In cracking&collection, Ammonia also occupies most of odor compounds, followed Methyl mercaptan > Acetaldehyde > Dimethyl disulfide > Dimethyl sulfide > Hydrogen sulfide. Acetaldehyde > Methyl mercaptan in drying facilities. On the boundary line, however, the concentration of specified odor compounds stays below emission standards. The result of contribution analysis is that methyl mercaptan has the highest contribution in input & storage, as well as cracking&collection facilities, followed Acetaldehyde > Hydrogen sulfide > Dimethyl sulfide > Dimethyl disulfide. In the drying facilities, the contribution shows Methyl mercaptan > Acetaldehyde > i-Valeraldehyde and Butyraldehyde. Therefore, to decrease odor in foodwaste treatment facilities, proper prevention facilities need to be installed and operated, according to characteristics of individual odor compounds, based on monitored data.

시설중심 사회교육에 대한 일고찰-경상북도내 독서시설을 중심으로

  • The public library and micro-library as institutions of social education have been greatly developed under the influence of the library law enacted 011 Octob~r 28,1963 and the micro-library movement begun in 1961. However, they have still yet many problems to solve in order to accomplish their purpose effectively. As compared with the staff and library materials, buildings are 1norc. than a match for the others. Although many facilities are not complete enough to serve the public, people do not make the best of the facilities in both the public libraries and micro-libraries. The cause of such a result ~vould be taken from a reason that the founders of the libraries could not concentrate their intcrest on the staff and materials, for they were bent on the establishment of external facilities of the libraries. The poorer materials and facilities are, the more effort a2d better quality of the staff are required for their best utilization. As it is the information center of the community, the management of a library should be scientific and reasmable. In addition, librarians have to do their best to serve the public with the spirit of Christianity under the more active suppxt of the government. Finally, institutions of social education in this comn~unityin cluding public libraries and micro-libraries might establish a mutual cooperative organization for more effective library service.
